The Track is pretty cool if you go when there is not a ton of people. If it's packed, expect to spend 15 minutes in line just to buy your tickets. Then you have to go get in line for the go karts. We waited over an hour in line for our 5 minute turn. During the hour long wait, they had messages playing on a loud speaker. It was WAY TOO LOUD, and played a recorded message saying "not to stand up or take off your seat belt until told to do so". It repeated over and over, & after the 100th time, I almost freaked out, so I plugged my ears like a child. I can still hear the recording bouncing off my eardrums and brain. The staff are helpful, fun and friendly, and pretty reasonable prices if you buy a package. Good location, plenty of parking.

Google
Had a great time. We went on a Tuesday in the afternoon and there was essentially no wait for anything. We did the unlimited day pass (purchased online for a discount) and enjoyed the attractions at track 4 and 5 as well. The staff was friendly for the most part. Skip the arcade though, the prices are steep per game.

Google
This experience took me back to my childhood. I had an amazing time with my family. We had a mini road trip as we traveled to our destination. We definitely created great memories. The staff we're super interactive and supportive on the attractions. I'd refer this place as a family getaway for sure! 🫶

Google
Do not ride the skyscraper way too expensive after being bombarded with hidden fees, very uncomfortable seating on a very unsafe ride. Not to mention the camera on the ride doesn’t even work so after you go through all the hassle you can’t even watch the replay. There are many other attractions here and when you weigh it against everything else it’s just a major inconvenience.😕

Google
The kids really enjoyed their first time driving by themselves. Nice and friendly staff workers

Google
I love go carts but this place was expensive for what it is. The carts are quick for younger kids but for adults it’s not that exciting in my opinion. Mostly single file driving around which to me is boring. The workers are great and gave us a little extra time which bumped my review up 1 star.

John Rich

Google
What a fun Family Place!! It's A bit expensive imo. Definitely get the all day unlimited pass.

FNB Production

Google
Lack of communication between employees. We purchased a child’s pass for the bumper boats and were told that it would be fine as long as she had an adult with a pass to ride with. (The adult riding with the child purchased their own pass for bumper boats) the employee at the bumper boats was rude, rolled her eyes and said that that would not work and both passes had to be on the same card. She took one of the cards and swiped for both tickets which were adult instead of a child pass, so basically it was a ripoff because it was two adult passes instead of one adult and one child. We went back to the front counter and he said that that was really frustrating and refunded us for the passes. We are very thankful for him and his courtesy, and he was the bright spot of the visit.

Yelp
There is so much to do here! My kids (12 and 10) love that there are 3 separate locations, and I like that each location has different amenities and attractions. My kids actually turned down going to some of the more well known attractions in Branson, and instead just wanted to spend all their time at the Track locations. They have loved all the different Go-kart options, and the bumper boats and laser tag have also been great. All of the employees have been helpful and friendly, and I've appreciated that they really seem to be focused on safety at the Go-kart rides.

Zane G.

Yelp
I need to report extremely inappropriate behavior by an attendant named PJ on the Rookie track at the Lumberjack park. While checking my daughters' seatbelts, he: 1. Rubbed his hand against one of my daughter's legs while calling her "sweetie." 2. Rubbed his hand across my other daughter's chest while "adjusting" her seatbelt. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially toward minors. Someone who behaves this way should not be working around children. For the safety of all families who visit your park, I strongly urge you to remove PJ from this position immediately. I trust you will take this seriously and do what's necessary to ensure a safe environment for kids. Please confirm once this has been addressed.

James P.

Yelp
I'm very disappointed with your workers. I purchased an all day pass for myself and my daughter today (3/26) only to find out that one of your tracks was completely closed and the other had half of the rides closed. The employ that I spoke to did not mention that one of the places was completely closed when I asked them about using the pass at all three places. Had I known that we couldn't even use it at one or at the other one that had half of the rides closed, I would not have purchased this. Very disappointing.

Yelp
My kids and eye got an unlimited day pass for the Track Parks and it was well worth it. We spent half of the day driving go karts and we definitely got our moneys worth. The best track is Heavy Metal in my opinion, it has the steepest drops. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It's a great place to have fun.
google avatar

Yelp
We loved having an opportunity for our younger adventurers to enjoy a spin around the tracks! The employees were awesome! The facility was clean and the parking was abundant!
google avatar

Yelp
RJ & the whole go kart crew were the best. Accommodating and keeping it fun for our whole group. These guys were let you ride in the rain!
google avatar

Yelp
They have our old Ferris Wheel from Navy Pier in Chicago and it was a delight to ride again. I had been on this so many times as we take visitors down to Navy Pier when here. The staff they had working here were all very good and professional too. The place was not real busy as school was in and good season to visit here. We got a double ride and I gave the staff some beef jerky that I make for trips, a good bonus for them. We hit the track for go cart fun next and had a ball on these powerful carts on the cork screw than the drop, it was awesome time. We did get extra time because I gave them jerky too. It was a nice day outside or the games would have been fun to play.
google avatar

Mike G.

