Very pathetic stay. The rooms are unhygienic with 100 mosquitoes, the washroom is completely different and unhygienic from that shown in images on Oyo app. The manager doesn’t care if u complain, he says that everyone complains the same thing we cannot do anything. I wasted 4300rs for 2 nights prepaid booking, didn’t even stay there for 2 hours, the oyo didn’t help with anything. It’s a fraud hotel never visit.

This was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever had. The room was in a terrible condition — extremely dirty, messy, and with a very strong foul smell. I have never experienced such poor hygiene standards anywhere. There were cockroaches crawling in the room, which made it very unhygienic and uncomfortable to even stay inside. The washroom was in an equally bad state — unclean, poorly maintained, and without basic necessities like toilet tissue, soap, or proper towels. The bed linen and pillows did not look fresh or washed, adding to the discomfort. The dust and stains on the floor and furniture showed that the room had not been cleaned properly for a long time. Overall, the entire experience was very disappointing and stressful. This place seriously needs better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until significant improvements are made.

Stayed here for a business trip and was blown away. The rooftop pool and skyline views were unreal, and the gym was well-equipped. My room was modern, with a super comfortable bed and a rain shower that I didn’t want to leave. The staff was professional yet friendly, and check-in was seamless. The hotel’s location near Marina Bay made exploring easy. Breakfast had a huge variety, from dim sum to fresh smoothies. A top-notch experience!

⭐ 2/5 — Great Staff, Poor Room Conditions The staff was very polite, helpful, and cooperative, which I truly appreciated. However, the room conditions were far below expectations. The room was dirty, with visible stains on the walls, loose wires hanging out of the switchboard, and worms crawling on the floor along with dead insects. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, which made it feel even less hygienic. Overall, while the service was good, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms need serious improvement. Would only recommend if those issues are addressed.

Our Hotel Front Desk Associate Mr Sabre was very helpful . He helped us with a good upgrade on our room , provided us with easy check in and check out . He made sure Everything was met upto our expectations. We are very happy & satisfied with our overall stay . All thanks to Mr Sabre for making it happen . He saved the day for us literally .

Worst experience with OYO. Checked in on 26th June 2025 at 10:30 PM—room was dirty, and there was no water supply at all. Property manager kept giving false promises every 10 minutes. No room change allowed, and no help from customer care despite multiple calls. I had to check out at 1:30 AM without using the room. Complete waste of money. Never booking with OYO again.

Stayed for 5 days — location near the airport is super convenient, and the room was decent for the price. However, cleanliness and service were inconsistent. Good for short stays, not ideal for longer visits. Affordable and well-located, but the lack of proper housekeeping and delayed service made the 5-day stay frustrating. Only suitable if you're on a tight budget and staying short-term.

Worst hotel now. Washroom was not clean and broken. The room was not clean at all . Only location was good there was no cleanliness.
