It's located at the back of a monastery and you go through a shop to be able to enter to the restaurant. There is a slight smell of humidity inside. The atmosphere is nice though: renaissance era music with the matching interior design...
The staff speak English enough to take orders. But the menu here is -with all due respect- terrible! It's not categorized well and doesn't explain the dishes clearly. Eventually, you find yourself asking things about the menu.
I went this restaurant because of a recommendation of a friend. I've been told how good the food was, so my expectations were high. However, it didn't match it. The food was barely average and service was slow.
I believe there are much better restaurants around the same prices in Lviv. If I were you I would have chosen one of those.
