I absolutely loved my stay here. The room was beautifully appointed with modern decor, the king size bed was very comfortable, and I just thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the room after completing the day's business. I also greatly enjoyed the hotel restaurant for the breakfast and dinner buffets. The jewel was staying in a luxury hotel right next to Village Market, which is a high end, multi-level mall that you could literally step out of the hotel and into the mall. When I was done my work, I never had to leave the hotel area. I had shopping and food destinations right within waling distance.

The staff made every effort to ensure I felt welcomed and cared for, going above and beyond to meet every need with warmth and professionalism. Nairobi itself is such a vibrant and beautiful city, and Trademark Nairobi perfectly captures that energy. The location was ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to everything the city has to offer. The hotel’s design and ambiance were modern yet infused with local charm, making it a true reflection of the city’s unique character. The stay was flawless—luxurious rooms, exceptional dining, and impeccable service. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a memorable experience. From the checking, to the room service, room cleaning, restaurant and check out the services are superb. Response to request was a top notch. The meals are perfect. The gym was good and I enjoyed my self during my session. A very nice place. I will like to come again.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with rustic decor that made you feel right at home. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to offer recommendations or ensure that everything was to your liking. Whether you were in the mood for a hearty meal or something light and refreshing, Harvest had something to satisfy your cravings. It was the kind of place where you could enjoy a leisurely meal with friends or have a quiet dinner for two, always leaving with a sense of contentment and a desire to return.

Professional and excellent service from all the staff. Got assisted with the airport shuttle using the electronic vehicle option at $40. The team communicates very well at all hours via WhatsApp. Very clean rooms and linked to the village market mall. It is very convenient.

I recommend strongly to do to the Trademark for your next vacation in Nairobi. The neighborhood in which the hotel is situated is quite nice and you are literally in a mall with tons of shops and restaurants for you to try. The restaurant Harvest offer a vast selection of tasty meals and their breakfast is also delicious. Without forgetting the beautiful pool situated on the rooftop for you to have a quite afternoon sun. Will definitely come back.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Security seemed good. The food was delicious too. As a Japanese person, it would have been better if there was a bath. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time I come to Kenya.
