The mattress was comfortable, but there were no proper pillows, only cushions, which made it uncomfortable for the neck.
The bathtub was in good condition, but the bathroom had a strong musty smell, and there were some mold stains on the window.
The room lacked soundproofing, so you could hear everything, including frequent banging noises at night, likely from doors inside the hotel.
The worst part, without a doubt, was the restaurant service. I tried to have dinner, but the menu was not brought to me even after 15 minutes of waiting, so I had to get up and fetch it myself. Later, I went to the bar to order, but I had to wait another 15 minutes only to be told that the dish I wanted was unavailable… and there were barely eight options on the menu! The dinner service was very disappointing.
