Exceptional service that truly went above and beyond I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Trader Joe’s during a recent visit to the Walnut Hill location. I drove nearly two hours from East Texas because I was hosting family for my daughter’s wedding weekend and wanted to create a special Sunday breakfast for my guests. From the moment I asked for help, a manager named Leanne (also called Gaby) completely transformed my shopping trip. She didn’t just point me in the right direction she walked the store with me and helped me build an entire menu. She showed me the new items area shared fun and unique holiday finds (including adorable cookie mug hangers), walked me through the bakery section with recommendations like the brioche toast and seasonal Kringle, and even suggested creative dessert options from the frozen section. The highlight was the holiday display in the center of the store, where she helped me with pairings, gift ideas, and thoughtful touches that made everything feel intentional and special. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine excitement made me feel so cared for as a customer. I left feeling confident, inspired, and incredibly grateful. This level of service is rare, and it’s the reason Trader Joe’s continues to stand out. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful trip feel joyful and memorable.

**Trader Joe's Review: 7 Years of Satisfaction, But Missing Ritter Sport** I've been shopping at Trader Joe's for 7 years, and it’s always been a great experience, the products, the staff, and the unique selection keep me coming back. However, I really miss Ritter Sport, my favorite chocolate they used to carry. While I still enjoy the store, I hope they bring it back soon!

I love Trader Joe's and the variety of unique grocery items. I feel the prices are responsible. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the store is well stocked, clean, and you feel welcomed. They also carry beautiful plants and flowers.

Service here was excellent. Robin went above and beyond to help me find dairy free snacks. Great store, nice selection and reasonable pricing.

Fresh produce, great quality snacks and novice items. I love their garlic infused olive oil, it is a staple in my pantry. The best candied ginger. Their fresh flower selection is phenomenal!

You ever go in looking for one thing and leave with stuff you didn't know you needed? I went in for the vanilla sugar that a friend raved about and next to it was vanilla bean paste (great for baking and even you morning French toast), and then I saw shelf stable whipping cream! If you ever need flowers TJ has some beautiful flowers at a reasonable price and I usually take a bottle of wine when going to visit a friend - I usually ask the person working there for recommendations and so far they haven't failed me. The store is clean, lots of options and worth just walking the store to see what's available. Private parking lot so you don't have to worry about parking.

Trader Joe's has such great variety for grocery shopping. And honestly, it's our go-to place for bread. My husband loves their sourdough bread, so I'm visiting the store once a week just for that. I'm impressed with their vegetarian options. Their service is always enjoyable, and attentive. Some visits feels like your buying groceries from a friend, and not someone you just met at the cash register.

I love Trader Joe's and their products . This location is pretty busy and parking near the establishment is sometimes challenging. Food is overall fresh and the snack section is so creative, that it provokes you want to eat healthier. This is not a huge store but it provides exactly what you need in regard to produce , meats, wine and personal products . Atmosphere is nice, and the layout is very organized and spaced out . Friendly people with quality items. I like the prices and it's hard not to pick up multiple items when everything looks so good and you know the products are high quality .

Another stellar Trader Joe's store. Exactly what I expected and wanted from a Trader Joe's. Very friendly staff, great prices, great food selection. The store is clean and inviting. Can't go wrong coming to this Trader Joe's.

My favorite Trader Joe's nice staff well stocked and lots of yummy samples. Parking is terrible and today a lot of spaces had cones blocking them.

Trader Joe's makes for the best date night ever! We copied an appetizer from one of our favorite, Italian restaurants. We roasted brussels-sprouts, with balsamic glaze, Burrata & pesto. We served it all with the toasted olive bread and baguettes. All Trader Joe's's, All Deliciousness!!!! Trader Joe's you make me a better Chef.

I drive 20 minutes to get TJ Sugar Snap Peas, Lemons, Olive Fig crackers and eggs! Everything os always fresh and at affordable prices.

I tried to address a quality issue with the flowers at this store, but of course, the Karen behind the counter had to be a Karen. Instead of listening or acknowledging the concern, she just dismissed it with, "We've been doing this for years." This is exactly why I avoid this location. When you shop on a budget, I guess you also get budget service--with a side of attitude.

Extremely rude employee. I simply touched one of the samples and realized it's dairy. I don't eat dairy. This particular employee decided to scream at me "If you touch it you take it!" multiple times at me like I'm an animal. No manners and extremely rude. Not how you treat customers. This lady should be fired.

