Had an amazing stay! The beds were so clean the room smelled nice ! My housekeeper Ariel was very helpful during my stay! So make sure you stay on the 3rd floor so you have an amazing housekeeper! Will be back!

The hotel was nice. The 1 bedroom suite has an air conditioner in the living area and one in the bedroom. The kitchenette was nice if you wanted to cook. The hot water and water pressure were great!

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The pictures will speak for itself. I hope the manager listened to my complaints. Yes my bill was credited for the entire amount. First room smoke detectors, air vents and ceiling full of dust. I'm not sure when any of that had been cleaned. The HK supervisor said that was on maintenance to clean up there. REALLY LADY? I asked to change rooms ...ok no problem. Went out to enjoy the scenery,came back to room 335...ughhh bed bugs, ant in bed and another lil thing I could not identify. Thank God we didnt take our stuff out of the suitcases. I was laying on the pillow and felt something bite my arm. I hit it and flicked it got up to get a piece of tissue to see what it was...low and behold a damn bed bug...pulled the covers back and there were the other critters. I was very disappointed because we had greater expectations.

Amazing hotel close to shopping centers and very quiet and cozy featuring full size kitchens that accommodate any needs you may have. Staff are phenomenal. !!!

The shower was not clean. There was mold. The shower spout was broken and water came out of the shower head and tub spout simultaneously. It had to be fixed during the stay. The carpet was so dirty it ruined my socks. If the showers were cleaned after each guest, the hotel should have been aware. The room had an odd smell. Staff was friendly!

The rooms are average compared to the other town suites I stayed in ( Fort Mills S.C). Although The rooms are dated, it is very clean. The staff is very nice. Continental breakfast is served in the morning. I recommend the waffle,bacon and boil eggs. The scrambled rags are not real seems to be a substitute.

The staff was friendly and helpful but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. It seemed clean until you move furniture or look under the beds. The housekeeping staff needs to remember to vacuum UNDER the furniture as well as around it. The pool was a bonus and it's well cared for.

I am a loyal Marriott Guest and frequently choose Marriott hotels for my stays due to their reputation for quality & cleanliness. However, I recently stayed at TownPlace Suites at 903 East 23rd Place Panama City, Florida 32405, from 3/21/25 to 3/24/25. I am deeply concerned about the conditions I experienced. It was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. After consuming breakfast at the hotel on Saturday 3/22/25, I suffered from severe food poisoning, which resulted in an emergency room visit. Additionally, I discovered unsanitary and disturbing conditions in my room 242, including undergarments with poop stains under the bed.

The furniture in the room was terribly stained. There was a full waste basket under the sink in the kitchen that was left from another guest and stayed there for the entire 10 nights of my stay. Worst of all there were cockroaches in the kitchen.

Pricy imo $217 for a king room. I don't know if that's where it's located but that's high imo. I was in town purchasing a truck and it was recommended to stay here. Room was decent size & there was a full kitchen so if your staying for a period of time that's cool. Bed was firm & I never could get comfortable. Shower was decent as well. Breakfast was ok I guess but nothing to scream from the roofs about. It just seemed way over priced for what u get

We visited Panama City Beach and stayed a few days at Towneplace Suites. We were treated very well and enjoyed our stay. We were always greeted with a smile by the staff. Our room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great and it was extra nice that Pier Park was nearby. We highly recommend this hotel.

Two rooms with 2 queen size beds. Fully Furnished Full size kitchen with dishwasher and full size fridge, dining room table for 4 or more, and pull out full size bed in couch. Two walk in closets with plenty of room for suitcases and other stuff. 10 minute drive to the beach, it's a great place. There is a pool also. Customer service was outstanding. Our tv didn't work and with maintenance staff off work, the guy at the desk not only fixed the tv-he also got us extra towels,sheets, blankets and helped us with anything else we needed with cheerfulness. Wonderful! Hope to stay at this place again! Keep up the great work!

Four nights here at the TownePlace Suites. This hotel is designed more for the "extended stay" customers or for those looking to save a bit. That's because the room includes a full size fridge, microwave and a stove top including an oven. And a good selection of the pots and pans and cutlery for cooking and eating your own meals if you choose. Oh, and a dishwasher! As for the room, it was clean and it was comfortable and it had everything I needed in a hotel room. Bathroom was clean, the room was serviced properly. The pool looked nice, though I didn't utilize it. I did have their breakfast one morning. Bread and a toaster, waffle iron, hard boiled eggs, a breakfast meat, yogurts and the like. Good. As is usual in hotels, the wifi got to be useless in the evening hours and I had to revert to my 4G phone.

