Tracksmith Trackhouse

Visiting Boston and finally got to check out the Tracksmith store I’d heard so much about this brand, and it did not disappoint! Paul was such a sweetheart and made the experience even better. We had a great conversation, and it’s clear he truly loves what he does. Ended up buying quite a lot because the quality is fantastic. Left not just with great gear, but also feeling like we made a new friend. Highly recommend stopping by!

My wife and I made a long awaited visit to the store. We were the only visitors at that moment. A male staff member upstairs kindly redirected us downstairs for a better shopping experience. However, a female staff member downstairs seemed to be occupied with her phone, so we didn't want to disturb her peace. We left the establishment shortly after a moment of 'cricket' silence and a self guided tour. We likely won't visit again.

Refined running gear (fashion meets function) PLUS phenomenally friendly people = I can’t wait to come back to this place. Riley and her crew were amazing. Spent so much time in this shop, and the majority of it was trading stories with the amazing team. If you like connecting with kind and interesting people while you amp up your running closet, this is your place.

Great running products, a night on the expensive side. BUT you get what you pay for, and the quality is great. 4* for the price. BTW, good luck trying to park at the store. That's not really a thing you can do in this part of Boston. (Unless you get lucky!)

RACISM. RUDENESS. The staffs are terrible RUDE ANNOYED BY CUSTOMERS and just chats by themselves. As many reviews said, the staffs are terrible, one of the worst staffs I have encountered—one of the most disappointing experience I had in Boston. I have been customer of Tracksmith for 8 years now with over 100 products owning now, but the experience in store made me I WONT EVER BUY ANYTHING IN THIS BRAND again. They are truly rude and I am genuinely curious what they are here for in store while they are annoyed by customer. Tracksmith constantly promotes itself as a brand that “loves and welcomes all runners, from every background and every race.” But what I experienced in the Boston store was the EXACT OPPOSITE Because my English is not perfect they ignored what I said over three times while I was purchasing item. They do not care what I say. When I tried to speak, they didn’t even looked at me and pretended not to understand, which was humiliating and felt discriminatory. This is the worst RACISM I have ever experienced. They acted like there were no customers in the store even there were about five customers in store with me. All staffs just sit and chat laugh. Honestly, worst store experience ever had.🤮 I like the products of Tracksmith but the flagship Boston store with this type of customer service explained in lots of reviews down here makes the customers what is the most disappointing experience they ever had. I will not visit the store again or buy any Tracksmith gear Ever again. Even with all the reviews Reporting the Employees, rude attitude towards lots of customers there’s been no change Over a year and THIS IS A PROBLEM.

Was in Boston from out of state, and since I have been a customer of Tracksmith products for years, I thought I'd go to the store to purchase some new running apparel. I went into the store in the afternoon on a Saturday, and there were no other customers and a few staff working that I observed. I spent about 10 minutes walking around, browsing products, and no one said a single word to me. I'd understand if they were busy, but nope. I felt unwanted there, and I was disappointed and left without purchasing anything. Boston is not short of running/sports stores, so I went elsewhere and had a pleasant experience. Never returning again, and never buying another one of Tracksmith's products again.

the staff were having a great time chatting and my size/inventory inquiry seem to disrupt and annoy them? and this happened twice - the only two times i was there any never again for the humiliating experience- also i have one item from every line and the design and fabric were both horrible, especially the shorts with strings….below average quality + overpriced

Visited during marathon weekend. Staff were helpful and took their time for a new customer like me. Liked the aesthetics too.

My daughter went to the store to buy a pair of running shorts. She saw online that they were in stock at the store. She asked for a pair and the staff person told her they were from last year and none were in the store. She showed him it listed on the web site. He finally went and got the shorts after not telling the truth to my daughter. Unacceptable service, for a very expensive pair of shorts. There was no apology, just a rather smug attitude toward her. Not sure what's happened to Tracksmith but this is not acceptable.

I love coming to make a pit stop at Tracksmith when I come to Boston. I am so glad though that opened one in Brooklyn, NY. Whenever I go into the Boston one the staff are always soo friendly and nice and will help answer questions you may have. There are two floors to this store and have some changing rooms. There is a coffee bar on the second level too. During Boston Marathon weekend this is one hot place to be( hot meaning that everyone comes here and knows about this running apparel store) They have other items besides clothes like water bottles, gloves, bags just to name a few. Highly recommend coming into this store even just to browse.

I love coming to the track house when I'm in Boston. They have a variety of clothes in many sizes, you can check them out and try them on. The quality has been very good over the years. Downstairs has the shop, and upstairs has a great place to hang, and also the Hare AC room is up there. They do runs from the store, they have a bathroom as well. Come thru and meet some great people!

I both buy Tracksmith apparel and run with their running club. The clothing I have bought from Tracksmith has turned out to be some of my favorite running clothing. You know those days when you're not quite sure what to wear, and don't want to be too hot or too cold? Tracksmith's merino wool tops are especially perfect for those days. They somehow work in such a range of temperatures and weathers. I also really love the workouts hosted at the Trackhouse. Lou and Jeff do a great job. I've gotten significantly faster in the year and a half I have been going!

Excellent running gear! I have purchase well over 10 items from Tracksmith since they first started up online in 2014 and have made multiple visits to/purchases from the store since it opened on Newbury. Each item I've purchased for myself and my husband has performed better than expected, and the store's staff are always friendly and check to see if I need help with anything. While it isn't cheap, I am willing to pay more for high quality running-specific gear that will last- none of their items have let me down yet!
