"With a perfect position at one end of the poppy-red Eiffel Bridge (Pont de les Peixateries Velles), you’ll spot Tramuntana cafe by the throng of people perched outside. Inside, this tiny-but-colorful store has a big personality. For starters: there’s a mirror with a big blue smiley face on it. The coffee-making magic takes place along one side. Along the other, there’s a floor-to-ceiling party of Spanish natural wines with labels as funky as the wild stuff inside them, craft beers (including alcohol-free), teas, candles, and art prints. Duck your head down one level to find a chamber of ceramics. The standout quality of the coffee is the variety. Even ordering something simple like an americano comes with options—play it safe with flavors or go for a funky blend; then there’s filter coffee, as well as cold brew. This is the place for you if you are looking for an expert Barista creating you a real coffee, asking which notes of flavor you prefer (choose between 2 different intensities), and then actually perfects it. This is by far the best place for high quality coffee in Girona. A lot places don’t get the milk foam right, but Patricia is so good at it ! 😍

Speciality coffee is thrown around too much - what makes it is great coffee, and knowledgable, friendly and engaging baristas. This place has all of that! The addition of pottery and the location make this a must stop, and probably my new local when in the area! Points for being dog friendly and giving mine some special attention! (and for holding my bag for a few hours by exception - super kind!)

Best!! This little cafe is so cute. Serves really good coffee with oatmilk. Nice selections of organic wine working with local small Spanish producers as well as the ceramics. Cute little room at the back over looking the red bride while sipping your cafe con leche. The barista is so friendly nice and informative

Well I'm clearly biased, but this places serves some of if not the best coffee in town. There's an assortment of treats, too (more still to come, I hear), plenty of beautiful regional pottery and local wines, craft beer, all gathered in a cozy quiet little corner that makes you want to hang out there plenty after having drained your mug. Oh, and did I mention service with the best of smiles every time? If you know, you know!

Such a gem of a little café! We absolutely loved the specialty coffee and they had so many different products for sale: wines, ciders, pottery 😍 There's a little hidden terrace in the back of the shop, make sure to take a look out or enjoy a seat there if it's not too hot. The barista definitely brightened our day and it's an absolute suggestion if you're stopping by Girona!

The colorfulness of the place has drawn me to it. The little coffee shop right next to the bridge seemed to be a pottery shop (which it is, also) and a smiling barista welcomed us in. The coffee served strong and with oat milk. They only have oat milk. For me it's fine, it's my preferred milk. My drink was a bit too strong for my taste but with a spoon of the brown suger they had in the counter it was just right. The great atmosphere, coffee and the smiling face of the barista will be my reasons to comes back if I'll ever get again to Girona.
