Stopped in after seeing this place during my commute. I ordered the brisket, pulled pork, and the special buttermilk Vidalia onions. The brisket was to DIE for, delightfully tender, absolutely melting apart with a good smokey flavor. The pulled pork was also good, but not on the level of the brisket. The onions were divine, crunchy and almost gooey with a nice tang from the seasonings and the Chipotle mayo. My only gripe was that the serving meat came propped up by a slice of bread. With how costly the food is already, I would've preferred meat instead of filler. $9 only got me about five 4" slices of brisket. Also, the spicy BBQ sauce at the table wasn't spicy at all. Fantastic food if you've got money to throw around and don't mind small portions.

Got the brisket, buffalo fries and pulled pork and banana pudfing. Brisket was great! pulled pork was good, buffalo fries were tasty. The banana pudding wasn't that great. It didn't really have flavor, and was gritty. Service was super friendly, and food was ready quick. I will definitely go back and try the ribs.

One of my favorite BBQ spots to hit up off sunrise highway on the south fork. I visit here maybe twice a year and each time the food is delicious. I like to try new items each time I visit but, what’s consistently great is the fresh brisket and pork. They offer more sides nowadays which is nice and the counter service is always friendly and efficient. They also have a nice little sink on the way out to wash up after eating the ribs which is a nice touch.

Google
Unbelievably world class BBQ. Doesn’t matter whether it’s chicken, brisket, ribs, or pulled pork you won’t go wrong with this BBQ! Beyond the meats, you have to have the collard greens - incredible flavor - unlike you ever had! Corn bread is awesome as well. You can’t go wrong here. And the prices are more than fair!

Ambiance was amazing and had lots of activities by the bar area but is still separate from the main dining room. Food was impeccable and drinks were tasty but on the sour side. Best BBQ in the area for sure.

Google
Definitely solid BBQ and some of the best I’ve had on the island! Done in Texas style albeit more reserved on the black pepper! Brisket and pork were cooked really well, though the slices I got this time were a mixture of perfect and some dried out edges. Fantastic atmosphere though, in a prime location. Definitely a repeat stop for a reasonably priced delicious meal!

This place caught our eye as we drove by, so we decided to check it out. You could smell the smoking meats in the parking lot, which called you into the restaurant. Inside was no frills and clean. Very friendly girl at the counter. I ordered the special, a pulled pork sandwich with cheese sauce and Cole slaw. I also ordered a side of collard greens. My husband ordered wings and a cheese burger. They were out of pork ends, which was disappointing. Along with 2 fountain sodas, it was $65 - pricey! The pulled pork sandwich was delicious, as were the collard greens, although a touch salty. My husband enjoyed his burger, regretted not ordering the double. The BBQ wings were okay. No crunch, soft. A smoky BBQ sauce, but they were bland; something was missing. If you're in the area, off season, it's worth a try. It was busy, so during season months, I'm sure there will be a long wait. There are 2 rooms for inside dining, 1 with a pool table. There is also an outdoor patio for eating with bench style tables.

Today we took my daughter's friend and the rest of the family out to Montauk just to walk around. We do this a couple of times a year. Montauk was having their music festival which was kind of awesome but unfortunately they had the giant rock wall closed so you couldn't walk around the lighthouse and get to that little secluded beach. On the way home obviously everybody was hungry so we have been wanting to go to town line barbecue forever. The last time we went in there my son was about six or seven years old. He cried because they didn't have chicken tenders so we didn't get to stay and I've hated the boy ever since just kidding. They have a full bar which was run by the greatest bartender. He takes pride in the drinks he makes and it was definitely evident in the margarita my wife had. I had a founders watermelon beer. I assure you this is not my typical type of beer but it was a hot day and I just wanted something lighter. Now he eats like a man so I'm kind of happy. We ordered the family meal which consists of a full rack of St Louis ribs a ton of smoke chicken and I swear a full cornbread. Exactly how I like a little bit of a bite to them without falling off the bone. They are not soft but have a dry rub on them which is a little spicy but nothing even remotely over the top. There is barbecue sauce on the table but I enjoyed them the way they were. It did come with a side of beans that I think were the best beans I've ever eaten. I didn't try the chicken because I was enjoying the ribs but the rest of the family said it was great. We added a quarter of a pound of brisket and I love that they ask you if you want it dry wet or mixed. Dry means no fat wet means lots of fat. We got it wet because there's something about the fat that just adds so much flavor. My daughter's friend did not like it but I was proud of her for trying it lol. We also added roasted cauliflower. I love the cauliflower but no one else really did. As a surprise my daughter bought me banana pudding because she knows it's my absolute favorite. With huge chunks of banana and Course nilla wafers it had a great flavor. On the way out Jillian even offered to show me the smoker. This thing is a monster smoker that rotates and is cooler than what I expected a smoker today. She was a delight to talk to and definitely somebody I will be looking for next time I go. Everybody in the world knows this place but if you don't check them out next time you're coming back it's right on 27 and townline road in like bridgehampTon.

