I wanted a nice hotel near the airport so I can commute easily over there, I saw this hotel on Google and as I saw it was managed by Oyo I quickly booked it. This was the worst decision in my life. When I entered the hotel, there were tons of mosquitoes. I ignored it thinking that the room would be clean. I was wrong, mosquitoes were there too. The AC was old and not working well, the bottles kept were not sealed. Some were not tagged too. When we asked them, they said you will get this only as it is complementary. I suggest anyone looking for this hotel not to stay here. Would be a waste of money and hygiene. Please avoid staying in this hotel.

My sincere review about this hotel: This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. First of all this is not Townhouse Marol but ACE Residency. Anpad slum fellow is a receptionist. He doesn't know how to behave with guests. No room service.. Nothing. Pics of rooms are misleading. Never book through OYO. Rooms are not good. The hotel name is ACE Residency and its approach is after crossing the gutter with a heavy stinking smell. Sometimes you book through OYO but hotel people will not give you accommodation telling that OYO has not paid their dues. And don't pay the amount online. Always pay at the hotel if you find it suitable. OYO is cheating customers by putting the hotel names in its app but if you book then the hotel will not allow you to check-in.

Very much disappointed. No towels AC was not working and the service is very worst! Go there only if you haven't got any rooms in the town. We complained about the AC and they told us they will change the room. But nothing happened. The staff come to out room and pressed the damage remote once again and went. Ridiculous service and The price was High. Also to reach there is difficult. BEWARE DONT GO THERE !!

I made a reservation at this hotel for my January 2024 trip, booking a month in advance through OYO and paying the full amount online in December. However, upon my arrival at the hotel, they informed me that no rooms were available and that they had given away my fully paid reserved room to someone else. Exhausted from my journey from Kerala, their inability to help was disappointing, especially because one staff member at the reception was rude and pretended not to understand English, even though they clearly did. Thankfully, another guest helped by translating my concerns into Hindi. To my dismay, it wasn't just me facing this issue; another customer had also booked and paid the full amount but had their room given away. Despite attempting to contact OYO support more than 30 times, I received no response. Their chat service on the website proved to be ineffective, as there was no real agent available to assist. After a prolonged wait, I finally managed to connect with an OYO agent who booked me into another hotel, forcing me to incur additional expenses and waste more time traveling to another location.

Worst experience of my life. Room dirty, full of mosquitoes. When asked for mosquito repellent, he gave us incense stick. My husband got stuck in bathroom since bathroom door knob was brocken. Bathroom was very small and dirty. No soap, water was given which is given in every hotel. Worst worst worst

Not recommend. Not maintained.Dirty rooms with moscaetos. Extra charges for water. No good infrastructure. Don't just go on photos originally it's very different and worst.

Everytime i book a place through OYO, the disappointment is just next level. Last time i came to mumbai i was denied check-in because OYO had given me discount and so they gave me the worst room possible. This time i booked super OYO townhouse prepaid and i along with a few different people were told that the rooms are booked for IIT and thaw t they didn't know the bookings would be extended. I reached at 11am and was there till 1PM just waiting for a solution. They said we'll get you shifted at another good OYO. Tried that and took an 1 hr to reach the solution to cancel. By then the rooms i had seen in another place got booked. First they made me wait for 30 mins because they thought i was from IIT. Then they said to get it shifted. Then they said that ohh they have rooms but will take another 30 mins. Then after 2 hours they again said no rooms. And in my case turns out no rooms at other decent OYOs as well. And the only reason they can give is, they didn't think IIT would continue their booking of 18 rooms. Below questions i can't answer, cause i didn't even get to see anything else other than the Reception. I still have to give 1 star, coz there's no option for lower. If some decides to book through OYO, please ask the hotel after booking that will they accept your booking even if they get another for higher cost and not cancel it on the day of the booking itself. Also, why the hell does the hotel owners not have the option to cancel the booking from their end. Why does the customer need to spend an hour just to get a solution. If this is he situation of an OYO property managed itself by OYO, what the hell should we expect from others. I can't say they didn't try to help for the shifting process, but in doing that now i don't have a decent reasonable place to stay. And they still have the audacity to show availability on OYO app.
