Paul was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were lovely; the bed comfortable. The bathroom was big and airy with a big window. The breakfast was delicious and an accommodation was readily made for my friend who preferred her scrambled eggs be made without butter. If I'm ever lucky enough to visit Inverness again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there. Oh, and the grounds are LOVELY!

Great rooms, breakfast each morning was fantastic. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, about a 15 minute walk to the center of the city. Shower was a bit tricky though, to get the right settings, but we eventually figured it out and it was fine.

This is a charming little guest house! Lorraine, who owns the B&B, is an amazing host. The rooms are maintained (and decorated) with lots of love and thoughtfulness. You will feel a bit pampered in the room. The room itself was very functional, and we had all the necessary amenities (and more) to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast has to be agreed upon the night before. The breakfast itself was fresh, and tasty. Lorraine also helped us with good tips for our vacation, suggesting places to go or to eat at. The only thing I would note is that the shower in the Suite room is a bit small (especially for a tall and big person like me), but there is a comfortable bathtub, if that alternative suits well. All in all, it is a great place to stay.

Beautiful place. Our room was the trafford suite. It was very spacious with room for extra seating. It was extremely clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfasts were delish! Even tried the haggis (tasted better than sausage)! Gardens outside were loaded with birds so having the window open was pleasant.

Lorraine has collected some eye-catching paintings and furniture on her travels. So many beautiful small touches. Real flair and care has gone into every detail. It felt like staying in a much cherished and loved home, which indeed it is. Our room ,the Trafford Suite, was the largest with king size bed and lots of luxury extras like for example, DVD player and expresso maker It was very comfortable The well equipped and spacious bathroom had a shower AND a roll top Victorian bath. We felt we could really relax here over our two night stay. Breakfast was simply excellent, and was served in the bright and airy conservatory, which looked out onto a well tended garden where you could sit out. ..Blissful

I was fortunate that they had a vacancy as I had to extend my stay in Inverness. My room was small but comfortable. The ceiling on one side of the room sloped and I found myself hitting it a few times, but otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was excellent. My stay here was short, so I didn't have time to explore the area. I did find a grocery store within walking distance.

Lorraine the owner was a wonderful host. You could tell that she spent countless hours designing this very lovely and interesting B&B. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room overlooking the garden. The food was first rate.

Without doubt the best Guesthouse we stayed in, in the whole of Scotland. Will be recommending to absolutely everyone I know. - Interior Design - second to none. Original artworks in every room. Decor was modern and classy, while still feeling very homely. - Breakfast - delicious, varied and generous. Would cater for most tastes. Comfort - exceptional. Beds were comfortable and expensive feeling. Nice linens. Service - there whenever you need her. Location - slightly out of town. But a nice 15 minute Walk into town. Parking - on site and very secure Nice touches in every area. If you are staying in Inverness, stay here! More than one night if you can. Bargain for what you get.

Yelp
A wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood. Spotless and comfortable, everything is thoughtfully done. Very clean and breakfast amazingly hot ( like all food in Scotland!). Breakfast room is terrific, and our hostess very helpful in spite of being busy. She gave great recommendations and directions for the best things in town.
