Google
I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service at this Trader Joe’s! Never had such an amazing skinny young man with the Filipino swagger such as the employee in particular that was on his toes at every second helping every customer and a clueless one such as myself! I believe he should be employee of the month no bias, or no.

Google
I always love trader joes especially when you go to a different one and find une mochi still in stock. Totally made my day! But they're consistent and everyone is so friendly. They also have the best store bought lemonade. I've tried so many but I always go back to TJs lemonade. Also prices are always great!

Google
Awesome new store in a much needed area. That new plaza is really nice. It's transformed the whole area into a much better place to visit. The Trader Joe's here is exactly like all the other ones, only newer. Great service and great selection of products. There were even 3-4 checkout stands manned with employees and no lines. They were waiting for people to check out. You would NEVER see that in any regular grocery store. Often it is the opposite... A line of 15 people and only 1 register open. I will be back to this location often. Coffee shop next door is really good too.

Google
Trader Joe's is my favorite store, with absolutely no complaints about the quality of the products. The staff are pleasant and friendly, and unlike other Trader Joe's stores, this one doesn't prohibit pets or service dogs, which I'm incredibly grateful for. I hope other Trader Joe's stores will consider allowing service dogs. The woman who greeted my family and dog at the entrance today, I don't know her name, but I was so grateful. The insulated bags were new this year, so I waited in line from early in the morning, but it wasn't boring at all. The tickets they gave out to make purchasing the bags easier were a great idea. I think I'll continue to love this store. Thank you to all the staff.

Google
It's definitely our one stop a week place to go. We get fruits, meats and their frozen rice. It's always packed but if you go in knowing, it shouldn't be a problem. If you don't like crowds I'd be cautious if you're anxious. All of the people that work here are mainly nice and very helpful.

Good fresh food, organized display, service people are friendly, very nice

Google
Love TJ's! They always seem ro have what I want and the staff is super friendly. They will stop what they are doing to help yiu find a product even if it is on the other side of the store. The only knock I have is the parking lots can be crowded but I guess that's what they get for being popular.

Google
We are so excited to finally have a Trader Joes in the area. The parking lot is nice and big. The aisles are a little wider than other TJs that I would normally visit. Prices are great and we found some awesome goodies as well as a fun bag that I just had to grab. The store was very clean. There was lots of friendly staff around. We will for sure be regulars.

Yelp
I've been to this Trader Joe's a few times now, and I'm happy every single visit. The store is clean, bright, and well organized, so it's super easy to find what I need. The produce section is always fresh and inviting. I especially love the frozen food section , lots of tasty, convenient options at very reasonable prices. My favorite part of this location is the flower section. The flowers are beautiful and affordable, and their orchids are amazing. I bought some and it lasts quite a long time before it starts to wilt. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when the store is busy, everyone stays upbeat and is willing to assist if you need anything. Parking is also pretty easy , there are plenty of spots whenever I come.

Yelp
Good Trader Joe's location. It's located inside a plaza with shops and restaurants so it can get busy on weekends. I'd say this locations is a little smaller than others, but they still have a good amount of selections. There's a good amount of plant selections which I love! All the workers are kind and there's a good amount of workers throughout the store if you need any help or have questions. There was one time I caught an expired dip that was on the shelf. It was about a month expired?! I told one of the workers and they checked the other stock to make sure there wasn't any other expired items on there. I'd say this location is pretty popular and so if they ever have the seasonal bag releases, expect a very very very long line.

Yelp
Nice spacious clean Trader Joe's. Nectarines and peaches looked good. Needed to get omiyage and always give vet and staff something. Very friendly cashier with ties to family on Kauai. Saw 99 cents and $3.99 bags.

Yelp
Even though I don't care for mushrooms, it's time for yumminess! I love visiting different TJ's and this one has great vibes. It appears to be smaller than others but had everything I needed and some. lol It was a busy evening with people shopping for a Thanksgiving meal-employees were pleasant and welcomed questions with open arms. Thanks TJ, love the fearless flyer and recipes. Give em a try.‍

Yelp
One of my fave Trader Joe's in the area. The staff are always nice and parking is easy and plentiful in this plaza!

Yelp
Food- Generally i love many of their products that they have borrowed from many cultures from around the world and made them a "Trader Joe's product." Not quite authentic and yet just enough for me to be ok with. Not having to trapes my butt half way around LA to get the real McCoy, I'm happy to be a customer. Service - EGGCELENT! Genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was there last night to get my coffee flavored ice cream from there last night, but saw nothing at the section of goodies. However, there was a trader joe personality there to help. He told me he was just about to restock it. I was golden! My wife just thinks I'm lucky.. but its really her that's rubbing the luck on me. Or was this really luck or the universe telling me to also spot out the UBE cream while I was searching for my coffee ice cream??(just before asking the trader joe guy) sorry for the side track, but I got both and just know it was a happy ending cause the peeps there are great! Pay them more! Cleanliness- sparkling and always neat. Parking - pretty good, but may take a second.
google avatar

Crystal K.

Yelp
It is a smaller TJ so it can get quite crowded especially on weekends but they keep the store clean and decently stocked! They do have a parking lot that they share with other restaurants in the plaza so it can be a bit of challenge to find parking during peak hours. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgable, and welcoming here! Fresh food and great prices. The flowers do go out fast so try to go earlier in the day if you want a wider selection!
google avatar

Sung Hwan A.

Yelp
I bought 2 avocados today, but the register charged me for two 4-pack bags -- a total of 8 avocados. I didn't realize it until I got home, and since I live far away, I couldn't go back to fix it. Please double-check items at checkout so customers aren't overcharged in the future.

Yelp
When I heard this Trader Joe's was opening near me, I couldn't wait for it and went the week it opened. I would've went on Opening Day but was on a vacay so had to wait til I got back in town. I've been going back nearly every week since then and actually go about 3x a week. The parking can get crowded and items do run out but I still go all the time. Workers are very friendly and have gone out of their way to check on certain items for you. Like all the other Trader Joe's I've been to, the prices are very reasonable and fresh.
google avatar

Karla B.

Yelp
Always fully stocked, employees are always there to help, clean and produce is fresh! Also returning items is super easy if you weren't satisfied. I was a bit shy to return flowers one time that wilted within few hours but employees helped me with no judgement. Staff also tries so make small talk while ringing you up and I find it sweet because they try to make an effort in every way.

Yelp
I was staying at the Homewood Suites nearby and wanted to take a walk to explore the area, and this looked like a brand new Trader Joe's right across the parking lot. It's a very convenient grocery store, and is especially handy when traveling. Located within walking distance of my hotel, it was easy to pop in for snacks and essentials (like the hand lotion I had forgotten to pack). The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a pleasant shopping experience with friendly staff and a relaxed vibe. In other words, your typical Trader Joe's! While it doesn't have the massive selection of a traditional supermarket, this location more than makes up for it with carefully curated, affordable private-label products. There's a great selection of snacks, treats, and inexpensive wines that are perfect for travelers looking for quality without overspending. The focus on unique and often seasonal items adds a fun twist to each visit. I went during the holiday season and they had all sorts of cool gingerbread, peppermint, and other Christmasy candies and goodies.

Yelp
"The parking is terrible and there's waaaay too many people!" - This said we all continue to go here as it's great quality and a good price. ;) The food options are always good, they'll have what you're looking for, and you'll also leave with a bunch of stuff you weren't planning on. The service is always top notch; they're friendly and know their products. The ambiance is, well, crazy. It's TJ's, you're all smiling while fighting for our lives as it's a mad house. That said, I'll be back, and I know you will as well. ;)

Yelp
No!!!! Changing the DATE on the bread is not acceptable!! She even took her time to make sure the new label COVERED the OLD date! precisely. I am so disappointed!!
google avatar

Yelp
Smaller store but still full of our favorite goodies. Hawaii folks can't leave the mainland without a TJ 's run!

Yelp
I haven't been to Trader Joe's in years..... so glad this location is right around the corner. Especially when I need something quick, and not Costco lol. Came in and there has hardly any lines.... Employees here are very friendly. I was happy to finally make in lol. Thank you!!

Yelp
I love this Trader Joe's. Every time I go they are stocked with all my needs. It is clean and new. The staff are always very nice and ask how my day is going. This little grocery store is the best and they carry a lot of yummy food items.

Yelp
What's not to love about another Trader Joe's? This one has a huge parking lot and very wide aisles. They get a lot of new products like the Chicken Schwarma bowl and to my sweet tooth's delight, in the bakery and sweets department. LOVE the Brookie Caramel Clusters and Blueberry Lemon hand pies. So many sweets to choose from to bring to work. Almost everything here is amazing. I like the framed TJ's plastic bags repping different states outside the bathroom. Great place for cuisine from around the world, flowers/plants and chocolate!

Yelp
Pretty standard store Never any different when I go to diff locations This one is new tho I like it
google avatar

Yesenia E.

Yelp
Plenty of parking the inside of the store is super cool white select to choose from even on busy days on weekends I was able to find everything I needed. The service was great. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Yelp
This is a relatively new Trader Joe's location that opened in May 2023. I come here almost every Saturday as it has become my home TJ's. It is conveniently located in a decently-sized plaza with good parking, although you may have to park in the back near the apartments during peak times. This TJ's is pretty spacious and always seems to be well-stocked. I usually don't have an issue finding what I need, and if an item happens to be out of stock, the associates often know a specific reason why. The associates here are always kind and helpful! In the plaza next-door, there is also a Costco and further down there is a Target, Dollar Tree, etc., so plenty of other shopping if you need to make multiple errands. Probably one of the better TJ's in OC as it is new and not super crowded.

Yelp
This location has only been open for a year or so. It's located in the same shopping center as my yoga studio, so I have been shopping there. The store has a very positive vibe, the employees are friendly, it is well stocked and clean. Compared to other grocery stores including Aldi, the prices are fantastic for what you get. My favorite is the family lasagne for $6.99. It serves four ( package says five) decent sized portions and is really good. There is no way you could make this from scratch for this amount. My husband and I eat for two nights with this meal and it comes out to be just $1.75 per serving. The premade sandwiches aren't that great but there are so many other delicious items you can get.
google avatar

Yelp
New, clean. Every time I shop here, all the staff are very helpful & friendly. The prices & food quality are always reliable & reasonable. I can usually whip up a quick and easy dinner with all ingredients purchased from Trader Joe's which is very appreciated on a busy weeknight.
google avatar

Yelp
Great selection of food and TJ products. Freshness of the food and continuous restocking. Cleanliness, spacious and organized. Excellent kind and knowledgeable TJ associates. Cypress TJ's never disappoints and it's why I'll drive across town every time because it's worth it.

Yelp
I've been meaning to check this Trader Joe's out ever since it opened last year in 2023, but was never in the area to check it out. Was in the area this past week and figured I'd check it out. First off, this is easily one of the bigger and nicer TJ's I've been to. The parking lot isn't dedicated to TJ - since there's a few other businesses, but it is a huge lot, and I had no issue finding a spot further out. Selection is vast - there were products I never knew existed since the UCI location had to offer a smaller selection due to their smaller footprint. I was able to pick up all my favorites: Mushroom Fettuccine, Chicken Shwarma Bowl, Coffee Bean Blast ice cream, Mango Chia Bowl, Bamba - but found some new favorites as well. Size-wise, this is almost three times the TJ I usually go to (UCI/Campus Dr) - almost the same size as the other location I frequent (HB/Main St.). The aisles were wide and there were plenty of checkout lanes. Despite the amount of people shopping that day, noise level was minimal due to everything being spread out. I didn't have to wait to check out. My clerk was friendly, prompt, and efficient. Another TJ clerk who was nearby and didn't have a customer actually popped over to my lane to help bag my groceries. This is a really nice TJ, if only it wasn't so out of the way for me.

Yelp
Trader Joe's in Cerritos is my hometown Joe's, but I'm envious of this one. Trader Joe's has a great selection of produce, frozen/shelf-stable food, alcohol, flowers & more. Dining at the adjacent The Kebab Shop, I jaunted in to checkout the brand new Trader Joe's, and I was impressed. Now, most Trader Joe's have a similar layout, and the Cypress location is no different. However, what sets this one apart from Cerritos, and why I'm envious, is the wide shopping space in the canned food aisle. Cerritos has a notoriously tiny canned food aisle, where maneuvering in-between people, carts & strollers makes for a less than ideal shopping experience. Not at this Trader Joe's! Every aisle is easy to roam & shop. Service was good. Lines can get long during the prime time hours, as usual, but checkout doesn't seem abhorrently long. Parking is via a shared private lot at The Square shopping center. OC shoppers now don't have to go out of their way for Trader Joe's. The location is prime real estate, east of Costco, and there are plenty of restaurants located nearby to snag up the pre/post-Joe's shoppers. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This location is new and is super busy on a week night. It's very clean and fully stocked with all the seasonal items and snacks. Had a pleasant experience and the employees are friendly. There are plenty of parking spaces and it's in a nice plaza located between everything including Costco!

Yelp
5/26/23 Lookin for some snacks...so we headed to Trader Joe's in Cypress with my sister, cousin & in-laws. Luckily we have eaten already, otherwise we'd fill the cart with carb-laden snacks. I grabbed some bone broth packages and a 0.99 cent sympathy card. This is a fairly newly opened store in a new lot across some construction site for apartments/condos. The cashier was friendly & recognized where I worked, we exchanged pleasantries. It feels like an open floor plan yet it's also small. We were in & outta there in a jiffy. I would've spent more time checking things out but we're heading out to get more bbq items at another grocery store. Not likely the Trader Joe's I would frequent because it's farther. It was a nice trip though & I would return when in Cypress.
google avatar

Julie L.

Yelp
This location had been open a week before I was able to find the time to go. And by that I mean a solo trip to leisurely REJOICE and refrain from skipping down the aisles. I love Trader Joe's. The consistency of products and competitive prices, the helpful employees & the diverse hiring, the amazing hand drawn signage and lettering...I could go on forever. I want to know everyone's go to items and new finds. There's so much I want to try. There's always seasonal newness and end caps screaming my name with new snacks or sauces. I always go for the nuts and dried fruits which are the best in quality and price I've found in any national supermarket. The produce and fruit is always top quality but can be higher than market value depending on its rarity. Parking is fine now but I can see it being spicy once all the locations fill up. Might just have to shop at Costco, walk over and grab by TJ goodies after! Will definitely be back soon! Xoxo

Yelp
Today is my 2nd visit here in Cypress location. It seemed a lot less busier than the grand opening day. Was a lot easy to park the car. Thank God! First, I got shocked when I entered the store, all the flowers and orchid pots are gone, completely empty!!! They put the sign, delivery delayed.... The other items are same, such as avocados, frozen foods, cheese, wine, pasta, chips, seasonings, and bread. I picked the Sriracha sauce by Trader Joe's for the first time. And one more mushroom seasoning power too. Overall, the service is always great and friendly. The quality of products are great, reliable, and organic. The price is not expensive but high quality plus organic. That is why I go shopping every week. We finally have Trader Joe's in Cypress. It is going to be one stop shopping in the same mall as Costco, restaurants, and more. I love the popular frozen items like pastry, french macarons, and different pasta from Italy. Even the bouquets of flowers are so cheap and beautiful.
google avatar

Jeesoun S.

Yelp
I went shopping in Cypress location on the grand opening day. I was waiting for 16 years until they opened the store in my home area. This is located right across Cypress Costco, in the new contemporary mall. Obviously it looks great, easy to access on Katella Ave, but the parking is not enough for the shoppers. The new townhouse will be ready soon for the new home owners next to the Costco. I am concerned about the parking issue. Packed on the grand opening day, I was surprised about so many customers came on the opening day. My hubby and I had our fave items here so we grabbed the blue cheese, frozen items, especially French brand. They have more ice cream aisle than Cerritos location. Looks little bigger, well organized, lots of people shop at the vegetable and frozen aisle. Their avocados are super yummy, we both liked here. All the staffs are friendly. We don't need to drive to Cerritos anymore. I said, one stop shopping center in Cypress. We saved lots of time for Costco, restaurants, and Trader Joe's..... They bring more people thanks to the Trader Joe's and our Cypress city is getting so popular.

Yelp
A long awaited dream comes true in Cypress! We finally have our very own TJ's! I now feel worthy :) We come here on its second day of opening. And we arrived around noon and it was crowded. Shelves are not 100% stocked but we managed to walk out with some goodies. Lots of products I saw for the first time here. I won't give away all the secrets though so come see for yourselves. (*sigh*) Wine and beer and adult beverage aisles are a must. And one cannot walk out with a nice plant or some flowers. There is a wall full of varieties. And don't forget to pick up super affordable greeting cards at 99 cents each! So many gift ideas for sure! Service is prompt and friendly. There are plenty of checkout lanes but no self checkout (that's ok!) line goes by pretty quick. Parking is plentiful even with a store load of shoppers. Though, always be careful in the lot. Happy shopping!

A A.

Yelp
This is a fantastic Trader Joe's. Clean, big, well-stocked. Of particular note, though, is the service. I just wanted to give a shout out to Sierra, who made a point to really help me out today. Her level of service and kindness is truly exceptional, and it means a lot to all customers, I'm sure. We appreciate all of you.
google avatar

Tamara T.

Yelp
CLEAN! I love this Trader Joe's because it's bigger than most and it feels more roomy. I'm usually here during the day time and it's pleasant. I can find everything very easily. The cashiers are always available and super nice. The parking lot is a good size and this store is built from the ground up as of 2023 and it's better than any of the older Trader Joe's. Definitely worth stopping in. They are located next to Costco and close to the Los Alamitos Race Track.
google avatar

Yelp
So happy to get a Trader Joe's in Cypress. Always well stocked. Veggies and fruit always fresh and delicious. Service is OUTSTANDING. Can't say enough. 10 stars if I could
google avatar

Yelp
The staff is so amazing. They are always so sweet and helpful. I prefer to go here in comparison to any other grocery store
google avatar

Yelp
Love this Trader Joe's! Every employee is super nice and friendly and they sell a variety of foods from different countries. They seem to know how to run their stores efficiently and effectively unlike traditional supermarkets. The aisles are always neat and tidy so you can find everything quickly. You can't go wrong with Trader Joe's!
google avatar

Jen P.

Yelp
Definitely my favorite place to shop nearby and I'm so glad they opened this location last year! This store is actually not as crowded as some other Trader Joe's I've been to in the past so that's a plus! Flowers are hit or miss so if you're looking for something specific, make sure you go early morning or it'll be slim pickings! If you're buying multiple bunches, ask for one of the black plastic containers - they're free! If you see any seasonal items, snatch it before it's gone! Hopefully the store can enforce a limit with very popular items so everyone can get a shot! Yeah, I'm talking about the guy that bought 42 butternut squash mac and cheeses during the holidays..what the heck man?? And trying to get your hands on kimbap..iykyk. Produce is usually fresh, but the items I've had issues with in the past are packaged bok choy (my bad, should have gone to the Asian market) and strawberries. It was so bad, I had to toss more than half of the package or container. Otherwise, shopping here is always a solid experience. The staff is super nice and helpful! Pictures are of some of my favorite items!
google avatar

Kim R.

Yelp
I'm really loving this new Trader Joe's location. It's nice to change it up from time to time. I'm in the Los Alamitos/Cypress area somewhat often. I like to stop in here when I'm around. No complaints!
google avatar

