5 of us ordered paninos. Spicy Sawgrass, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Greekopolis. Absolutely delicious. The bread wrap thing is homemade. Potato salad that came with it was great. Panino sticks also delicious. We will be back!

We came in from the beach, so our sandy kids appreciated the easy outdoor seating. Their pizza is excellent. Light, soft, but crisp crust, slightly sweet and robust sauce, great flavored toppings. Service was very kind, and our food came out quickly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the wait time was very minimal. Atmosphere was very inviting and friendly. If you are looking for a nice family friendly restaurant at a reasonable price I would definitely suggest this place.

For us Gluten Sensitive folks, they have gluten-free dough. I got the Greekopolis Panino. (See pic) It was tasty. 😋 If I break out in the next 48 hours, I'll update my review. But for now, I am completely elated!

Dog friendly restaurants stand out in their attention to details and caring nature related to dog needs, which only a dog parent or dog lover would understand. Trasca & Co Eatery did just that during our (first) visit. Not only their food was great, bonus points for non-fried food, they were also very caring and empathetic to our needs. Once they learned I don't like to tie my dogs alone outside, they brought the food outside for me (which is not a common practice at this place), brought two dog water bowls for both my dogs, and at the end brought me the to go box too. Their boom boom boneless chicken wings were absolutely yummy! Their veggie flatbread sandwich and potato salad were tasty too. I would like to come back again and highly recommend this place to all the dog lovers as well as food lovers! 🐶💞👏💖

The food is amazing! I personally find it strange to have an ordering counter on one side and a bar on the other side. The counter is big and could just be more seating IMO. It badly needs rearranging. The pizza and paninos are amazing!!

This was such a great place! We were looking for an easy and casual spot to grab dinner with our kids after a day on the beach, and this place did not disappoint! The food was incredibly tasty and fresh, with tons of variety to choose from and there was something for everyone. The service was impressively fast, the servers were very friendly and helpful, and everything came out hot and delicious. We'll definitely be coming back next time we are in town!

We held our quarterly team meeting for Edie Williams State Farm Agency at Trasca and enjoyed lunch while we discussed our plans for the year. They provided us with a large table where we could all sit together and presented the food in family style. It was fresh, delicious and such a great variety to meet the diverse needs of our group. We loved the fresh salad and everyone shared the paninos. The service was top notch! Love that it's a local owned business like ours and we highly recommend!

10/10 the prices were right, the portions were great, the flavor was bold and the bellies were full! Great ambiance and incredible staff! Will be back! Family friendly!

This spot is a rare gem among a sea of disappointing restaurants. I had the chicken Caesar panino and my husband ordered the spicy Sawgrass--both were absolutely incredible. Perfectly seasoned, hot, and deliciously juicy. We'll definitely be coming back for more!

I think we were all wanting more paninos in the catering package. They are really good and we wanted more.... Maybe add an option to do an extra platter of wraps and paninos mixed...?

Our 1st time here today for lunch to go. The service was 10/10- fantastic. The two woman working at the bar could not have been more welcoming and helpful despite the whole bar area being full. All three were great but the Greek salad stole the show! Can't wait to come back! Very cute atmosphere.

This little gym of a place is a wonderful place to have your lunch. My husband and II have come here often and we, uh like to try a variety, but there's sandwiches, we've never been disappointed. I love their potato salad. This is a place you must try.

It isn't great but the employees were so nice and the pizza was edible. I wouldn't go back but if hungry and near by, it will do.

I really love this lunch spot in Ponte Vedra! It is conveniently located in the Sawgrass plaza in Ponte Vedra with plenty of parking. Trasca specializes in paninos, and that is what we've ordered both times we visited. It is essentially pizza dough with all the fillings rolled up like a wrap. It is really really good and satisfying! I love that they also carry Gusti rose wine! They have a little taproom in the back that was BUMPING last time we visited on a Sunday. I always order the veggie lovers panino (Fresh broccoli, carrots, onion, mushrooms, spinach, tomato, mozzarella, housemade basil vinaigrette) and my boyfriend loves the chicken caesar one. This time I got a side salad, but the homemade ranch potato salad is to die for. Even the curly fries it comes with are great. One recommendation would be to have another vegetarian option or seafood option like tuna or salmon. The only pescatarian options are the guac or the veggie lovers. Even the shrimp one has sausage in it. Service is good, ambiance is comfortable, and prices are a little high but it is a large portion and good quality! We want to try their pizza next time. Love this local business!

Absolutely amazing and please come to Nassau County!! This sandwich was the bomb! It's so humongous I am taking half of it home. Rustic fun atmosphere with TV to keep the guys entertained. The deets on the sandwich: Chicken bacon ranch panino on this amazing soft dough-something between a naan and a wrap but wow amazing flavor. The ranch taste was not overwhelming and there was plenty of bacon flavor. The side of potato salad was exceptionally delicious. There are Stubborn Sodas in different flavors and it sampled all of them and the flavor was so prominent in the offerings-Classic Root Beer/Lemon Berry Açaí/Black Cherry/Agave Vanilla cream/Draft Cola. There is also a Tap Room next to them so you can get your Beer and wine!