My current fav all the neighboring locations - second the Lower Greenville location. Parking is easier to come by here. Plus, you have cool bars/coffee shop etc. Makes nice for a promenade when waking off a meal. I've tried a great deal. Staff is friendly and helpful when on the hunt for a certain item. See my photos for suggs. I was today year's old when I learned that you can try and find the in-store stuffed animal in exchange for a prize. Are they meant for kids? Maybe! Did I still look for them as a full-grown lady boss? Definitely! There tend to be 3+ of them. I follow a FB group for Trader Joe's' recipes. What I love is all the frozen starters. Great for those that want to cook more at home/lack time. Nice selection of grab 'n' go salads and dried fruit jerky/ granola bars. Plenty of protein options! Stellar cheese options/promos. Always love a seasonal/holiday snack-ie wafer cígars, trail mixes, and/or peppermint park. There's a fun create your own 6-pk. That rocks for a lunch in the park/tailgate or theater in the park experience. Happy meal prep!

Bright and open store with friendly staff who make sure you are finding what you need. Varieties of items are limited to a few but I knew that going in. Frozen chocolate croissants are yummy. Vitamin C "shot" has kept me from getting sick,

This is our neighborhood Trader J's, and we frequent it at least once a week. Everything is always so clean and the employees are the most helpful and fun people to talk to. Before I cracked the living solely on Trader Joe's food code, I would have to go to other grocery stores; however, now, it's become the most affordable and easiest option to get quick meals together! I definitely recommend this location and Trader Joe's as a whole . They don't use preservatives in their foods and some of the food is so good it's mind blowing! Items have gone viral, and it's because they're deserving of the five star reviews!

The employees here are amazing! Such great energy. I love the new green shirts on everyone. Jordan is a doll!

This Trader Joe's is my weekly grocery store in Dallas. They have everything I need for groceries, always get good service shopping, at checkout, or when I need a return. It's a nice, well stocked, clean store. I love that Trader Joe's has people checking you out, that can make friendly conversation, rather than struggling with those Self checkouts on your own. Trader Joe's is my absolute favorite grocery store!

This location can be busy! But the staff, products, and quality makes it completely worth it. If you haven't tried their spinach-artichoke dip, I highly recommend! Oh, and the Elotes corn dippers. Add those to your shopping list ASAP

I have been to several Trader Joe's in the Ohio area, and this one has a much better product selection. Lower prices for wine was a huge plus! I have been wanting to try the Ube yogurt pretzels for a while now, and I have not been able to find them. Scored at this location! Got a few bags and love them. Really great selection of flowers at great prices too.

So happy this location has done away with enforcing face masks! I avoided this location all of 2020 into 2021 because of the way I was treated at the door during covid early on. I specifically wanted to take the time to write this review today though because I had the most sweetest encounter with an elderly TJ's employee. Imagine holding a heavy basket full of items, looking for the next available open register and a smiling senior woman is waving her hand at you, comes up to take your heavy basket as if it weighed nothing, and carries the most pleasant conversation about Thanksgiving weekend. It was literally the most genuine pleasant conversation I've ever had with a grocery cashier and I am certain she had a big smile behind her mask. This excellent customer service is the reason I continue to return to Trader Joe's. I only wish I asked for her name because she deserves recognition!

Pumpkin season and GReAT prices! Went to get broccoli for a dinner dish and ended buying everything pumpkin lol! Ooops, I always overspend here. I liked this location. Lots of restaurants near by.

Trader Joe's is now officially my favorite grocery store! Low prices, unique products, huge variety...what's not to love? The produce and meat are fresh, and I've never had any issues with TJ's food quality. I also love how there's plenty of dairy-free and meatless options. The employees are always helpful, welcoming, and they have great suggestions if you need. Especially during this difficult time for everyone, they are working really hard to keep the store stocked, while still providing their legendary customer service. The parking lot may be a pain at times, but recently another entrance was made for the overflow lot, so that helps a bit.

I actually enjoy shopping at Trader Joe's! They offer interesting and unique foods. They offer a decent amount of pescatarian options and their own brands are deeply discounted. The customer service is top notch and the employees are always super nice!

I don't care if most Trader Joe's are the same. This is my favorite. The layout is great, the store is always super tidy and the people are super nice. Plus, so much parking.

I have a Trader Joe's addiction and I'm not afraid to admit it. $1.99 bottles of white zinfendel and it actually tastes amazing? Let's keep going. AMAZING "Everything But the Bagel" seasoning that goes perfectly on top of avocado toast. Yellow curry sauce that is to die for.. the cheese selection is outstanding. "Unexpected Cheddar" with crunchy pieces of Parmesan scattered throughout is excellent with crackers.. the 1000 day aged Gouda is SO GOOD grated onto a salad.. the chipotle cheese? Wow. It could kill me and I'd say thank you. Everything is literally so good. Try the Harvest Chili with some tortilla chips, also. You're going to get addicted.

