The selection of Suica Penguin and Shinkansen-themed goods is undeniably cute and well-designed. However, their merchandise is overpriced for what it is. You are definitely paying a "station premium" for the convenience and the branding. ✅Pro-tip: Don't go overboard here because the costs add up quickly. If you are getting it, choose one signature item—like a limited edition masking tape or a small keychain—rather than a basket full of souvenirs.

Like others here, I was confused about the exact location of this store. It's inside the JR train gates, not the subway. The train has a Marunouchi central underground and a south underground exit. It's between the two, right by some escalators. I think the pin is in the right place, just remember it's inside the JR train's underground gates. They have a lot of selection for a small store, and a steady stream of customers, but it wasn't crowded. Definitely worth it if you're a train fan.

Every time I return, I pop by this store. Opens on time and staff are generally helpful. Have also converted a couple of friends into penguin lovers through this shop.

Hello. In Tokyo Station, Trainiart is one of the top shops about train merchandising.

After spending half an hour in Tokyo station trying to find your way you will find a store half the size your NewsDays convenience store, and there are not a lot of variety of goods. Come only if you are a diehard suica penguin fan.

It has everything train related for all ages and whether or not you are a train fan. Got some nice souvenirs just a pity the shop is cramp otherwise nice experience to bring home a piece of Japan l.

Found spoons and forks with different shinkansen for my niece nephew and some shinkansen socks. A good place to buy shinkansen merch without having to go to a railway museum if you don't have enough time

I finally could buy my Yamamote Line train. This shop is small but really nice. It’s in B1, but you have to buy a ticket for the yamanote line (it’s no outside the gates).