Phenomenal place. Stopped here after a day at Guana beach and this is now one of my new favorite spots. The food is fresh, nothing is fried, and tastes incredible. The service is 10/10 and the vibes are on point, there's comfy outdoor seating with fans and plenty of indoor seating and a tap room. My boyfriend and I both agree we want to come back here and try more food, they had such a big selection and all of it looks delicious.

Trasca & Co Eatery is such a great spot for many reasons. You can meet up with friends for happy hour or in my case work and eat. The food is really delicious. I got out of my comfort zone and tried the original spaghetti pie paninos. I'm not much of a pasta person, but I actually enjoyed the panino stuffed with meatballs, mozzarella, spaghetti topped with marinara. I also got the tarragon chicken which I shared with my mom. It was a great with the basil vinaigrette which was the star of that salad. I came in at about 4:30 which was perfect because it was happy hours. They have a special on house wine, and I believe a discount on appetizers. I can say I left very full and satisfied. I even took a few slices of pizza home for later.

I had heard good things about this restaurant and passed by it before in the Sawgrass Village shopping center, but I had never tried it. Then I learned that one of my fellow pickleball players was working there, so I figured I would finally try it. I am so glad I did. They are on a corner location, so they have plenty of outdoor seating, as well as plenty of indoor seating. The left side of the business is where you order food, and the right side has a bar for alcoholic drinks. Ordering was extremely easy with Kennedy. She explained they had a big book with pictures and explanations of every item on the menu. That made it extremely helpful. They offer appetizers, salads, wings, pizza, and paninos, which is their specialty. There are about ten different types of paninos. I opted for the chicken caprese. It had roasted chicken, spinach, roasted red peppers, and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It came out nice and hot and cheesy. I chose the curly fries for my side, and they were also good. I will definitely be back.

Great food. The people were very friendly, the outdoor seating was comfortable and the vibe is great. The spaghetti panino is awesome.

Crystal and I stopped in for a Yelp event here at Trasca. Trasca is a very nice place, not too upscale but nicer than a bar or standard restaurant. Attached is a tap room with multiple local and national beers. Trasca itself has a nice selection of handmade pizzas and "paninos" which is their custom sandwich, a blend of a panini and pizza. We both had a chicken bacon ranch panino with seasoned curly fries. Trasca also served Stubburn brand small batch sodas. Great flavors! The sandwiches were hot, huge, and very filling. Tasty too! Fries were done perfectly. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, you can sit in the tap room too We will return!

One of the best lunch spots in PVB, Trasca & Co never disappoints. I've been coming here for years, and whether it's busy or slow, you can always rely on receiving great service and delicious food. Favorites: Club w/avocado Steak and cheese Spaghetti pie Bonus: pineapple cream soda

We ate lunch here today. Ordered too much food but it was tasty. The spaghetti pie panino was great. The bread bites appetizer was good, it came with ranch which was pretty interesting. The broccoli soup was really good. We also tried an individual pizza which was pretty good. We did not bring our daughter but there were a lot of kids there. Kids menu looked good and lots of kid friendly spaces.

The food was so good. We ate pizza and breadsticks and I had a wine slushy. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. They employees were so friendly! This will be a must visit on future trips

(From November 2021) After our stroll near the beach, YELP led us here for some lunch. Located near the Sawgrass area and golf course, it's a local favorite with an Italian mom/pop coziness to it. Salads, paninos, pizza, and pasta is the course here. Due to my attempt at avoiding heavier foods, I went with the tarragon chicken salad. Might've been one of the better salads I've had with the freshness of the spinach leaves, apples, cranberries, pine nuts and that generous scoop of chicken salad right in the middle. Paired with an avocado dressing made this salad a definite joy to eat. Dad ordered the bbq pork panino which had a unique flavor from the sauce he enjoyed. A nice satisfying lunch on a sunny day in Ponte Vedra Beach. They also serve wine/beer with a happy hour here. And their desserts looked tasty too. No wonder the locals and visitors rave about this spot!

