Location is near Shinagawa Station and a small supermarket. Queen-bedroom is quite compact for one person. Simple free breakfast was served in the compact lobby however it can be boxed or taken away. Check-in time is exact 15:00. Staffs are nice and helpful.

1. Service - very good! The staff were friendly and helpful. They can understand and speak limited English. At times, they would use a digital translator to help communicate their explanation. ||2. Food - good. They served sausages, salad, scrambled eggs, mini croissants, chocolate croissants, ham, salami, juice, miso soup. ||3. Room - good. This is a business hotel, so I didn't expect much. My room was small, clean and safe. I was placed on the side of the train station so I could hear the trains. I used my noise reduction ear plugs to help eliminate the noise. There is a camper style bathroom in the room in which you have to step up and into the bathroom. The hotel provided clean towels in a bag and left it on my door handle every day. In exchange, I would place my used towels in the bag. ||The only issue I had was understanding how to turn on the AC with the small remote control. The remote isn't labeled in English. After a couple of tries, I finally figured out how to turn on the AC. ||4. Activities - very good. There are restaurants and a nice grocery store at Shinagawa station. There is a grocery store next door to the hotel. ||5. Overall - I chose this hotel due to its location to Shinagawa Station. Great connection to and from Haneda Airport, the Yamanote Line, and the Shinkansen. I would definitely stay again at this hotel. It served my needs very well.

Great location, very close to train station. The room is a bit small, but everything is very clean. The breakfast is so so.

The room is small but functional. We were there just for one night after flying from London to Haneda. Yes the bed is hard and so are the pillows but we were so tired that we slept anyway. Hotel provides everything you could need (razors, toothbrush, toothpaste, face cleaner, face cream, body wash, shampoo, conditioner...) and what I could only describe as "one size fits all" gender neutral night gowns, which looked and felt a bit like a hospital gown.|The breakfast is served in the lobby so it is a bit cramped. Fruit drink, tea and coffee, napolitan pasta, eggs and sausages.... |Only one lift so you have to queue at busy times.|Several vending machines, complimentary 24/7 tea and coffee in the lobby.|Supermarket next door.|4 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station for the shinkansen. Can't complain.

First, if you have check in at 4pm and check out at 10am, I am deducting a star. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk to Shinagawa station. I made a mistake booking the room, clicking 1 person stay and they were kind enough to let my girlfriend stay for additional cost. Free breakfast in the morning is also nice. The market just to the left of the hotel is also very good. The rooms are quite small but functional. Overall, if I am staying anywhere near Shinagawa station in the future, I will stay here again.

5 min walk to Shinagawa station. Very clean and kind staff. There is only one elevator but I did not have to wait more than 5 min. The breakfast area is small but they have take-out container as well so you can bring it to your room if you want. Menu options included a variety of bread, rice and various side dishes. The noise from the tracks and workers outside the building speaking some things on a megaphone went on till late, perhaps 6am-midnight. Not a problem for me as that is also when I sleep plus I used earplugs but people who need to sleep more and are sensitive, will need earplugs.

We grabbed a hotel next to the major station in Tokyo where we could also get a metro to the airport the following day.||The Room|Similar to the other Toyoko Inn we stayed at towards the beginning of our trip, this room had some small comforts in that set it apart from other Tokyo hotels. The painting was quite nice, and even had a QR code on to find out more info on your phone about the artwork in the Toyoko Tokyo Hotels. The room was an alright size, and the bathroom wasn’t the pokiest.||The Breakfast|The dining room was on the ground floor, to the left. The hotel being a stone’s throw from the Shinagawa Station, there wasn’t too much around abouts. The dining room was quite cramped and you seemed to be sitting on top of each other, and on top of the waste disposal areas, which wasn’t very pleasant. The food was alright, but I can’t recall anything really positive or negative, I’m afraid. I didn’t make any notes as I was absolutely exhausted. The hotel did the job and was in a very useful location.

Small room but functional. It is so close to Shinagawa station so you can’t beat it. Free breakfast in the morning is not bad. The room tho small is comfortable. There is a market next door to buy prepared foods and drinks. Hotel provides shampoo, conditioners, body wash.