For the 152 a night, it wasnt worth the hard as rock king size bed!Room 321 but sure none of the other rooms are any better! Should have listened to my gut and not paid that price!Yeah I checked out a bottom floor room, and it was set up nice, but didnt realize the bed was gonna be as hard as a rock! They only get 2 stars cause pricing is ridiculous and the beds are hard as a rock!

What a lovely hotel. Great, comfy beds. Amazing breakfast spread, gym, pool, the little kitchens in the room are a nice touch. AND THE STAFF! everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. Especially Kim this morning at the front desk, very upbeat and kind and chatting with her was a great start to our morning! Honestly, friendliest hotel staff I have interacted with in a very long time We were a big group on tour and Oxford, MS was one of our favorite stops on the tour! Thank you for the southern hospitality Highly recommend this hotel!

Pool was in disrepair. Sign posted at front desk. Breakfast was average. There was one person handling it and she was hustling. She needed a hand during peak time. The eggs were frozen preformed eggs and microwaved to order...not what I expected at Marriott. Room was set to 65 degrees so when we arrived for the first time, the room was freezing. Front desk was attentive and prompt with any requests.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this hotel. I booked through Booking.com on 6/19/2022. Marriott charged my card $577 on 6/21/2022 ok cool! I arrived for what I thought was check in on 7/3/2022 and was told that my reservation had been canceled. 6-7 hours away from home like what do you mean? Long story short Marriott blamed booking and booking blamed Marriott. I don't know who was at fault but I can say that Robert the property manager was nasty and didn't try to help but the young lady at the front desk worked tirelessly to get us another hotel.... The Hilton Garden is forever my first choice from now on!!

Quick wknd get away.... The hotel overall was good... I mean its Marriott.. however 208.00 for 1 night is pricey.. but it's in a great location to shop and eat..but not in walking distance to the beaches.. would go back.. but when the rates are cheaper

This place is a dump don't waste your money staying here. Rooms are old and smell bad the hotel smells old it's certainly not clean. Rooms are dirty half the stuff is old and the rooms smell. Pool was nasty with green nasty water. Breakfast was the only good thing Andre was super helpful and nice. Only employee that went out of his way at this place. Don't waste your money specially if you have kids. Don't record this place at all

We were very disappointed in Towneplace. It is below Marriott standards and needs refurbishing. It needs soundproofing badly. We were assigned a ground level suite. We just got settled in and children in a room directly above us were jumping off the bed. My Hubby went to talk to the front desk and was assured they would handle it. We left for dinner. Upon our return it started again. The front desk was called again. It never improved. We laid awake in bed and had to wait for them to go to sleep. Breakfast the following morning was a big disappointment. The offerings are sparse. Plus the room is way too small. The tables are grouped in rows against one wall with insufficient room for the chairs.

The staff was very rude when asking about early check-in. The guest service manager, Regina Bradley illegally charged a credit card without authorization. She reviewed my reservation and used the card on file without authorization. She did not correct her mistake until confronted by me and an agent from my bank. This was my husband's first time staying at a Marriott and he doesn't want to stay another one. To say that I am disappointed is understatement. I do not recommend this place for anybody to stay.

stayed here on a business trip. Good location near decent restaurants and a Starbucks not far away. The room was nicely appointed. Not great, but comfortable. The TV was lacking in there are few channels and it is satellite so the signal was intermittent. Did I say dismally few choices of channels? I'd stay here again. It is what you would expect for an overnight stay or a weekly rental. Not the Four Seasons, but nice nonetheless.

Staying for several days. Was spring break and wanted to stay farther away from the beach. Nice room with a perfect mini kitchen and good sized refrigerator and freezer. The problem was that it appears that the air force base has a contract with this hotel for lodging airmen and women. They stay up late stomping the floor and are up early (5:30-6:30 am) slamming doors and shouting down the hallway. The breakfast bar and coffee are depleted by 7:30 and no one is in a hurry to refill the hot food or coffee.

