My friend and I walked into Toy Crazy to find a birthday gift for a one year old boy. This tiny shop packs a punch! We found the perfect gift, a red fire engine truck made from recycled milk cartons in the Pacific Northwest. Melissa, the owner, wrapped this gift so beautifully and we chatted about the community. What a gem of a shop. By the time we left Toy Crazy, I felt like I made a new friend! Thank you Melissa! This shop is located inside the Brentwood Country Mart on the south end. There is free parking with validation . Enter on 26th Street by the Bank of America. Support small shops and local shops!

This store is well curated. The paint kit was a huge hit with my friend’s 3 & 7 year old kids here in Australia.

Excellent old school toy store in the Brentwood Mart. Great spot of pick up presents for children’s birthdays. Very helpful staff. A little pricey - but well worth the convenience.

I took a long walk here being excited to get a new toy to my son and I left with nothing. I did see some variety of toys even though the store couldn't be tinier than that, however I got zero attention from two salesperson that were there. They were too busy talking about some lady and did not even say hi.

The only toy store I shop at, people who work there go above and beyond to help you and are always so cheerful and nice

Great variety and I love the fact that you can actually hold the item in your hands, but You can find better quality and much cheaper on Amazon

Wonderful selection of toys! ChewCube and a bunny rattle for an 8 month old, wood blocks for a two year old, Hot Wheels for a three year old, and Gund bear for a five year old. All reasonably priced. 1 hour free parking. Sales lady helpful in finding the type of toys that I wanted to purchase.

I must say I'm very disappointed!! Not at the merchandise but at the staff!!this place might be friendly towards parents that are making the purchase but not friendly toward kids. At least to my point of view. And definitely not friendly towards my autistic child.

Super cute toy store. I honestly thought it would be full of high end toys but there is a wide range of toys, games, stuffed animals. Toys for kids of all ages. Science and STEM related games, puzzles, magic. I was so impressed by the variety. Definitely a place I will come back to for birthday gifts and such.

Best place to buy a gift for babies, toddlers and kids of all ages. I have been coming here for years, and they delivered again. The staff is friendly and helpful , and great wrapping is still included at no extra charge. I was in and out of the store today in 10 minutes with a WOW gift beautifully wrapped.

Once again, Toy Crazy came through. Excellent selection of toys and new things arrive all the time. They do an excellent job with wrapping. This time it was race cars and a vibrant colorful paper. Looks lovely! Lots of eco friendly things to consider and paper bags (not plastic) for carry out if you need. I appreciate that.

Toy Crazy is carefully curated for what will delight kids and teach them good stuff. I have bought gifts there for two 3-5 year olds and have never been disappointed. I also found a wonderful plush stuffed wise owl, to give as a gift to a 50-year-old. Lucky to have this great place to shop at. No one quite like owner Melissa Moore, whose warm heart and deep understanding of kids and play can be felt everywhere.

I have been surfing since Columbus discovered the New World. This year our grandson, now 6, wanted a bodyboard (Boogie Board) for his birthday. Because Toy Crazy does nice wrapping we purchased a COOP bodyboard from them. Once unwrapped we discovered the overly priced board came with a non-elastic nylon rope leash. In the turbulent surf, a non-elastic leash may prove to be very dangerous. It may wrap around a child's finger(s), wrist, or even his throat than pulled taught by powerful wave action, even small wave action. A safe leash made of rubber and nylon absorbs the blunt force of a wave because it is flexible and expands. Giving the shop the benefit of the doubt I telephoned to notify them that the leash was unsafe and that I wanted a 20% from the $55 purchase price (high for a 6 yr old entry-level bodyboard) or $11 with which I would buy a safe leash. The manager, tone-deaf to my altering her about the dangerous leash, parroted [we don't give discounts or refunds but you may return the bodyboard for shop credit or exchange. No thank you, I said, my grandson "wants" a bodyboard for his birthday present so either give us the 20% discount or refund the purchase. Once again completely ignoring the items unsafe design Toy Crazy refused to budge. Why on earth would a merchant, now aware that a "toy" they were selling could potentially cause great bodily harm or death, ignore the friendly warning, refuse to make the accommodation? I am purchasing a safe leash and filing a complaint with our credit card carrier to recover the costs involved. I will no longer shop at Toy Crazy. Not with hundreds if not thousands of toy and sports equipment outlets on the WWW. Why on earth purchase anything from a company that will not refund the cost of a dangerous item purchased or make things right? This shows very poor business judgment. Adieu, Toy Crazy.

***This is an okay toy store; their selection is not bad with a lot of toys aimed at very young children, which seems to fit with the neighborhood; the staff is friendly here*** Toy Crazy is located in Brentwood Country Mart, which has its own free parking lot; unfortunately, it can be difficult finding an open space. There is metered parking available on the street. Or if you go a little south, you can find free street parking in a nice residential area.

On Sunday I met my family at the Mart for a Sunday eat and Hang out. After eating I wanted to buy my 3 little cousins a toy at toy crazy. The older women working there was very aggressive and demanded they put back the collection of toys they wanted me to buy. She was rude and shouldn't be working at a TOY STORE. I wonder how much business they must lose because of this women. We left immediately and had the kids pick the same toys off my amazon account.

Toy Crazy is a great little shop in the Brentwood Country Mart. I had to pick up a gift for a 1-year old quickly during lunch. I wanted something different/at least not from generic stores like Toys-R-us. I am not very knowledgeable about kids' gifts but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful-not pushy, just noticed that I looked confused and jumped in to assist. The salesperson quickly found me a variety of great and unique presents to choose from for a child his age. The selection of toys is good and unique with gifts in every price range. Once I picked one out she wrapped it in adorable paper. I added a CA old-school license plate to the bow with the child's name on it and was good to go in less than 10 minutes. The wrapping was free and looked amazing. Highly recommend this place!!