This place is kind of tucked away at the back of the shopping center so it can be difficult to find. You order at the counter, get your number, take a seat and wait for them to bring your food out. The dinning room is on the smaller side. I got there around 1130 so I beat the lunch rush. The place filled up pretty quickly after 1215. There is additional seating at the connected taproom. I'm not sure if that's supposed to be for taproom guests only. I had the spaghetti panino. I wasn't sure was to expect but I don't know why. It was exactly what the menu said, spaghetti and meatballs wrapped what seemed like a thin tortilla. There was a lot of mozzarella cheese so that was good too. Long story short it's a spaghetti and meatball burrito. I'm not sure if the other paninos are meant to be finger food but this one was topped with marinara so I knife and forked it. The portion size is huge. If I wasn't going back to the office after lunch I could have easily taken half home and had it for dinner. Instead, I ate the whole thing. I was so full I went to bed without dinner. I'm sure I'll come back again. Next time I'll probably opt for a non-carb loading panino

"Mine was really good!" - our 8 year old son To be fair - so was mine! We have been to Trasca a bunch of times. We went again tonight, and as usual, got the spaghetti pie panino. It's the whole family's go to! The other paninos on the menu are really good too, we have had the chicken bacon ranch and the Cuban. We just love the spaghetti pie the most. It's delicious - melty pizza cheese, meatballs, noodles and sauce all baked up in a crispy shell. For those who haven't been, a panino is like a pizza's rolled up cousin. All of them but the spaghetti ones are utensil free but the spaghetti one is covered in sauce. They recently did a remodel and converted a part of it to a beer and wine tap room, and it's looking great! We didn't get any beer tonight but they have a nice selection. The service is always great. One night one of the staff noticed my sons shark tooth necklace and she spent a good 5-10 minutes talking about sharks with him, and then went and googled an answer to a question he asked! We're fans. Come try this place. NB - it's in the back of the Publix, pull around back like you're going to the Hilton, it's on the back corner.

Absolutely delicious!! I had the Buffalo Bleu Panino and my wife had the Cuban Panino, and both were so flavorful. We both ordered the curly fries as our side. Super friendly staff, great service and a lot of food for the money. We are just visiting, but will return for a second or third meal before our stay ends. Highly recommend Trasca & Co Eatery.

Yum!! I ordered the turkey avocado panini with curly fries and it was great. You can tell everything is very fresh! The employees were very nice as well. Will definitely be back!

Typically hit up Trasca for lunch and I love their sandwiches. Decided to order out for the family and got a large order of pizzas. I was blown away, their pizza is amazing! Upset we have missed out on this for so long. So cool to add another great option to my list of great things to eat there

Great spot, loved the potato salad and their paninos made with pizza dough. A bit heavy but delicious. Great flavors and their sodas are so good! Order at the counter and take a seat. A good size menu and I saw multiple "best of" on the wall for their salads. Definitely going back to try one!

There's something so charming about Trasca and I can't quite put my finger on it. It kind of feels like you're in your Italian grandma's house and she has it all decked out with string lights and cozy tables. Trasca's paninos are the star of the food show here. They've got all kinds of flavors like buffalo bleu, steak, spaghetti pie, and southern BBQ. The panino shell (wrapper? tortilla?) is one of my favorite parts. I haven't tried their pizzas yet, but I hear they're pretty good too. They also have a wide range of drink options such as beer/wine, coffee, and specialty sodas. If you decide to eat in, you'll see that there are some benches in the seating area. These are actually recycled benches from old churches, and the bar wood is recycled too. Pretty sweet little pieces of history! If you get a panino, I recommend eating in because those babies WILL get soggy on the way home.

A local GEM! If you haven't been out to Trasca's yet, you definitely need to add it to your bucket list! It's a local favorite of mine and it's great for any occasion! I love the Chicken Bacon Panino, I get mine with out ranch. It's absolutely delicious- chicken, bacon, cheese, all melts in your mouth! The portions are large -a great value. I usually save 1/2 mine for lunch the next day! Another favorite of mine is the Ribeye Steak Panino - amazing ribeye, sliced thinly with caramelized onion and mozzarella. It's so tasty-the flavor is excellent! I also love the panino sticks! Super yummy, like little mini bread sticks. They're buttery garlic coating makes them savory, and they're not a heavy bread so it won't make you feel lazy and sleepy after having them haha (am I the only one this happens to with heavy bread) The interior is both upscale and casual which makes it great for everyone. They have seating options to accommodate any need, as well as curbside pickup and mobile app compatibility. All in all, it's a 10/10. Love it, and I'll definitely be back for more!

Decided after a day at the beach to order Trasca & Co. Eatery. We were somewhat in the area and decided to utilize their mobile app to order. We waited until we arrived at the location and placed our order in the parking lot. After looking at the menu, I opted to order their Chicken Bacon Ranch Panino with a side of fries. My mom opted to order their Philly panino with a side of potato salad. Truth be told I was hoping for their quinoa sweet potato salad, but it wasn't an option. We ordered and were given a 15 minute wait, which wasn't a big deal. Checked the app and in about 15 minutes our order was ready to go. I didn't seem to notice curbside pickup/contactless pickup available, so I put on my mask and went in to grab our order. I waited a few minutes, until someone from the back came out and let them know I was here for my to-go order. The woman handed me my order and we were on our way. Once we got home I was ready to dig into my meal. So the good news my panino was delicious. The panino bread was soft and doughy. The chicken was tender, the bacon was crisp and the ranch was creamy. The fries on the other hand were soggy. It was probably due to driving 15 minutes to get home. Pros: -Panino was delicious -Ease of ordering online Cons: -Soggy Fries Tips: If you're driving and taking your order to go, maybe pass on the fries....

