I had an amazing experience at Tradehome Shoes in the Spokane Valley Mall! Austin helped me during my visit, and he was incredibly insightful, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pair of shoes. His expertise made all the difference—I would’ve bought a size too small if not for his guidance! The next day, I worked with his associate, Lora, who was equally fantastic and super helpful. Both associates provided exceptional service and made the process so positive and enjoyable. Thanks to Austin and Lora, I’ll definitely be returning to Tradehome Shoes for all my future footwear needs. Highly recommend!
