"The annual Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Yas Island is one of the UAE's top annual tourist attractions, but you may wonder: What is the track—the Yas Marina Circuit—used for during the other 51 weeks of the year? Well, of course, there are races at other times (you can even take the sports car of your dreams out for a spin yourself), but every Tuesday night, the track is turned over to TrainYas. TrainYas welcomes the public to use the 3.5-mile circuit for bicycling, running, and walking. The adrenaline rush of just imagining the Formula One cars speeding by you on the track at speeds of more than 200 miles per hour certainly keeps you motivated during your workout!Admission is free with advance registration."

Cycling around the track was so awesome. I arrived a bit late (8:45pm) and was in the queue to get in but luckily towards the end many people came back and I got a bicycle. I waited about 45 mins. So try to arrive earlier so you are sure you will get a go. The bicycles and equipment are in good condition. There are lots of people and the atmosphere is fun.

Pretty sure you could not have safe access to any other f1 circuit in the world.. and this was free. Organised very efficiently we arrived early and had no trouble getting bikes. We did 2 laps of the circuit , stopping to take photos. This was by terms of value, ny far the best experience we had ( OK we're f1 fans) in UAE 🇦🇪

This was a super cool find in Abu Dhabi. The F1 race track is open (for free) on Monday and Wednesday night to cyclists, runners and walkers. Bikes and helmets are available for rent and they had a surprising range of bikes and willingness to adjust or get you an aluminum or carbon frame as you like! The track itself is great and offers a 5.3(?) km track with a few corners and lots of open cycling with no cars. Cool to visit the track itself and see it in a way you don’t normally - and without car noise! Lots of riders out but by no means packed with lots of room to ride. Also open in mornings but have to have your own bike. Access is at the Yas Center behind gate 20.

Highly recommend this place. You get to join their health and fitness sessions or simply go there for a walk / jog / run / cycling around Yas Marina Circuit for free. All you have to do is to do a simple sign up on their website and show the barcode before entering the track. I went there for the night cycling session. Helmets and bikes of different sizes are available if you don’t have your own. Although they are not the best bikes, it is definitely sufficient for you to have a good time with your friends and family. One thing to keep in mind is that the quality of the bikes provided vary. It’s important to test them out first before you head to the track to keep yourself safe! Have fun and enjoy this amazing opportunity!

I love cycling as well as jogging. But to be able to do it on the F1 Track at Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi is phenomenal. I just want to thank all the staff that make the place so organised. 👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽
