Great hotel! Food and facilities are amazing. It provides great service, and the view from the pool is very nice. However, the shower is partially incorporated within the room, loosing privacy and comfortability. This might not be expected on a hotel under its current price range. At the top floors, it has an amazing bar rated #69 of World’s 50 Best Bars

Nice hotel co located with mall with lots of eating options. Friendly staff and good hotel equipment. Windows in rooms not fully isolated with noise from mall and restaurants coming into the room and sometimes patchy internet. All in all, still a nice experience. If the internet and noisy window could be addressed the hotel would get an even higher rating.

I ran a 3-day, 100 guest event at Trademark Hotel and it was a success. The staff was beyond professional in terms of accommodating our evolving needs and unexpected tweaks which made things easy on my side to focus on the event itself. Big kudos to Phyllis Mbunga and all the hotel staff for making all this happen. I cannot recommend enough the service provided, which makes all the difference from one place to another.

The service here was top notch especially with the VIP treat of each person. The rooms are spacious, tidy and there are always eager staff to come to your aid if you need help or support. The food is awesome and super duper and the close proximity to the road and the village market makes it super easy to get a variety of stuff. The view is also good. It is home away from home

While I like the place in every sense from the events facility to the room cleanliness, and food, they destroyed my experience with lack of trust. Unfortunately I left 3 books and my hoody in the room at the last minute and while at the airport I remembered. I called and sent an email too. The response- the room service said nothing is found in my room! This is unacceptable from such a hotel. If staff are not trusted, I can’t feel safe to go there again!

Super convenient and great spacious rooms. The hotel is right inside the mall so its accessible to food, shopping, and most other locations around international institutions. Good food, great staff, helpful people, and really nice amenities. Great sleep quality here, and the rooms were tidy. My only con is that the windows I had for my room faced the mall so technically I could see the shoppers and they might have been able to see me in the room.

Trademark is my safe space and place whenever I need to go to Nairobi for work purposes. It is nestled within the Village Market which makes it even more convenient to have shops and amenities at just steps away.|The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable (even for working) and the hotel personnel - from cleaning and reception to restaurant - always ready to support and satisfy any request and always with a smile! A special mention goes off to Pascaline - her warm welcomes make you feel home immediately and will be dearly missed.||Just one recommendation to the restaurant: I was pleased to see that breakfast now includes gluten-free options - would be good to have the trays covered to avoid cross contamination for everyone's safety!
