A fantastic trattoria. Food is first class - having tried just about every menu item in every combination i can attest that they always get it right. Tonights gorgonzola, ‘nduja and salsiccia pizza was a great end to a long day. It’s no surprise that they were regarded as scotlands best trattoria last year when such brilliant food is being served at a reasonable price by awesome people. Couldn’t recommend more.

Place is amazing! The second you walk in, it smells like a wonderful wee Italian restaurant! Greeted every time with a smile by the owners! They never fail to have a good laugh. I used to work next door; and when we were busy they’d pop by and drop off my food for me! Such kind people. The food itself is simply fantastic! They don’t try to be anything fancy! Just simple fantastic food!

Fantastic food and really friendly staff. I have been a few times now and every time the food is excellent. Well worth a visit. The lunchtime focaccia’s are outstanding.

Absolutely recommend Trattoria 47 if you are looking for authentic fresh tasty Italian pizza/pasta to take away. The pizza base is delicious and unique . Best I have ever tasted . The pasta is fresh and and a delight to savour . Tony and Paula are passionate about the food and will treat you like family . Go see them you won’t regret it

Excellent pizza and pasta and most of all unbeatable prices. Atmosphere of authentic love in quality and enjoyment in their new adventure of 20 years in restaurant business. Sorry for camera shake but pizzas are to die for.

I love this place! Incredibly accommodating staff. I asked for a quattro formaggio pizza with tomato and they obliged with huge smiles, no hassle at all! I even got to try some aged ricotta. Truly exceptional! 🙏

Went to the cafe just a little bit down this road for some lunch on my work break. Cafe did not have a chef today so couldn't get any food. Thought I'd chance it and ask these guys if they were open but they were just back from holiday and just getting their place organised for opening the next day. But none the less they took me in and made me a beautiful pasta which I would say is one of the best pastas I have ever had. And also have a large selection of treats you can buy so I thought I would grab a lovely jar of honey and some Italian crisps! 5 stars from me👍
