Traditional Farm Hostel

Just back from spending the weekend with Wendy and Marty Phelan at their fab farm hostel. We had a family get-to-gether (42 of us) and we had great fun, chatting, laughing, baking, singing, we even sang at mass in Clough, the local church. The hostel is fab, plenty of room, especially the large kitchen/dining/sitting room, awesome. Bedrooms were clean and warm. Outside is a huge yard where we had parking for 14 cars and yet plenty of room for hurling and football. Its at the end of the road so it was very safe for the kids. Looking forward to going back there again next year.

Wendy is really nice! The rooms are good and clean, and best of all you live on a farm!

Good Hostel, nice people. What more to say?

Wie waren außerhalb der Saison für einen Abend in dem Hostel. Ein wunderschöner circa 100 Jahre alter Bauernhof. Der allerdings etwas Aufmerksamkeit benötigt. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hat einiges zu erzählen. Die Lage ist fernab von allen.
