Stayed here for a business trip and was blown away. The rooftop pool and skyline views were unreal, and the gym was well-equipped. My room was modern, with a super comfortable bed and a rain shower that I didn’t want to leave. The staff was professional yet friendly, and check-in was seamless. The hotel’s location near Marina Bay made exploring easy. Breakfast had a huge variety, from dim sum to fresh smoothies. A top-notch experience!

⭐ 2/5 — Great Staff, Poor Room Conditions The staff was very polite, helpful, and cooperative, which I truly appreciated. However, the room conditions were far below expectations. The room was dirty, with visible stains on the walls, loose wires hanging out of the switchboard, and worms crawling on the floor along with dead insects. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, which made it feel even less hygienic. Overall, while the service was good, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms need serious improvement. Would only recommend if those issues are addressed.

Stayed for 5 days — location near the airport is super convenient, and the room was decent for the price. However, cleanliness and service were inconsistent. Good for short stays, not ideal for longer visits. Affordable and well-located, but the lack of proper housekeeping and delayed service made the 5-day stay frustrating. Only suitable if you're on a tight budget and staying short-term.

I'm really happy with my room, it’s comfortable and cozy. The townhouse is in a peaceful, well-connected location, which makes it perfect for anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better.

Worst experience with OYO. Checked in on 26th June 2025 at 10:30 PM—room was dirty, and there was no water supply at all. Property manager kept giving false promises every 10 minutes. No room change allowed, and no help from customer care despite multiple calls. I had to check out at 1:30 AM without using the room. Complete waste of money. Never booking with OYO again.

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the room provided was completely different from the photos online—much smaller and in terrible condition. It was not cleaned properly, the floor was not mopped, and the tables were dusty. Basic amenities like towels and a kettle were missing. The place felt very shady, and safety was just average. I wouldn’t recommend it for solo female travelers. The biggest issue was the staff—extremely rude and unhelpful. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and despite multiple complaints, they ignored us. When we asked for the manager, he kept making excuses, saying he was eating, and never showed up. To make things worse, the bedsheets were filthy and had multiple stains, which was absolutely unacceptable. Overall, a very bad experience. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were fine, but our experience at the reception was terrible. We were a large group of over 40 people, and our rooms had been pre-booked by our travel agency. After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel late at night, around 11:30 PM, completely exhausted. The hotel reception area was small, making it difficult for all of us to fit inside at the same time. As a result, a large portion of our group had to stand outside on the roadside. Given how tired we were and the fact that our rooms were already reserved, we requested the receptionist to expedite the check-in process. However, the receptionist refused to allocate any rooms until he had verified the ID of every single person in our group. While we understand the importance of ID verification, he could have checked in those whose IDs were already verified instead of making everyone wait. Despite our requests, he remained adamant that no one would be allowed inside until the entire process was complete. This led to an excruciating delay of nearly two hours, and we were finally allotted our rooms around 1 AM—all while many of us remained outside on the roadside. Never in my life have I experienced such appalling treatment at a hotel. We were not strangers attempting to sneak in—we had pre-booked our rooms precisely to avoid unnecessary delays. The hotel management must ensure that its staff is properly trained in basic hospitality and customer service. No guest should have to endure such an unpleasant welcome.