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Trader Joe's of Cypress is in an up and coming plaza. They have blk dot coffee, board and brews, Yoga six, and kebab shop. Even then parking is never a problem for me. A lot of products sold are purely Trader Joe's from the food to the skincare. The cashiers and workers have always been polite and friendly. Workers would direct me to items and cashiers would ask about my day. It's just a friendly environment! Prices are about average. My heart breaks whenever my favorite products get discontinued (ie gummy tummy penguins, chocolate sunflower seed drops). Of course these were products even before this location existed. SOME (not all) of my favorite products here: -FLOWERS!! The bouquets are always affordable and perfect for Valentines and Mothers Day and Graduations, etc. I especially love mixing and matching the smaller bunches to make my own bouquets. -Sweet and salty umami crunchies rice crackers - These are addicting and I finish them in one sitting. -Ube ice cream - Ube is worth the hype and Trader Joe's knows it. - Shea Butter and Coconut hair mask - this makes my hair soooo soft. It revived my dried out bleached hair (the first time around when I didn't know how to care for it). With friendly workers, delicious food, and affordable skincare, Trader Joe's is the place to go.

Yelp
Great new location in Cypress across the way from Costco. The store is large and in charge with wide aisles and neatly, well-stocked shelves. The handful of times we've been, each time it's been quite busy and parking lot gets dicey. Staff like most TJ stores is top notch - friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Tishie S.

Yelp
Great people and friendly service. They ran out of goat milk yogurt but were nice enough to check and they said I could always call them so I didn't have to make. Trip. The only thing is I wish they would bring their veggie chips back not sticks.
google avatar

Aileen F.

Yelp
I've been to this location a few times and have never had any issues. While this store is a bit on the smaller side (I think), it doesn't feel crowded. My customer experience has always been positive. - The staff are friendly and helpful - The store is clean, well-stocked; finding parking is never an issue As expected, 5 stars for me!
google avatar

Ai M.

Yelp
Compared to other locations, I feel like the frozen section was limited. I wish I could put my cart away in the parking lot instead of having to backtrack the length of the building. I'm not ready for Thanksgiving and Winter so I was thankful to see an endcap freezer full of Fall or pumpkin items. Restroom is left of the entrance, all the way to the corner (past the grocery bag display/manager). Manned sample table is towards the back of the store, so no one was trying them!
google avatar

Yelp
I appreciate TJs so much. The place is always clean and that makes things even easier to find. The clerks are very accommodating and seem to be in a good mood always. The fruits and veggies are beautiful. Most importantly they are not price gouging. I try to buy almost everything here. Thank you TJ.
google avatar

Yelp
Thanks for your help in locating a product today. It made it a pleasant shopping experience today. Keep up the good work!

Yelp
I love Trader Joe's and was so excited when they opened one in cypress. I remember this plaza being brand new and only TJ was open. The store size is standard. They have majority of their items in stock and they get the seasonal items pretty quick. If you're looking for something the crew member can look it up on the kiosk. Everyone is nice and bubbly. The store is clean and always organized. Parking lot can get packed. I like coming here on the weekdays or closer to closing time to avoid crowds.
google avatar

Shawna C.

Yelp
Finally a Trader Joe's closer by! It's chaotic inside because one it's Trader Joe's, and two it's opening day, but I braved it. I got a few items to try, mostly new ones. It's very busy so I didn't take the time to scope too much yet. Staff is very friendly as always. The cashier told me it's a mix of new hires and old hires that have transferred stores. I'm excited to have this location as an option.

Yelp
Dreams do come true. A brand spanking new TJs placed its GoldStar on the Cypress map. Located in a newly developed business complex near CostCo. If you live in the area you know what a big deal this is. In tje past Cerritos ot Huntington Beach was our only hope. I'm pretty sure most people are unaware that it's open now. It was nearly empty during early evening hours. The store is huge. Plenty of checkout lines. Plenty of parking. Plenty of employees. Most shelf items were in stock. Flowers were blooming, produce was plentiful. Frozen isle was a different story. Quite a few items were out of stock. Lots of empty spaces. Like all TJs this one is a winner.

Ricky D.

Yelp
2 stars for the snack! But Jackie, the employee in the non hawaiin shirt was rude and nasty! She called me a liar! And said I tried to cut the line when there was no line. After a short interaction with her she went to tell her white manager I called her a liar, when I didn't. She called me a liar! As I was trying to pay for my snacks the manager came Up to me and I told her they are making a thing out of nothing! And she walked away looking dumb af .. DO BETTER TJS Love always, A valued customer :)