Mildew in bathroom. Room was NOT A SERVICED on our 4th night. Had to wait in line in order to get clean towels because they only had one person working the front desk

The first room did not look like what we booked on the Internet. We were very disappointed. The manager have us a king suite to compensate for the inconvenience but it was a very clustered room. The blanket for the sleeper sofa was dirty. We requested another blanket from housekeeping. The breakfast was okay and the location is near a lot of amenities. The front desk staff is nice well if you get to work with Leah.

Just checked in. Was informed at the counter that my 5 pound dog that was staying one night required a non-refundable $100 fee. This fee is not mentioned anywhere in the Marriott app while booking. I am a platinum member and have never been charged such a ridiculous and hidden fee before. Will not stay at this location or any other location owned by this management group again.

It's in a good local of PC. The usual amenities; pool, gym, breakfast. The room was well maintained complete with a stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator. It even included pots, pans, and dishes. The down side to this trip was sharing the hotel with a little league baseball team, who had very poor adult supervision. But all in all a good stay at a good price.

There isn't anything over the top about this hotel, but it has what you need and the staff are always very sweet! They called me prior to and after check in to make sure everything was ok. The rooms are nice, and the lobby offers coffee at all times and breakfast in the morning. I've stayed here twice now when coming through town and will continue to do so!

Absolutely hate this place. Will not be staying here again. ****CRAZY LADY ON THE 3rd FLOOR*** I am giving this place three stars mainly because there are permanent residents that roam the halls as if they are security. They report and complain to the front desk about any and everything. We were here with our little league baseball team and this couple called and complained at times when we were all in our rooms. They troll looking for confrontation. At one point the lady had proceeded to put her hands on four of the kids in a so called attempt to keep then from running. The kids were freaked out and scared. When they lady was asked not to touch the children she went all "crazy cat lady" on everyone. She was asked to only tell them to stop and not to make them stop by any physical approach. She called the coos on herself and was told again by them not to touch the kids. When myself and the cops left the incident, she hung around and had the front desk review the security cameras. Which showed her pushing the kids. Other than her, the hotel was up to date and clean. Understaffed so there were issues trying to get towels at times. ***just watch out for the crazy cat lady!!!

When in Panama City there isn't many choices for hotels. I would prefer to stay at the Residence Inn but they were full. The TPS was nice with similar amenities and newer. They did skimp on pillows and the bed which can cause back pain. They do the cold items for breakfast which I don't like so I skipped there no frills fare. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay again but only if the Residence Inn is not available.

Good area nice and clean kitchen. Standard Marriott bathroom and comfortable bed. Only suggested tip is get top floor and walk lightly out of respect for lower rooms. We always get stuck on 2 floor and get neighbors upstairs who trample there feet which is overly loud and obnoxious. Overall though a nice Marriott

We have been at the Townplace Suites in Panama City, FL for over a week now. We are 530 miles NW from our home in Naples, FL. We evacuated prior to Hurricane IRMA's arrival with 140+mph winds. Without water or power in the southern half of Florida we are in no rush to return home. This hotel has been FANTASTIC, from Jenny the GM to Jessica and the cleaning staff to Gloria and Kathy in the kitchen, and to all the guys in engineering who brought a new refrigerator just before the storm hit - they have all been so welcoming. The hotel is def in need of a refresh but that is up to the corporate folks not the workers here - but what makes this place special are the employees who have gone so far above and beyond the call of duty to keep us informed and well cared for. Most of the people here have pets since many hurricane shelters won't accept you with a pet, and this hotel is more than pet friendly. Our labradoodle Tucker loves hanging out in the lobby been the unofficial mascot. Can't thank the entire crew of this hotel enough for what they have done for us over the last 7 days, with still no sign of power, water or gasoline to the south of us we are here for the duration. We stayed here one night while working in Panama City. The property is fairly new, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It suited our needs while traveling and I was happy to get some laundry done while there.

The Townplace Suites by Marriot in Panama City isn't in any touristy location, but it's geared towards business travelers and they treat you very well. For work we typically stay with the Marriot brand and I can state that some have been snooty and left something to be desired, but not here the staff is extra kind, unobtrusive and clean. Room itself was impecable and felt as brand-new; the only item showing age was the LCD tv in the room. Most importantly for business travelers though, the wifi was not only true high-speed it was free. I never did evaluate the breakfast or the pool (looked a little small). On a parallel note there is a mall across the street, but not much is to be had there; nicest department store is Dillards.