Always the friendliest employees who are willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for or will recommend something similar that you might enjoy if they don't have the product. Usually when they're out of stock, it's because it was a really popular item like the jingle jangle mix that apparently sold out in a couple of weeks around Christmas time. An employee recommended that I try the jingle jangle ice cream instead, which kind of satisfied the craving. Lesson learned: stay up to date with new releases and get here as soon as you find out they're released in stores.

Absolutely love this place!! Trader Joe's is the best place to get food, wine, beer, snacks, and drinks. I love that there are always samples of their food and drinks available--and it always amazing! Everything that they have in the store is just amazing and of such a good quality! I love that I can trust what I am buying to be good, flavorful, fresh, and worth my money--even if it is in a box! If it is Trader Joe's brand it is still going to be amazing. The customer service is amazing as well--whenever I need or want anything someone is always there to help me--particularly in the wine and beer section! I love that you are able to take one or two beers or ciders to try at home. You are not dedicated to a six pack and therefore can really get to see what you like and want. I definitely will and do come back to trader joe's! Such an amazing spot!!

This Trader Joe's is located at Preston Hollow Village, which is the same plaza as Pakpao Thai food with plenty of parking. While staying in Dallas for my vacation with my family, my husband and I stopped by yesterday to pick up a few items. I love that all Trader Joe's store locations have the same look and layout, so it was easy to do our shopping. We helped ourselves to the free food samples in the back (herb and garlic brie... so tasty, made a note to pick up some when I get back to where I live.... with pita crackers, macaroni balls and spinach spanakopita. Trader Joe's sure knows how to win my heart over with free food samples). Then we purchased a few things to bring back to our vacation rental that included Seasonal Item: Smokey Honey Kettle Chips ($1.99), laundry detergent packs and some fruit. I love that Trader Joe's always has some interesting seasonal items, including the kettle chips that I picked up. They have somewhat of a smokey, light sweet flavor (similar to barbecue flavored chips, but I wouldn't exactly call them barbecue chips). Tasty and would purchase another bag of these. Service was quick and friendly. Most likely will stop by here again before our vacation is up to pick up a few more things.

The people are always nice and the prices are great! Adaj is extremely sweet, will definitely be back!

I just recently moved back into town after being gone for a little over a year so sad to find out some of my favorite cashiers are gone and we're replaced by staff that seem like they hate their job (which honestly is fair) but I kinda miss the staff that at least pretended to want to know what was going on with my day or gave me a flower on my birthday or even gave me a good laugh that was honestly a big reason why I went so much

customer service on checking out was not pleasant no communication no eye contact she barely wanted to bag our bags she was more concerned of being pretty instead of being of service I love Trader Joe's but i hope this doesn't continue this is not likely this happens but she was short with black hair and face packed with make up maybe changing her position would benefit everyone

I really like Trader Joes and am excited to see their influx into the Dallas area. The service at this place, like at other Trader Joe's is amazing and these dolks go out of their way to please. I asked about some cookies they had and the person helping me showed me where they were and asked if I had tried them or not. When I said I had only heard reference to them on television, he opened up the box and said, "I'd like you to try them." I was dumbfounded and said, "Can we do this?" The gentleman kind of laughed and said, "Welcome to a new way of buyong groceries, we are glad you are here." Amazing...simply amazing!

Trader Joe's has now become my favorite store. I have to say I love everything inside from the produce to the frozen items to the plants. Right now they have a great assortment of pumpkins in front of the store (outside), and the prices are the best I've seen anywhere. You can't go wrong here especially with such low prices on everything. You won't find big brand names here, but the selection is great, and you're bound to find something you like. My husband was a skeptic at first and didn't want anything to do with this place, but he is now a believer and prefers trader joe over Whole Foods (what?!?!). They always have a sample station at the back of the store which is really enjoyable. The employees here are all super friendly and more than willing to help you. The store is small enough to maneuver through and get everything you want quickly grocery wise. Everyone needs a Trader Joe's in their life. Pick up a bottle of wine before you leave. So cheap.

I absolutely love their chicken salad!!! It's a simple recipe but it brings my heart so much joy. Best $5.00 I ever spent!!!

Parking here is a nightmare, not only is everyone parking here just to go to other places in lower Greenville, but there is security that will yell at you for taking a wrong turn and have the audacity to bark at you for going the wrong way when you try to apologize. Next they accuse you of parking here to not use the store with the same diminutive tone. Don't come here!