Yelp
Been coming here off and on over the years - I have to say right now the bbq is on point. For me the sandwiches are the go to - I like the brisket sandwich with mix of moist and lean meat. Corn on the cob is a must. Cole slaw does it for me too. They serve Shiner in bottles - a staple with your meal. Play some pool or darts while you wait - went there a few times this summer - the perfect ending to a beach day when you want to dine in flip flops

Yelp
Townline BBQ in Sagaponick, NY After spending over a week on the beach in Southampton, eating fresh seafood and lobster rolls in neighboring restaurants, I was ready for some Comforting BBQ meat. So I introduce you to Townline BBQ. Whether your preference for barbecue originated in Memphis, Kansas City, St. Louis, or Texas hill country, it's likely that you have one -- and allegiances are strong when it comes to the types of food that we have allowed ourselves to fall in love with. The nice thing about making barbecue outside of any one place dedicated to the stuff is that there is still great creative latitude. In the northeast, removed from tradition, we can create restaurants that highlight the best of everything. For Townline, that means St. Louis-style ribs (a sparerib cut with no breastbone) next to South Carolinian hush puppies next to California chili. The result? A menu that feels both cohesive and expansive, that neatly incorporates competing regional foods and urges them to agree with one another. In one broad sense, Townline BBQ feels completely at home in the Honest Man oeuvre: It appeals to a year-round crowd, and is a restaurant dedicated to providing thoughtful and, yes, honest food to the local population.

Yelp
My home away from home. This place is amazing. Brian was behind the bar today. He is an OG like Ryan. He really knows how to treat his customers. If you are chill and down to earth, this is the place for you. The ribs with the homemade BBQ sauce is amazing! The ambiance here is very relaxing and southern. I love this place and highly recommend this spot to all my followers.

Yelp
I have been coming here for years. The pickle juice shots are the best that I have ever had provided that they are made from dill pickles. There are two flavored pickled shots. The first one is sweet, and the second one tastes salty yet sour. The bartender explained that the "salty yet sour" one is the one that is made from dill pickles, so I must be sure to ask for that. I always sit at the bar. My go-to order are the dry-rub wings. The dry rub is so good that I buy a to-go container of it for $10 to prepare my chicken, fish, and vegetables at home. The bar tenders are friendly and provide outstanding service. The customers are so down to earth, you would never know that you are in The Hamptons. If you are willing to make the drive out East to try great BBQ in a casual atmosphere, then come to Townline BBQ.

Yelp
Years years later and this place still rocks it! The food is delish! My husband brought me here back in the day when we were dating, we came again when we got engaged and now 12 years of marriage and 3 kids later, we love bringing our kids here. The service is fast and friendly. We were welcomed with warm smile. Great food, great service!! Tables and floors were spotless!

Yelp
If you're spending time in the Hamptons and are getting sick of the overpriced lobster rolls, Townline BBQ offers a welcome alternative option to typical "out east" fare. It's a casual spot that's part bar, part counter service BBQ restaurant that offers more than just your standard ribs and pulled pork sandwiches. There were even a few vegetarian options on the list like buffalo cauliflower, jalapeno coleslaw and buffalo fries slathered in wing sauce and bleu cheese, which were a stand out among everything else we ordered. I appreciated that they offer ribs in single orders just in case you're craving one (and one of these bad boys are huge). The pulled pork sandwich was tender and juicy, and the ribs are cooked perfectly. I love that there's a full bar on the other side of the counter service section which was hopping even on a Sunday afternoon in the off season. I was really surprised that this place isn't rated higher. One note is that parking can get a bit tricky - you may need to side street park which involves a bit of a walk (and getting out into some weeds on the passenger side).

Yelp
ive been to a lot of bbq places .. when im road tripping i try to try one on a daily basis.. and ive done cross country twice. As far as brisket goes this is as good as it gets, especially the fatty cuts. and for the corn bread, bar none the best ive ever had. highly reccomended

Yelp
Stopped on the way to Montauk for a weekend with my family. It seems like a small town atmosphere many locals watching sports. The staff were friendly. The food was delicious.

