I stayed for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station within easy walking distance. However, it is quite far from the city centre approximately 5 km which isn’t ideal for walking. The hotel provides free flow coffee and soup for guests which is a nice touch. Service from check-in to check-out was very good and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The bed did not feel clean and there was a noticeable smell and visible traces of dirt on the bedsheet. The toilet was also not properly cleaned and had an unpleasant fishy odour. The air-conditioning didn’t function showing an E7 error code which indoor or outdoor unit issue. The room initially felt cool I later noticed the window was left open for natural ventilation. Basic toiletries were incomplete only bath gel and shampoo were provided and the towel had a smell as well. Overall the housekeeping needs significant improvement as the standard was very poor.

Just 120m away from train station. Abt 500m to city Center. No water & kettle in the room but they provide tea & coffee 24h in the lobby. There's soup till 11pm. Small room but clean. Can be quite noisy.

I spent a weekend here to split 2 weeks of business in Brussels - yes, it's only 2 hours by train to Maastricht. |The hotel is well situated near the station and within comfortable walking distance from the major attractions. |Service is excellent with young and vibrant staff. |Whilst the room was small, it's compact, comfortable and workable. The shower however, is in the bath tub and tricky to negotiate. Breakfasts were good. |This was a good 'home' for the weekend, but it's considerably overpriced for what one gets.

We loved it! Right next to the station, good rooms, good service, all sort of little positive surprises like unlimited coffee, thee and soup. Great atmosphere, great breakfast. We will return when we come back to Maastricht.

Location is very good. The soup in the lobby is very good. I paid more than 200 euros a night. I booked 6 nights. I expect the place has a basic fridge…nope. The shower always splashes on you and surprise you when you use it. The instructions were NOT CLEAR. I hated it to the maximum. Nah. Do not recommend.

Easy go-to when staying in Maastricht for 1-2 nights. Good location next to the station and clean bathtub in the room. Rooms are not as fancy as in the pictures though, and the pillows are really bad! We didn’t sleep well because of that (which is not expected from a hotel), so I suggest changing them asap.

Very friendly personnel, nice room and an even better main hall space, with comfortable seats and free tea/coffee & some soup during the whole day/evening. Within good walking distance of the train station and the city centre. Free storage of luggage, as long as you like, on the day of leaving.

We already came to this hotel 2/3 years ago and our expecience was really good. We decided to book again for our stay of 3 days and I am happy to be back here. I booked a room and the apartments too. We really appreciated the atmosphere and the services in this hotel.

Easy to stay here. So many nice little touches. The breakfast is good, the rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been a guest several times and have brought 2 new guessts last time and 1 this time. We all agree it's convenient and just what we need when in Maastricht.

It's a wonderful hotel made for millennial generation. The lobby is fantastic and the breakfast is equally decadent. I stayed here during my visit to Maastricht University. I love their staff they are so helpful and I love the concept of how nicely designed the hotel is. The rooms are minimalist but designed for people to socialize downstairs. The design of the hotel is great.