Ariana! Ariana was my cashier and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very kind and a wonderful salesperson. The food at this place is wonderful as well!

Trader Joe's is one of my favorite grocery stores, and this one did not disappoint. We were stopping in before visiting some friends and were mainly looking for wine and beer. They had a nice selection of each and we both easily found what we wanted (wine for me, beer for my hubby). I think the employees at Trader Joe's are the nicest, and we experienced that here as well. I liked the area this store was in- near lots of cute restaurant other shops. Seems like a fun area, great for a fun store like this!

There are so many Trader Joe's near me but this one is my favorite. Why? I think they have the best flower selection! lol Asides from that, I find that the line to get insides moves the swiftest and I can find all of my selections without the risk of them not being in stock. Their cashiers are super quick even when the lines seem daunting and they've got a great system going. I love my Trader Joe's!

I live walking distance from here. Once in a while, I'd walk over here to pick up a few groceries. I have to say this Trader Joe's is always so packed and busy! People would get in the way or stand in your way a lot of times. Once I came here hoping they have bread flour and yeast... looked all over the place and did not find it. Asked an employee there and she was extra confused on what bread flour was. I mean is bread flour that exotic?? Anyways, they did not have bread flour nor yeast. Apparently yeast is seasonal... weird, I know. Other than that, the store is kept clean. Nice employees. My husband and I do love the frozen mini tacos they carry and the mango ice cream! Snacks are pretty good here too. Flowers are the best to get here.

I made my first trip into Trader Joe's in along time - only because I live in E. Texas . My reason for the 3 stars is based solely on the gray haired geezer handing out showers of hand sanitizer yesterday . I exited the store not realizing I was going out the exit . All I knew is that it was the shortest distance to my car parked in a handicapped spot . I wasn't feeling well and I just needed to get to my car . But he raised his voice and scolded me about it being " EXIT ONLY ". . There is a way to speak to people and that wasn't it . He might want to change his tone and have some empathy , as he has no idea what people are battling . Everyone else in that store deserves 5 stars . Too bad the hand sanitizer geezer ruined the perfect score for everyone else .

This location is easy to find and has its own parking lot. I loved how friendly the staff were, and how well stocked it was. It's also not over-crowded with patrons which sometimes is a problem at other locations. I have this new rule about shopping at Trader Joe's: try one new thing from each section. I'm such a creature of habit that it really takes intentionality for me to try new foods from a grocery store because I resent any tired, week-night meal failures. Thankfully, Trader Joe's rarely, if ever, fails to impress. Here's a list of things to try if you haven't before: 1) frozen salmon croquettes with kale and edamame = so easy to cook and so damn good 2) frozen riced cauliflower can be used to swap out a potato side dish = versatile and tasty 3) COOKIE BUTTER OH MY GOD 4) frozen cookie butter cheesecake bites OH MY GOD 5) frozen onion and Brie and prosciutto torte (like a pizza but with a flaky light crust 6) ribeye steaks 7) Chicago style popcorn (cheese and caramel mixed together) 8) Unscented aloe lotion = cheap and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin 9) fresh flowers 10) cookie butter ANYTHING Okay, well, happy hunting to all you shoppers out there! Let's add to this list--share your favorite finds! ^^I'm a little too shy to ring the bell, but I've had bell-ring-quality customer service every time I've been here. The cashiers always strike up a casual conversation to make you feel welcomed. (I think that we are supposed to ring the bells at the register when we want the world to know we've had good service. Hopefully, this Yelp review counts as a chime!)

It's Trader Joe's....I love Trader Joe's! While I can't get everything I need for grocery shopping here, there are things that I just cannot get elsewhere-such as cheap (but good) wine and the best jar of bruschetta topping ever. Sometimes I just like to go to wander the aisles and find new things to try, especially at their great prices When we lived in California, there were two TJ's within 2 miles of my home, but when we moved to Houston, the closest one was an hour away and I was sad. Now that we are in Dallas, there is one very close and I am happy again. This is a good sized Trader Joe's with plenty of room to move around and friendly employees. I've never had an issue finding parking, although it is a busy center. I am a regular and will continue to be one as long as we are here.

I shop at this location often and I love it. But really, I just mainly love Trader Joe's in general. They have everything you need and if they don't have it, you don't need it! Also, if you need flowers - this is the place to go! Cheap and beautiful. The one thing I do like more about this location than the others is that they have a security guard in the parking lot helping with traffic. Everyone is so nice at Trader Joe's also!