Yelp
This spot has awesome service as well as delicious meals. One of the best restaurant around here. The drinks and food served quickly and the rates were inexpensive. I recommend this place. Very clean and convenient restaurant. They offer big portions and for reasonable prices. We enjoyed the food very much and the staff members were super attentive and informative. I recommend this place. I ordered some pulled pork. The meal was delicious! The pulled pork, to die for! My girfriend ordered pulled chicken And the chicken was very flavorful & succulent, well flavored, and meaty. Great BBQ. One of the better BBQ spots in the hamptons. I would definitely recommend going.

Yelp
Passed by TLBBQ on way back from Montauk and decided to stop in. We had seen Doug Geed's East End which featured this venue and food looked great. I am reviewing based on my take out order which exceeded $100.00. Our order consisted of a full rack of ribs, brisket, half chicken, corn bread and cole slaw. Let me preface this with you MUST reheat the ribs, brisket and chicken to get them back to prime shape and taste, otherwise its just meat... I ordered 3/4 lb of juicy brisket and when I unpacked the order at home it was 3 1/4 pkgs of brisket on a piece of bread? Dont know why they did that but the brisket was not juicy at all so I reheated for a short time and it came out better. Ribs were also in need of reheating. They were delish and we used the bbq sauce packed in the order which was really wonderful. chicken was ok but not outstanding. The East End showed fresh juicy brisket, perfectly burnished chicken gut alas thats not what I received. They must have prepared right out of the smoker orders for the show which looked great. Without further picking on the short comings, TLBBQ was really good and best eaten in the venue. We will def stop again to eat inside next trip East. BTW... Hopping bar scene!

Yelp
Great BBQ for the price! Pulled pork & brisket sandwiches were generous in size and loaded with tasty coleslaw and pickles. The spicy bbq sauce has just enough zang. The buffalo fries were the best thing I've had in a long time- the sauce is perfectly tangy and the fries are cooked just right. I don't know why other places haven't offered a similar item! Would recommend.
google avatar

Mike Y.

Yelp
Can be hit or miss but worth trying your luck. With limited choices out East you might as well give it a go.

Justine M.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to eat in the Hamptons. The pulled pork sandwich is great and their specials are always on point. I'm a sucker for a good slice of corn bread. Place tends to smell pretty smokey and it's annoying leaving and bringing it with you but it's worth it.

David S.

Yelp
A weekend in the Hamptons is incomplete without dinner at this gem of a BBQ place! The pulled chicken is ridiculously good, juicy, soft and flavorful. Who needs a 5 star overtly expensive Hamptons meal when you have TownLine!

Caroline F.

Yelp
The best ribs I've had in a long time maybe the best I've ever had. I highly recommend going here. They also have a cute bar in the back. Get the ribs and the pickle's! Service was also fantastic.

Yelp
Flavorful and finger-licking good BBQ. This place knows how to roast meats! We had the pull pork sandwich, a brisket sandwich and a special (I think rib tips). They were all excellent. Moist and packed with flavor. Don't forget the corn bread and the pickles. Yummy!

Yelp
Had the wings and ribs. Both were very tasty and meaty. Hadn't been here in a while and happy to return!

Yelp
Amazing BBQ being smoked in East Hampton?? 2020, SMDH. We're supposed to be on a family vacation in Disney but this virus has other plans. I still took off the week, my wife & I planned one day to hit the beach in Montauk. That day, it just so happens there's a Shark roaming the New York beaches. 2020, you keep on serving up the hits! Any hoo, I have coffee, I have the Jeep roof off and I'm just enjoying the ride. All of a sudden I smell BBQ?! My wife was like, stop the car! We see on the side of the building: TOWN LINE BBQ. Be still my beating heart I tell her, let's hit the beach and swing by on the way back. Deal? Sure enough, I was swimming very close to shore. I got an outrageous golden tan and now it's time for lunch. We make a bee line to Town Line BBQ. It's during the week and we have the place to ourselves. I order a cold draft as well as our standard BBQ: Brisket Ribs Beans Cole Slaw My wife takes a bite of the brisket and I take a rib. We both look at each other as to say, what did we just experience?? The ribs were cooked spot on. Just enough smoke makes them pretty pretty close to being the best I had in a long time. Brisket, I want a little fat on the slice. It makes them incredibly moist. Again, award winning smoked meats. The sides were also dynamic, I liked the beans, Smokey and saucy is the best way to describe them. 2020 may truly suck but the shining star for me has been the BBQ we had at Town Line BBQ.
google avatar

Renee R.