This is a favorite 'go to' place for a delicious lunch. Freshly prepared salad and sandwiches. Delicious cookies and for me, refreshing unsweetened ice tea!

This was a great find! We stopped in for lunch because we were in the area and I was very happy with the choice to come here! -Super cute/ comfortable place -Service was great, friendly and helpful -We both got their specialty the panino, it was very good! I believe they make the bread wrap in house and have an assortment of fillings in your wrap. Served with a homemade side all yummy! -The soda machine! What is this magical soda they serve!?! Puck's sodas I had never heard of them ( I'm not a big soda drinker) but these were AMAZING! The Bourbon vanilla cream soda was the best cream soda I've ever had! Loved it! Even having visited a few months ago it still stands out how good everything was, would love to return for dinner! Next time I'm in the area for sure!

Everything was well until the food came out. The waiter had spilled greasy fries over my $100 dress. The stain from the fries and grease did not come out of the dress, so I ended up having to throw it out. Mind you, this was a brand new dress from Altar'd State. I am very mad that one entire dress went to waste because somebody wasn't careful.

My husband and I came here on a whim. Glad we did. It's self serve. They have a book of pictures of their food which was very interesting. The menu is broad and offers different options, which I have to say was hard to choose from because they all looked wonderful. I went with the Spicy Sawgrass Shrimp Panino and my husband went with one of the popular choices the Turkey & Avocado Panino. You get a choice of a side he chose fries and I chose a salad. He got a glass of wine which the young girl didn't really know the amount she should pour so he got a little shorted on that, but not a deal breaker and I got a soda from a brand I had never heard of before Stubborn! Nothing stubborn about it, as it was delicious. My panino was amazing. Nice quantity of shrimp and Italian sausage which made for a good combination with the cheese and ranch. I would have liked more spice but it was still excellent and my side salad was fresh and dressing was delicious. The turkey avocado my husband said was packed and tasty. We were extremely pleased and definitely will return!

The specialty at family owned Trasca is the panino. A panino is a sandwich made by spreading out a thin layer of bread made fresh in-house from scratch, adding the desired sandwich ingredients, rolling the dough, baking it, then cutting and serving. In my first review 4 years ago I listed three wonderful paninos. None of which are still on the menu. Trasca has undergone dramatic menu changes since opening including more creative breakfasts, and my fav lunch items removed. The portions are also smaller. Not too small. Just about right. Trasca is still a unique sandwich experience with interesting paninos and sides. The corn salsa medley was great, but the potato salad was boring. Staff is good. Although, they handed us an indecipherable breakfast menu at noon, they are courteous and will do whatever it takes to make everything right.

I really loved this place...from the decor, to the food, to the location. Just perfect. We started with dessert...that might have been the winning move! We got a sugar cookie brownie - holy wow. Yummy. Its hard to describe...it had some weight to it, it wasnt overly sweet, but definitely a treat. Oh, and it was frosted. I love frosted brownies, dont you!? Then, my friend and I split our Paninis. She got spaghetti and meatballs (on a panini!!!) and I got the chicken bacon ranch. Mine could have used some additional ranch, but it was really delicious either way. Both were. The place just had warmth, definitely makes me want to go back and try more!

My kids like Trasca's pizza and we order and stop by frequently. Love the fact they serve bold bean coffee and they have a small selection of nice wine and locally brewed beer. They recently updated their menu and have a large variety of bowls and salads which I was pleasantly surprised to see. During our last visit I indulged on the Greek salad with chicken and it was super large and tasty. Trasca also offer live music and it's a nice family friendly environment for everyone to enjoy in Ponte Vedra.

We always drive by, always looked nice, finally decided to try and glad we did! Cute interior, lots of dog friendly outdoor seating, and very clean! Food was very good - Pizza by the slice, panini-type sandwiches (try the spaghetti and meatballs - excellent!) individual cookies for something sweet after. Only bummer was the soda....it's some sort of off brand....for kids it would be great - lots of cool flavors made with natural sugar,,,but for my wife who will only drink Diet Coke, she hated it (for the record, I didn't mind their diet tasted like Coke Zero)

A quick lunch before a weekend long soccer tournament... my salad was pretty good. I typically like my chicken salad a little drier, but it's not bad. Her wrap was just ok too. Some part was warm (melting cheese) the other part was cold (sauce), so it's a bit odd. I did enjoy my lavender latter very much!