I like Trader Joes and so do my kids. The staff is always available, helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. They should really pay their staff 2x what the workers at Kroger, Tom Thumb and Sun Fresh make because they are at least 5x better at what they do. If I didn't have to ever visit a regular grocery store again, I'd be happy as a clam. The food at TJ's is reasonably priced and some of the items taste amazing. Standards for us include the frozen Mac n Cheese, Chocolate Chip cookies, Arnold Palmer, Mango Lemonade, Pasta Arribatta, and the Red Shrimp. We occasionally buy our fruit and veggies here as well, in addition to nuts and dried fruit. Sometimes we'll try something new (like pickle flavored potato chips) and sometimes it will be bad. Other times we'll buy some breadsticks or fruit and they'll go bad before we can eat them, but TJ's generous return policy always ensures that my satisfaction as a customer comes first. In fact, sometimes they'll even recommend I try something new and tell me to bring it back if I don't like it. Just imagine hearing that at your local grocery store without falling to ground in shock. Good food, friendly service, reasonable prices. It's not rocket science, folks. It's Trader Joes.

This store seems a little bigger than the one on Greenville. The location is great and there is ample parking. Prices are excellent as usual. We found some products that we have not seen in Central Market. The only down side for me is a limited beer selection. Great store, can't wait to return.

Trader Joe's is finally open on Walnut Hill Lane and 75 and it is everything I thought it could be! This location is much more accessible than the others because it's right off the expressway. I visited on the Grand Opening on February 20th. This Trader Joe's is a whole lot like all the other ones. Flowers, produce, frozen goods, fresh meat and seafood, a nice coffee selection, and plenty of random goodies that you didn't know you needed. Check out the Cowboy Bark near the checkout lanes! I will also say the same thing I've said about other TJ's locations and that is check the expiration dates and quality of your produce before purchasing it. Most of the fresher items like fruits and breads are not meant to be stored and eaten a week later. I'm in trouble now. I probably won't be going to many other grocery stores since this is a one stop shop for me. Having a location so close to me has started a whole new obsession with their products! Welcome to the neighborhood Joe!

I love Trader Joe's everywhere, and this new store is great. I can walk here from my in-laws' house. Eric R. and I took a stroll over here on Saturday morning and initially planned to get only non-perishable items. However, in the frozen section I saw something I never thought I would ever see....chicken soup dumplings!! Eric R. once lived in China and loves Xiao Long Bao. XLB is usually filled with pork and pork broth (and maybe crab and other stuff), so I had collected a recipe, recently made my Grandma's chicken soup recipe, and planned to make my broth gelatinous so I could make him a chicken version of XLB. This is very labor intensive and I am glad I need not do this because TJ's makes these! So we grabbed these, then decided we must buy other frozen things like sticky toffee pudding, mushroom mochi bites, and pumpkin tamales. Now we knew we had to check out bags back on the plane. Then we sampled pumpkin soup with a parmesan crisp and had to buy those things. We found pumpkin pie in a jar, and I also replenished our near-empty pecan praline granola box...mmm! I also grabbed the fireworks chocolate bar (pop rocks and chilies!) and more green tea mints. On Sunday, we ended up putting the frozen food with ice packs in a box and checking it, and the food was still frozen when we got back home. We went straight from the airport to the house, steaming the chicken soup dumplings in 10 minutes and both scarfing down 3 each. Now I have to get back to TJ's to buy a ton of these because they were amazing!!! Oh, and of course the cashier had that fantastic personality that TJ's employees always have. This is a great place to shop!

I just dropped by for a few things and everything was fine as always, but something really stood out. I've only been in the store once before and everyone is nice, but this time an employee named Stefan really seemed a cut above. He was energetically hustling through the area checking on customers and enthusiastically helping and recommending products as if the store was his very own! He seemed like the perfect example of the Trader Joe vibe. This location may be full of staff members equally impressive (I wouldn't yet know!) and if it is, then I can see why this place is almost hysterically busy all the time!

I really enjoyed this new Trader Joe's location. It is conveniently located near Walnut Hill and 75... Right in my neck of the woods. The employees were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we do bs everything that we were looking for. I love their beer and wine selection. They have great house wines and other affordable bottles. Another thing I love about TJ's is the pizza dough. It comes in three flavors: regular, while wheat, and garlic & herb. For $2, it is delicious and affordable way to make a pizza. I will most definitely be back... Frequently!

Love this Trader Joe's! Very friendly staff and as ever, great selection. They had amazing seasonal selections. Pumpkin spice everything!!
