A nice playground that is well maintained. Public restrooms are there and are sufficient. There are several picnic areas. The shade here is minimal and the playground is in direct sun so go early if you plan on using.

Great park! Lots to do on the playground. Always stuff going on in the park Saturday morning and Friday night. Kid loves it and some decent covered seating for parents when necessary. Bathrooms close by. Worth a visit!

Unique playground! I love that the design of this park has thought about how to keep older children engaged. Children shouldn’t phase out of playgrounds in early childhood, there is truly a need for free access spaces like this to connect with each other and get their bodies moving in the fresh air. Love that it’s connected to an amphitheater and provides a community space for all ages. Garden looked beautiful!

Amazing park! Super clean, well set up, with an awesome playground for various kid age groups. Plus, all the events here are super fun - every single time!

Trail Blazer Park is the home of the Travelers Rest Farmer's Market which is open Saturday mornings from 8:30 to just after noon. This is the best Farmer's market I've been to in the Carolinas with a heavy mix of produce, ready made dishes and bakeries with a few craft vendors mixed in. They have the most "organic" vendors that I've seen. Most markets are heavily weighted with crafts so it's great to have the focus on organic foods. They always have live music and parking is in abundance with lots of both ends of the venue. We were surprised at just how many vendors are there and we typically go every week. They are now having a mid-week Farmer's market every Wednesday from about 5 pm to 7:30 pm with the focus on food items. Travelers Rest has done an amazing job putting on the best Farmer's market in the area!!!

Great place for all ages! I have attended many events; great for live music, BBQ events, festivals, farmers market, etc. I would love to see more live music events scheduled.

Extensive park containing several of Traveler's Rest's municipal buildings, including the fire department and police precinct. The farmer's market and Bank of TR are also located on the site, as well as the Chico Bolin Stadium. The public park's main features are the two event fields, amphitheater, extensive sidewalks, two football fields, and track loop.

Really great park used for large variety of uses with everything you can think of from awning for a market to a little stage for live music. Sign mentioned dogs aren’t allowed yet they didn’t seem to be enforcing it as there were happy pups everywhere (I was happy to see all the pups tbh)

Yelp
Lovely park, nice venue for summer shopping and market. Otherwise, limited amenities. Bathrooms locked when no event. Located near police station. Well lighted.