Yelp
This place was ok. We ordered a ton of food for a group of us to share. The short ribs were not bad, beef ribs were ok and the brisket sandwich was alright. The Cole slaw was a little runny for me I like it a little thicker and the beans were good. The problem mainly is just nothing comes with flavor. You def get a Smokey flavor but there's nothing else not even salt lol. Idk maybe it's me but this place def has its local favs that come in. But I wasn't loving the place The staff is cool and the set up inside was clean.
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
NO DOGS ALLOWED! We were planning to sit on the patio with our 14 lb well-behaved lap dog and we were disappointed to find out that TL BBQ has a strict no dogs policy. It was a beautiful day so we decided to take the food "to go" and we made ourselves a picnic in a corner of the parking lot. The BBQ food was outstanding AND reasonably priced, which is so rare in the Hamptons and it's why they get all 5 stars. Usually a BBQ place has EITHER good ribs OR good brisket OR good pulled pork OR good chicken but we were pleasantly surprised to find that all 4 of these smoked meats were outstanding, among the best our family has eaten. The sides and desserts that we ordered were also very good. I'm regretting the fact that I drove past this place for a whole decade before checking it out. Will definitely be coming back here the next time we're in the Hamptons!

Yelp
more like 1.5 but the staff was friendly/helpful so rounded up... Let me just preface by saying that we arrived around 430pm and I had been fasting for about 16 hours so I was famished and any half decent food woudl have satisfied me! We ordered the half rack bbq ribs. This is basically dry salt seasoned baked ribs. What made it BBQ is they provide a separate BBQ dippings sauce. Dry dry dry and must be drenched in bbq sauce otherwise it is tasteless. The buffalo chicken wings. The skin is not thorougly cooked so it was thick fatty skin slimy and not crispy. no dipping sauce and blue cheese provide. LIterally zero of the buffalon wing taste. The buffalo fries. Best dish. Crispy shoe string fries with red (buffalo sauce) with crumble cheese topping. this was excellent. The TL burger (single patty) Dry basically burnt patty between 2 buns. McD is a 1000x better. Coleslaw - did not try.. Whoopi pie - basic basic. Hostess is better. Banana pudding - not good. The nila wafers were stale.. I guess different towns have different standards for food. This was a disappointment in my book

Yelp
Not a bad place... if your on east end I would definitely recommend trying the place out.. The two ladies in the front of house were great. They explained the ordering process and recommended certain food. We came in with our 4 children who ordered a variety of items off menu . The two little ones had the grilled cheese with fries. French fries cut from fresh potatoes, always great. Grilled cheese was average. I had brisket sandwich which was good but I wish it was a bigger sandwich. The taste was definitely there! My wife had pulled pork which was good. We ordered a side of pulled chicken which I though was on the dry side. The wings were good, not like the pulled chicken. My son ordered the brisket and it came with 2/3 slices.... good beer selection. Overall the place it good but nothing amazing... one thing these got under my skin is when we walked in the first thing that was said to me from the head chef or owner was " PUT YOUR MASK OVER YOU NOSE".... not a cool Thing to say to someone when they first walk into your restaurant.... it wasn't down on purpose and just happen to go below my nose as I was dealing with the 2 year old... However my rating was based on food and ambiance only.... I understand in these chaotic times that people don't really understand things... anyway the ambiance is great.... a great smoke house vibe with an amazing smoke smell!!

Yelp
Had lunch at townline BBQ with my family this past week Food and atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommended and will be back soon!! The chef came out to greet us. was super nice and very informative about the menu.

Yelp
After a long week of traveling for work, it was my plan to sit by the pool all weekend. Unfortunately it was not to be. A client called and asked me to look at a property in East Hampton. First off, anyone who knows this area knows traveling to the Hamptons at this time of year is a day trip. Not for the faint of heart. So I obediently perform the task but now it's lunch time. Town Line BBQ is located on Montauk Highway so you can't miss it traveling to or from the Hamptons. It's like most typical BBQ joints. You pick you choices, pay, self serve your soft drink and wait to be called. I had the brisket and ribs. Very good food. Service was more than pleasant, and decor is real southern BBQ restaurant. Here's a bonus. Remember this is the famous Hamptons. You never know what celebrity you may see. For example Jay Z and Beyoncé seem to love coming here on the way to there Hamptons home. Unfortunately they travel with a large entourage so they take up most of the restaurant. It seems that Jay Z loves BBQ, Beyoncé not so much. Anyway if you're on the east end of Long Island, in the Hamptons, don't pass up Townline BBQ. You won't regret it, and you may see a celebrity or two, or me.

