The hotel is very well located next to the train station and a 10 minute walk from the city After a few initial difficulties and problems that occurred, we received an apology from the manager and an open ear. Someone finally addressed our problems and actively took action against the "defects". I just hope in the future that when someone comes to the reception and reports a concern that they are not simply ignored or not listened to. Otherwise I'm happy, clean room and some very nice staff, others might like to take a leaf out of it.

Nice hotel, perfect location. Breakfast was very good. It's a pity we hardly slept because the window coudn't be closed so there was a lot of noice, it almost seemed as if we slept outside. The medium room is quite small but ok.

Relaxing atmosphere, great staff, great lounge with books and cool artefacts. Free, freshly ground coffee, tea and even soup, all day (!).||||Clean rooms. Great bed with quality mattresses. We asked for a room with a bath, which was taken care of.||||We did not have breakfast here, but had a quick look at it and it looked fantastic. Very diverse and exclusive.

Great hospitality, good service en perfectly located. Definitely recommend this! We booked an appartment, but it wasn't available by a mistake in the system. But they solved it perfectly. We had an upgrade and get breakfast for free. Also Maastricht is a beautiful city, defenitely during the Christmas days and New Years Eve.

I loved this hotel for the feeling of coziness and welcome . It’s quiet and relaxed. Very close to the train station, the centre of town and other attractions to visit, I mean walking distance, although there is also a good bus service.||Staff is very kind and discrete , helpful when needed.||I appreciated the soup left everyday as a complementary treat for when go back to the hotel after a long day roaming in the town. And the coffee cappuccino teas always available, sometimes also some cakes.

Lovely hotel in a very good location, nice people and a cozy concept, which offers a living room with free coffee, tea and soup. Very comfortable beds and funnyly you can rent a goldfish. In the evening they offer sometimes a good night drink.

Great hotel, we walked in of the street as we decided to stay for the night. The staff were very helpful and booked us in with no problem. Nice quiet room . Comfortable bed and very clean and modern. The free coffee / tea ,soup were a first for me and very welcome. Breakfast was great, bacon, eggs and lots of cold slices of meat and cheese. The music was straight out of my 80/90s hitlist. Loved it. I will definitely stay again.

A truly superb stay. Staff were impeccably friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. Location was fantastic, and the hotel is really beautiful. Every little detail has been thought through and it really shows! I couldn't recommend this hotel more, and I will most definitely be staying again!