Yelp
Still just as fun as when we were here many years ago. For now, this is just for Track 4, the Heavy Metal High Rise since 3 and 5, the two wooden tracks, were both closed today. This is a fairly basic ride. Most of the time, you're going up in a corkscrew before two fairly steep ramps down. You get five or so minutes around before your turn is over. At $10/ride, it's not cheap. There are some discounts, but those are really aimed at multi-hour or all-day passes, which I guess could be worth it if you planned to do it a lot.

Yelp
Branson Missouri better known as the Vegas for kids. I road tripped with the girlfriends and had a blast but we all wish we had brought our littles. Houston's known for the energy corridor Branson is famous for the entertainment corridor which can be admired from one of the world's most adored attractions the Ferris wheel. Retired after 20 years from Chicago's Navy Pier, fairly new (2016) to Branson, and now overlooks the Ozark Mountains. Last year on 420, because I am high on life, I was on the High Roller in Vegas. Currently the biggest in the world, the views were wonderful, and I was on the only cabin with an open bar. I am crossing my fingers the new world record will open by 420 of this year (New York), if not I will not fight the crowds until 2019. Why did I love the Branson Wheel so much more? The genius behind the music and light spectacular! Whether you're on the wheel or on the ground the wheel is gorgeous to see as they all are but The Branson Ferris Wheel has my heart. By the way, there's also other shit to do like arcade, go carts with several tracks, and Bumper boats/cars. Like I said, it's Vegas for kids. No roller coasters, lame for those in need of an adrenaline rush, unless your competitive like me, then go carts and bumper boats are a win too.

Yelp
This review is for Heavy Metal High Rise. It was quite fun going through the track three times. $10 per adult was reasonable. However, it was disappointing to see that the teens that were quite reckless on the go karts were staff or friends of the staff. (They walked behind the counters afterwards, so it was pretty obvious.) They really don't need to be bumping people at full speed, especially if there are kids on the track. We also saw the staff pushing the governor to make their go karts go faster. Complained to the manager, and he said he was going to fix the problem. Hopefully so. I don't like to see kids getting injured, especially when I saw one that was driving the go karts in just socks.

Krista Z.

Yelp
Super clean and updated! It's a nice facility and fun. We had a great time and loved the go carts. My only complaint is my goodness, why does it have to be soooo expensive?!? It cost over $100 for two adults and one 7 y/o to ride the Ferris wheel, bumper cars, and go carts just one time!!
google avatar

Yelp
Go kart!! I am back to the past. As a kid love to be race car driver. I can imagine the gas pad and the stick shift when I am young and innocent. I am glad to enjoy my dream with my kid while we have an opportunity to race each other in go karts. This track is very interesting. It has four loops to about 30 feet height then the sudden drop with high speed. The key is keep chasing the kart in front you in close distance then over pass on the sudden drop. I can said it give me a great pleasure to enjoy the race. The kart is build very save with low center gravity that counter the overturn of the vehicle. 10 minutes of thrilled did give us moment of experience. You can buy the bigger package with more point with 40% discount and enjoy the TRACK company in different locations with their play card.
google avatar

Katie S.

Yelp
We did the multi day pass it was a lot fun. We came during off season so our favorite track was never open for go carts due to staffing issues but we still had plenty of fun and everyone was very nice.
google avatar

Tiffany F.

Yelp
We came to the Track on its first weekend opened they weren't trained for us. The kids had a blast be aware that you can only drive a passenger if you have a drivers license. We had many kids that had to have us parents each take turns driving them. Lacie's employee drove one of our kiddos so we could go together one time around. She went above and beyond! Thank you lacie and her staff!
google avatar

Collin W.

Yelp
The service was ok. It was extremely busy abs not many people were wearing masks. I didn't see anyone wiping down the game machines while we were there

Lora M.

Yelp
Track 5 closed, although online said it was still open. We had bought wristbands that morning for all day went to condo to take a nap with plans to do the laser tag that evening only to find out when we pulled in at 5:30 that the open sign was on and the app said they where open (no employee at any rides) as gentle Was leaving and locking the door said they closed at 5pm today he went back In and turned the open sign off. Very disappointed, the mini golf Was a joke My teens enjoyed the bumper boats and go carts but really 2 hours is enough as all the tracks are pretty much the same and if you can't do the laser tag at track #5 what is the point
google avatar

James N.

