The experience was pathetic. We booked the room before one month for 4 nights and after 1st day they shifted us to some other hotel saying the rooms are sold out. Nobody was bothered or interested in replying or assisting. The staff told you can complain at customer care if you want. Also the rooms are like 1 or 2 star hotels with zero maintenance and cleanliness. I would have rated NEGATIVE, but there was no option.

Terrible Service, Terrible Rooms Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights, and the whole experience was awful. We were informed at 10:30 AM that we had to move due to a “maintenance issue.” They moved us 11 km away, and the rooms there were a disaster. The AC was broken, and the bathrooms were filthy. When we finally got back to the main hotel, the room was still dirty, and the walls had stains. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful. You'll dont even deserve 1 star

It was horrible!! No hospitality, no authorities who can answer and take responsibility. We booked 1 month prior from their booking partners Checkin app for 4 days with advance booking, but when we reached, we were informed at property that rooms are sold out, no prior instructions and they by themselves without any confirmation changed our booking to other location 15 km's far, rooms are pathetic, door locks are wobbly, switches don't work, no cleanliness, zero responsibility. Property says problem is from booking side and Checkin says it's from hotel side.

Worst Hotel Ever – Don’t Trust Their Booking! Booked 3 rooms for our team from Nov 13-17, and nothing went right. We were told at 10:30 AM that there were maintenance issues, and they moved us to a substandard hotel 11 km away. The rooms were terrible, and we could barely stay in them. The management kept blaming their "special events" like IGT and Indian Idol for the lack of availability. The staff didn’t care, and we had to fight just to get a clean room. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Worst experience ever! Especially with their manager, Shubham. She makes plenty of commitments but fails to deliver on any of them. We had our wedding guests staying there, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Our guests faced issues with the most basic necessities, like not even having toiletries in their rooms. The most horrible part was the extremely late check-ins because they couldn’t get the previous rooms vacated on time (instead of 12pm we got rooms by 4pm).The entire 9th floor had light tripped. On top of that, the lifts were faulty throughout the stay. We felt highly embarrassed in front of the groom’s side of the family, all thanks to their incompetence. I repeat: never, ever book a stay here, no matter how attractive their prices may seem.

Room me maintainance 1% bhi nhi hai or we are came from vns and we stay here only 3 days complete hue or teeno din abnormal activity horhi h room me we ignore it for 3-4 days ki may be it's vehem but my friend also feel some abnormal activity on my room ......

Booked 3 rooms here for a business trip. The entire experience was a nightmare! Despite confirming our booking weeks in advance, we were told upon arrival that there were no rooms available. They sent us to a different location that was subpar, and the rooms were worse than anything I’ve ever seen—AC didn’t work, bathrooms stank, and the whole place had a bad odor. The staff was unhelpful, and the entire process was a hassle. We even had to argue to get a clean room. This hotel does not value customers at all!

Unacceptable Service and Overpriced Rooms I’m beyond frustrated with my stay here. We booked 3 rooms for 13th-17th Nov, and upon arrival, they told us that no rooms were available. They sent us to another hotel, which was terrible. The rooms smelled, the AC didn’t work, and the bathrooms were dirty. Even after complaining, we had to fight with staff just to get a clean room. This place is not worth the money at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid it!
