Disappointing experience here. Tried to book for on the day online but appeared full as we cld only book a day ahead. Funny given how quickly tables turn over, we certainly saw opportunity for extra bookings on the day. Not sure if you cld walk in. We were sat at a table, told how to order using the QR, no offer of water for the table at all and were left to ourselves, so we assumed you needed to order it. No free water on the menu, so we ordered bottled water instead. The service was poor, staff standing round taking photos of the sunset not really paying attention to tables, I had to go find someone to wipe down our table. When someone did start to clear, they took 2 things and never returned! So many staff on as well! The food was ok, pizza was really nice the steak was overcooked to order and the vegetables was a lump of sliced eggplant, that's all which is great if you like it. Overall for a Shangri-La venue with Shangri-La prices we expected more from the service and attention to customers. Wouldn't really recommend it.