Yelp
My kids enjoyed the bumper cars and go carts! It started lightening when we were there and they had just scanned us for a ride, but my daughter was unable to ride. We went to the front desk to ask them to add her ride back to the card and the refunded us completely! My kids were ecstatic and we got to come back the next day and ride a couple of extra times!

Yelp
Visiting from out of town and we have had a blast in this hot summer Tuesday.. staff was extremely helpful and made sure everyone had fun

Yelp
while it wasn't my first trip to Branson, it was my first stop at the Track Family fun park. the main reason I stopped was for their newest attraction, the Branson Ferris Wheel. The Track has several locations on the strip, offering different rides and attractions. this location had the Ferris wheel, the Heavy Metal high rise go kart track, and a few other rides you can do. I have yet to ride the other attractions, but plan on doing so in the future. The prices for their attractions are comparable to other tourist destinations located along the strip. and they offer a lot of choices between the 4 locations they have down in Branson. The cost of the ride was 12.00 per ride, and the ride lasted one rotation, which was about 7 minutes. was it worth it? at least for one ride. I'm sure if a family was doing all of the attractions it would be well worth it. they offer a pass that you can purchase and add time to it. you just show them the card when you are ready to ride whatever attraction your interested in. There is also food choices here to satisfy your hunger needs, Andy's Frozen custard is great for a summer nights treat, there is also pizza world where you can get some decent pizza.. I give it good recommendation, as a great family spot.. the Branson strip is undergoing a major overhaul, and becoming a top destination for families..
google avatar

Sandra R.

Yelp
Fun Family activities. Staff was helpful and patient. My 74 year old dad had a blast! The view from the top of The Lumberjack was a nice surprise. You will get soaked on the bumper boats but is refreshing. We purchased the 2 hours pass and did several rides on go Karts, laser tag, bumper boats and glow in the dark putt putt. This is one place the whole family will enjoy!
google avatar

Lucky S.

Yelp
This review is for the Skycoaster only. We did not do anything else in the park. My son really wanted to zipline in Branson, but we simply ran out of time. Not to mention, no one else likes heights all that much except for him so the Skycoaster was the next best thing! From their website, the Skycoaster is a 100-foot-tall super swing that combines elements of skydiving and hang-gliding. You'll be harnessed up and pulled up 100 feet in the air - one of the best views in town! It's about $30 bucks and lasts about a minute. Seeing him fly some 70 feet in the air back and forth was terrifying but he LOVED it.
google avatar

Ginger M.

Yelp
We only went on the Branson Ferris Wheel and it was fun but definitely a one-time and done sort of thing. The ticket price was on the steep side in my opinion but not too horrible. The Ferris Wheel moved much more slowly than I expected but was enjoyable and the view on a sunny day was gorgeous. I would recommend this for anyone who would like to have a more leisurely "ride" experience.
google avatar

John A.

Yelp
The whole family rode the Wild Woody (Go Karts) and had a blast! My inner Mario Andretti came alive. Then we played Putt Putt. Fun was had by all. There are various tracks to race on and bumper boats also. We've been wanting to drive on the Wild Woody for a number of years and we finally did it!! Fun for all ages.
google avatar

Tiffeny H.

Yelp
What a fun place, when we walked up I was just expecting to walk right up into the ferris wheel I didn't realize that it was so much other stuff for you to do there. My kids enjoy the ferris wheel with my mom cuz I didn't have enough guts to get on it. I don't like heights but they also enjoyed the Go karts and the little gaming place, where you going to pay for the go-karts. It was just an all-around good experience to hang out late at night with the family. The lines weren't to long the service was good, and the ice cream place had free cold water outside. That's pretty thoughtful in the Branson heat.
google avatar

Jim H.

Yelp
Great place to bring the family! Cool little single coaster cars - you control your own speed as you zip down the hill. I asked one of the employees if I didn't use my brakes at all, would I fly off the tracks? He assured me that I would survive, but the final 3 hairpin turns at high speed had me wondering! What a blast! These are very similar to the Alpine slides at Park City Resort in Utah. Between rides, kick back and enjoy some corn hole, or relax in the rocking chairs overlooking the rails. There's also a nice fire pit to gather 'round if it's a cooler evening. I also appreciated the cleanliness of their restrooms, as did the kids in our group who get easily spooked by the horrors that lurk in far too many public squat pots. This isn't a ride that you want your kids to attempt while "holding it"...
google avatar

DeLacey A.

