My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! PRO’S: -AC makes the room nice and cold -comfy bed -clean rooms -deck area is so cute -cute backyard/ picnic table -great hosts who answered questions very quickly (go George you rock) -Great price! -good location 30 min drive from downtown Charlottetown CON’S: -ac is a bit noisy -mini fridge is a bit noisy -LOTS of mosquitos outside -not the easiest stairs to go up.

It was a very hot and humid day when we got to the room. There was no way to open a window, since the only window was blocked by the outlet of the portable a/c unit. The a/c was incredibly noisy. So we had to alternate between 1) sleeping beside an airplane taking off 2 ) suffocate in a airless room. Giving the configuration of the room, it would need a minisplit, otherwise it is unfit for a restful night.

Yelp
Magical bucolic music venue/cafe/inn housed in the island's first Co-Op bldg dating back to 1937 located 30 mins outside Charlottetown. This is a special wee place to catch a show by some of Canada & beyond's best artists. With only 75 seats, the vision of the owners is to create an intimate setting where musicians feel at home and the audience is left awestruck... Mission accomplished! The cafe serves up some of the island's tasty items including fresh seafood like halibut, fish cakes & mussels plus burgers, tacos, salads and charcuterie plates that are all farm-to-table fresh and high quality. Bar includes beer, wine and some spirits. There's also a 4 room inn upstairs which looks amazing. Shows sell out quickly so best to buy tix in advance. If you love music, do NOT miss this experience!

Yelp
Dinner and a show doesn't get better than at the trailside café in Mount Stewart. There isn't a bad seat in the house. I've been here for many shows and have never gone home disappointed. Well, maybe a little disappointed if the cheese cake desert sells out before I have a slice. If you're coming for an intimate concert performance, book a table and enjoy a meal before the music starts. You won't be disappointed.
