I used to enjoy stopping in the store before work and grabbing the usual items. They are close to me and convenient. I have even paid their extra prices for years because of the convenience factor. However, yesterday before work around 3-4pm, I stopped to pick up the usual, and it was the usual price that it has been for 6+ months! I got off work and Decided to stop in again this morning to pick up the EXACT SAME ITEMS! Well needless to say I turned around and went somewhere else, the price increased by 4$ without tax in a matter of 12 hours! Insane. So when you see an item start selling, you just randomly raise the price to make more? Crazy! They will sell out of date tobacco products, and tell you “ no no” they are good, EVEN if you can prove physically that they are bad, then they refuse to take back or exchange the product. You can open it in the store in front of them to physically show them that it is bad and you will still not get a refund or anything. I know the owner will respond to my review and that is fine, but everything I have stated in this review is 100% ACCURATE AND THE TRUTH!! and can prove the claims in my review. No problem though, i’m just trying to save someone else! Inconvenience stores are literally a “dime” a dozen, Where there is one there is many!! I don’t like being ripped off, then spoken to like I’m an idiot. I’m sure that there are many others that feel the same. Different employees, Different prices, Different days, It makes no sense. Thank you for the years of service but no thank you. I saw the response and I appreciate it, but I ALREADY KNEW BEFORE POSTING THIS, that you will not fix the problem because I have asked you to do so THE DAY I purchased the out of date item your exact response was ( we can’t take it back because your store won’t get a credit from the manufacturer)! You told me that you couldn’t take it back! Honestly it doesn’t matter what the item is the increased in price, the issue at hand is why are your employees selling items at different prices through the day. These are only a FEW things that are issues when shopping here. But again my “friend” it’s no worries, I have found an actual “CONVENIENCE” store to shop at. We have spoken face-to-face about the out of date items, as well as OTHER problems, and you have told me that I am wrong to my face!