Yelp
The race track is so much fun! I wish that the tracks near us in Ca were like this. So far we did the woody which was track 3, it is tall and super fun, there is a spiral that you go through and dips/drops.. I noticed a review saying that it was jerky, but it really isn't. At one point you can tell your riding on wood and that makes it a little bouncy, but it wasn't bad.The only reason that we have this four stars is because the price was a little high. We ended up getting the special, which is $35 unlimited everything for 2 hours as long night as its purchased before 5pm. One hour down and we are heading to the other track, track 3 was great, bumper boats was fun, will update after track 4. Ok, track 4 was just as fun! You even catch air on the drops.. Would totally come back again if ever in the area.. The staff at this track wasn't super friendly, but oh well, the ride was great!!
google avatar

Lisa L.

Yelp
Went here over the summer and was very happy with the track. The wait time wasn't too long and it was easy to access the carts. The staff seemed friendly and the cost was comparable to the other locations we visited. Would recommend.

Ren M.

Yelp
GO CARTS ARE OLD AND SLOW. I bought 4 two hour passes ($160) forms and my 3 boys. None of them wanted to ride after 15 min. Both of my carts were slow and backfiring the whole time. Anyone above 5 yrs old will be bored. Manager said too bad that they don't give refunds. Lesson learned. This place is a total rip off.
google avatar

Becky K.

Yelp
We went to this track after being told it has the fastest cars. We were very disappointed!! Not only are they slow but they would also die going up the hill! Not worth the money if you are looking for something fast!!
google avatar

Karen M.

Yelp
Our family had a blast at the track family fun parks. My nine-year-old girl rode the sky coaster! She has not quit talking about how much fun it was. Both of our kiddos really enjoyed the go cart track as well! We will be back next year!
google avatar

Kelly M.

Yelp
Gets very busy after dark. Fun but a little pricey. For example, a single reg price ride in a kart on the Heavy Metal Highrise is $9.50. Sign up for their emails ahead of your trip and you could get in on their really good specials (close to half price) that they have a couple times a year. Track 4 also has Andy's frozen custard which I recommend.
google avatar

Bret K.

Yelp
I didn't think I would like to ride this Ferris wheel. But I was wrong it was well worth the $12 it cost per ticket. I would even probably do it again. Staff was great. Ride was short but fun. Definitely recommend
google avatar

Alyssa M.

Yelp
This is exactly what you would expect of a fun park. We enjoyed the heavy metal go carts, bumper boats, Ferris wheel, and ended the evening with frozen custard. We had a great time with our just tall enough to be a passenger 2.5 year old.
google avatar

Brittany G.

Yelp
If you're not scared of heights the Ferris Wheel is a great experience while visiting Branson! Tickets were only $12 per adult, your allowed to go two 7 1/2 minutes rounds. We went in the evening time and the sunset at the very top was breath taking. I would recommend going in the evening time. After your ride you have the option to purchase a digital picture that you take prior to boarding the Ferris Wheel. You can get 2 large photos for $20-this is the option we went with, but there are other options available. There's lots of other fun activities surrounding the Ferris Wheel as well.
google avatar

Lexy S.

Yelp
Brought my toddler and he loved it. I didn't think there would be many rides he could go on but there's a whole area for toddlers/little kids. He loved it and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!

Amy D.

Yelp
Very disappointing to enter this business with mask signs posted and a mask mandate in place and absolutely no enforcement. Not a good look for tourism in Branson. Plus very crowded and no sanitizing happening between game users.
google avatar

Vicki T.

Yelp
We were the first customers of the day, so things had not gotten busy yet. The benches that are there for the guests to sit on were taken up by teenage employees who had no riders yet, their water bottles, & their cell phones. No place for us to sit. My 6 year old granddaughter got into her mini go-cart & immediately hit the tires around the border. That is not the Track 3's fault. There is padding on the steering wheel for just such events. Unfortunately, she hit off center & her face hit the hard steering wheel. Blood gushed out of her nose & her front teeth pierced her lips. One top front tooth was loosened from the blow. Once again, that is not the Track 3's fault. What IS the Track's fault is that the attendant running the ride paid no attention whatsoever to the blood spewing everywhere or the child screaming. She NEVER offered us a paper towe l& NEVER even asked if the kid was okay, even though she was standing right next to us. No acknowledgment whatsoever. She just stood there looking around, chatting & giggling with her buddies (other workers) & waited for us to clean up the mess. THEN............. we got the hell out of there & went to Track 2. Whole new world. Very attentive staff, very helpful & well run. Super friendly.
google avatar

Anonymous A.

