I stayed for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station within easy walking distance. However, it is quite far from the city centre approximately 5 km which isn’t ideal for walking. The hotel provides free flow coffee and soup for guests which is a nice touch. Service from check-in to check-out was very good and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The bed did not feel clean and there was a noticeable smell and visible traces of dirt on the bedsheet. The toilet was also not properly cleaned and had an unpleasant fishy odour. The air-conditioning didn’t function showing an E7 error code which indoor or outdoor unit issue. The room initially felt cool I later noticed the window was left open for natural ventilation. Basic toiletries were incomplete only bath gel and shampoo were provided and the towel had a smell as well. Overall the housekeeping needs significant improvement as the standard was very poor.

I spent a weekend here to split 2 weeks of business in Brussels - yes, it's only 2 hours by train to Maastricht. |The hotel is well situated near the station and within comfortable walking distance from the major attractions. |Service is excellent with young and vibrant staff. |Whilst the room was small, it's compact, comfortable and workable. The shower however, is in the bath tub and tricky to negotiate. Breakfasts were good. |This was a good 'home' for the weekend, but it's considerably overpriced for what one gets.

We already came to this hotel 2/3 years ago and our expecience was really good. We decided to book again for our stay of 3 days and I am happy to be back here. I booked a room and the apartments too. We really appreciated the atmosphere and the services in this hotel.

Very friendly personnel, nice room and an even better main hall space, with comfortable seats and free tea/coffee & some soup during the whole day/evening. Within good walking distance of the train station and the city centre. Free storage of luggage, as long as you like, on the day of leaving.

The location is amazing, but the breakfast was just average. I made my reservation one month ago and realized upon arrival that I had booked at an extremely high price. Maybe the bathroom cleaning process could be revised. I stayed for two nights, and overall, my experience was good

We stayed at the Townhouse Hotel in Maastricht for a weekend and would return anytime. We received a very warm welcome, and although the room wasn't very big, it was perfectly adequate for a weekend stay.||The breakfast was very good, with delicious coffee, fresh fruit, and even a glass of sparkling wine. The staff were very friendly, and the location is great—everything is within walking distance. ||

Stayed here for a quick visit to Maastricht after a long travel day and it was a pleasant surprise. Lovely staff, amazing location literally steps from the train station, room was extremely quiet and had all the amenities you would need. Bed was quite comfortable and the AC is quite strong! Honestly such a lovely stay.

The room was freezing upon arrival, and the heater did not work properly.I had to request a blanket at reception twice before receiving one. The TV did not support internet applications such as Netflix, despite being advertised. The hotel was extremely expensive, yet breakfast was not included and, when provided, was very poor.||Overall, the price does not reflect the quality offered—poor value for money.

Easy to stay here. So many nice little touches. The breakfast is good, the rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been a guest several times and have brought 2 new guessts last time and 1 this time. We all agree it's convenient and just what we need when in Maastricht.

It's a wonderful hotel made for millennial generation. The lobby is fantastic and the breakfast is equally decadent. I stayed here during my visit to Maastricht University. I love their staff they are so helpful and I love the concept of how nicely designed the hotel is. The rooms are minimalist but designed for people to socialize downstairs. The design of the hotel is great.

Such a lovely place to stay or just to go for a coffee. They also do yummy High-Tea on weekends! Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