Yelp
Service was great food even better drove over an hour just to eat here and can definitely say it was worth it best bbq I have ever had will definitely be coming back
google avatar

Heather B.

Yelp
Great food and great portions! We came here recently and I must say it is a great cost spot in winter! The food was great and the atmosphere was super cozy! Felt like we were somewhere in the south and not on LI. We got ribs and cornbread and it did not disappoint!
google avatar

David F.

Yelp
Great BBQ and a fan of their hot BBQ sauce. Nice selection of beers on draft, and awesome pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and buffalo fries. Sides (coleslaw and collards) are on the sweet side. Not my fave, but I guess people love it.
google avatar

Naomi M.

Yelp
Delicious BBQ! Place your order, sit down, buzzer tells you when ready. Fast service. Cheeseburgers are delicious, fries. Collard greens great. Banana pudding delish. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Solei P.

Yelp
Great place to go for ribs and wings. However, the best item on the menu is the buffalo fries. These are not your ordinary potatoes. The blue cheese and hot wing sauce together makes me sing while I eat. Theses outdoor seating and an upscale log cabin type vibe inside. A bit pricey but we'll worthy eh drive out.
google avatar

Anna B.

Yelp
Cole Slaw is rancid/tastes BAD yet they tell you "it's made fresh...everyone has different taste." Instead they gave us seasoned vegetables - red onion, tomato, basil and feta that was discolored from the vegetables aka NOT FRESH. Chopped brisket - fatty Regular brisket - dry Corn bread - BURNT This plate was $16.50! Not worth it at all.
google avatar

Adam X.

Yelp
Came out here for work and decided to stop for dinner. Boy oh boy was the fatty brisket tender! I've never had an American BBQ brisket that was this juciy. 10/10 would recommend. The wings were OK, definitely needed to season/marinate the wings, sauce was good. The ribs were good for the location, they allow you to get just 2 ribs which is cool. Would definitely come back if I were in the area.
google avatar

Anrana S.

Yelp
A bit disappointing. But what was I expecting from bbq on LI? Portions were kinda small for the price. My combo plate was $16.50. It looked generous. Until you realized that all the pulled pork and pulled chicken was sitting on 2 slices of bread. The pulled pork and pulled chicken were bland. And dry. The sauce had no flavor. The brisket was salty. But moist. The chicken was the best meat. But it was NOZt bbq at all. The corn bread was over cooked, almost burnt, which made it dry. The fried onions was just a fancy name for onion rings. You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer. You pick up your own food. And then bus your own table. As a result, no need to tip. I would have been a lot happier if my meal cost $12.
google avatar

Yelp
Had lunch for 2, wanted to watch the soccer game and they have a great place in the bar area with 6 tables that fit 3 people. It's separated and cleaned tables. The menus are paper and thrown away after, could also check online for them. Delicious food and drinks over all! Recommend for family's also, there are large tables in the entrance. And great for watching any games on or tv in general! Lots of TVs around the bar area. Very nice staff.
google avatar

Juris K.

Yelp
Good food but unfortunately closed there doors at 840 even though there hours say till 9pm
google avatar

Charles D.

Yelp
Really charming space, smokey and wooden and really had me going as a place that makes good bbq. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the food was really underwhelming. The ribs were dry and not smokey and barely warm. I got the feeling that the ribs were cooked a long long time ago or cut a wayyyyyy too early and again, they were not hot. The ribs consistency was like mushy and kinda spongey. The wings were okay. The bbq sauces were also really very bad. I don't know I really really really want to like this place and I understand that covid is hell on the industry but seriously the food was terrible.

Amanda I.

Yelp
No dogs allowed Outside while you're waiting for Takeout?? That doesn't make sense to me at all. Food also overrated and overpriced. Suggest going to Smokin' Wolf which is better
google avatar

Dick B.

Yelp
Been many times and love it. Some of the best lean brisket I've had north of the mason dixon. Don't believe the uptight Hamptons Kens/Karen's who don't have a clue between good pit master and a frozen pizza. Townline is on point. Go enjoy.
google avatar

Alyssa S.

Yelp
Just stopped in with our four kids to pick something up to eat. Thank goodness we did. The staff were so friendly, the food was amazing and the drinks were great! Perfect lunch for our family fun day.