Yelp
To start there was a huge line. It took 30 min to get ride passes at 10 am. There are three tiny rides for little kids. My son didn't even want to go on them. He had fun as passenger on bumper boats. This is a tourist trap at its finest. For 60 bucks it gave us something to do for an hour.
google avatar

Paul M.

Yelp
Do not go. No control over anyone. We have four pile up with 3 or more cars from bumping and people almost got hurt. Out of control
google avatar

Sara F.

Yelp
We come here whenever we visit Branson for fun activities to entertain the family. Go-carts, bumper cars, bumper boats, and now the Branson Ferris Wheel keep all ages satisfied.

B T.

Yelp
This park is ok for adults but under 36" cannot do ANYTHING. The park also closes at their discretion is business is slow. 2 hours before closing they would not let us putt putt because they were about to close. For adults or over 54" you could probably get money's worth with a day pass bc you can ride as many times as you want. Two adults can't ride together in go arts. Overall disappointed for amount of money I paid.

K R.

Yelp
Fun place for the kids but lines are really long! They could use more help to get lines moving faster. We got the all day pass which was worth the money since we had to wait so long in line.
google avatar

David G.

Yelp
This was a ok track. Be prepared to be jolted around with the wooden planks on your bottom and back. The young staff was not trained well or in a low gear when verifying the straps (seat-belts)on the carts. Be prepared to wait before starting. The good thing was the carts ran 10 minutes which was longer than other tracks.
google avatar

Jessica H.

Yelp
My 4 year old daughter was begging to go here. So we went and inside there are several games they can play. She was too small to ride the bumper boats as you have to be at least 6. At the age of 4 she was able to ride with me in the go carts. She had a blast and this was her favorite part of her vacation.
google avatar

Ellen E.

Yelp
Nice 2 hour pkg for $35. The boys really enjoyed The Rookie Track where they got an extra long ride because no one was in line. Watch for weather because if it rains they'll close the tracks down. So if weather is pending, then buying credits is better, so you don't lose your 2 hours of play.
google avatar

Dave S.

Yelp
I must admit, I was very impressed. One of the co-owners, Mr. Westcott, contacted me via e-mail and offered to make things right. He offered me a full refund for our night at his park and really listened to my concerns regarding our experience. Although, i didn't take him up on the offer, I was really impressed that he cared about his customers. He told me at the end of the year they will be looking at some of my suggestions as well as other suggestions that have been made by other customers. I really believe that Mr. Westcott stands by the operation "The Track" and if your not happy, he definitely wants to know about it and will make it right.
google avatar

Leticia G.

Yelp
This is probably the best place so far that my kids have been to while vacationing. I'm not a theme park person but this place was the bomb...! Must add to your bucket list..
google avatar

Tatertots Rock X.

Yelp
I'm no a huge fan of loud, children, and crazy-teen-infested places, but when you get a group of CA translplants who are ready to let off steam, this is the place to go. Had many fun nights here. The track is SLICK, the cars ROCK, lines not too long, and on a super-hot, humid evening in August night, it's a blast to chase down and be chased down by your friends and bang-it-up! Go hit up some put-put afterwards to cool yourself down!
google avatar

Yelp
I hate to leave a bad review like this, but wow. My mom, stepdad, me (age 20), and my little brother (age 9) came here before leaving our vacation in Branson on 10/16 to go back home. We only had two days in Branson because the adults have tight schedules, so we did this at the last minute. It wasn't busy at all, and my brother decided he wanted to ride a certain track, though I don't remember the name. It was $9.50 per ride, and I'm not sure if that's good or not as I don't ride often, and my brother wanted me to ride with him. The lady at the counter says "Down the stairs then down the ramp." Easy enough. So we follow down the ramp, looking at all of the sign for the name of the one we were riding. Nothing. So we got back up to the counter and she says it's the last one. Well... that one said Classic track, just like another one we saw, and there was nobody there. A guy, who I'm guessing operates the karts sometimes, was at the counter and said the other guy was finding a coworker for some reason, so there was nobody at the track. He seemed a bit irritated and he was holding his hand, so I'm guessing he had hurt himself. Either way, he said he would come down there and help us. So we walked all the way back down there, which wasn't all that far but kind of annoying to have to go back again. Shouldn't someone always be there if the track is open? It was a small track, but fine because my brother really just likes to drive the go karts. We went around about six times and then pulled back in to leave. The operator was nice enough, and that's who the stars would be for. Desk teenagers were... meh. Looking back, the $9.50 seems a bit pricey for what we got, but oh well. Wouldn't go back, though.
