Shout out to Carter for a truly great shopping experience. He identified things for our feet and shoes that we didn’t even know we needed. It was very refreshing to work with such a professional retailer. An experience that this old man truly misses about bygone days. Stop in and check it out if you have things for your feet you may need. I think the 30 plus five star ratings says it all.

Great experience today with Gavin! He listened to our needs and gave us multiple options of shoes to choose from. We ended up choosing a pair of Hokas that were exactly what we were looking for. I’ll reccomend working with Gavin and will always ask for him if I come back again. It’s so hard finding fantastic customer service like that.

Probably the best shoe store in our area. We live north of Spokane, and always drive out to the valley mall to come here when we need/want shoes. Their salesman Abe is the main reason. He knows the products he’s selling, and is a pleasure to work with. The experience is like buying high end shoes with him lol. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for some new shoes.

Austin helped me during my visit, and he was incredibly insightful, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pair of shoes. His expertise made all the difference—I would’ve bought a size too small if not for his guidance! The next day, I worked with his associate, Lora, who was equally fantastic and super helpful. Both associates provided exceptional service and made the process so positive and enjoyable.