Yelp
Chef Billy made this life changing off the rib sandwich on a potato bun. Honestly I've never felt so satisfied in my entire life. You need God to satisfy my needs. Chef billy, this sandwich needs to be on the menu forever. This sandwich was so good idk how to act right now. It was so ridiculously good. I had broccoli from here once made by Billy and it made me fall in love with vegetables. I thought about going vegan. But I'm not because this rib sandwich was life changing. Also Ryan, best bartender. His vibe is so welcoming I've been coming here for years. I come back just because Ryan makes it feel like home. I love it here 10/10 you will love it here too. Everyone here is so nice. Food is amazing. Couldn't be so thankful. I love you all.

Kai M.

Yelp
Only bbq joint I would go to on LI. Been coming here for years, try the brisket and buffalo fries - won't be disappointed

Yelp
Start with food came cold. How difficult is it to serve hot pulled pork and hot ribs? Come on! I ordered food to stay and they packed it to go!!!wake up! Returned pulled pork for a hot batch and after 10 minutes nothing arrived!!!!! What the heck? Walked up and asked fir a refund and then pork is brought over and i waved it away. Took a refund for it. Ribs were barely warm but we ate anyway. RIDICULOUS PRICES! Tasteless food! COLD FOOF...WORST CARELESS UNCARING STAFF. Diet coke was bland and lemon slices from the bar were old and mashed. I even saw one of staff physically touch the pretzels that she put in a bag to go. Apparently cleanliness means less now even with COVID!!!!!!!!!! Dont eat here!

Yelp
Came here the other day and thought it was the best bbq at affordable prices. Loved the brisket sandwich and collard greens. The food is outstanding and affordable. Highly recommend.

Great yummy food. Service is great. Sometimes the food takes a while, and by it arrives, it is a tad warm.

Yelp
Please refer to my sad lil burger picture for the duration of this review. My family and I planned our entire day around a trip to Townline BBQ. We were out in E. Hampton, having a great day, my dad totally loved BBQ, everything added up perfectly. We (4 grown adults who can devour -- crust & all -- a pizza per person) get to Townline and ordered about $60 worth of food. Burgers, fries, ribs, all the BBQ you can imagine! Unfortunately, my sister has food allergies, so she resorted to a single cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. All was fine until we got our food, including that burger, and realized how incredibly small the portions are. I get it is meant to be a single burger. But c'mon. I would need about 4 of those babies to constitute as an actual, drool-worthy cheeseburger. As for the rest of the food, the portions mimic the single cheeseburger. Small, and lame.

I really enjoyed everything about Town-line BBQ. The moist brisket was probably the best brisket I have ever had (not kidding). The staff was extremely nice and the bartender made decent drinks. The pickle-back shots are made with their own spicy pickle juice and are great! The Buffalo French fries were a first for me and might have been my favorite thing (next to the brisket). They are shoe string fries, covered in Honey Buffalo sauce with chunky blue cheese on top. Chicken wings were ok and the pulled pork was pretty darn good. Great place for a family lunch/dinner!

Yelp
Great location--off rt 27 between bridgehamton and east Hampton and good barbecue smell coming from the place---but we did not eat there because the staff was very inflexible concerning making simple changes to our meal--First--no one was in the place--we were there at 5 pm on a Monday. We only like chicken and everything we asked they either could not or would not do or said there would be extra charges--Light on the barbecue sauce? they could not do-- White meat only?? extra-- bread with the meal? they would sell me a 3.00 roll--With no one there at the time you would think they would be a little more flexible to gain a new customer---Other reviews state celebrities have eaten there--Find that hard to believe--We left without ordering and will probably go back to smoking wolf

Yelp
Good happy hour spot, drink specials, casual environment, and fun food/bbq menu! Rustic decor, clean, pool table, darts and easy access from east or west. Parking lot but often overflow onto street!

Yelp
My girlfriend and I love Bbq, especially Texas style we have toured Texas just to taste! I have to say that my expectations of finding good bbq in the Hamptons was low let alone Texas style. This place is awesome, the ribs were just the way they should be, not all saucy, a good bark and not over cooked aka "fall off the bone" , just the right amount of smoke. It was so good we went back for a second time, this time we explored the special board, had the pork Candy Bites whoa! Who ever is the pitmaster deserves a raise!.... Go to this place! The bar is a hidden jem with great beers on draught and a fantastic Margarita! Ryan and Lucy are a pleasure!
