This place is a hidden gem in Palermo, probably well known but doesn’t disappoint.
Great food great sizes with best prices of the city, everything is cocked at the time and also they serve you pretty quickly.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is a mixture between classy and chaos, the old and the contemporary.
It is a must!

A perfect spot for a delicious and inexpensive dinner; for us, one of the best places in Palermo. A very pleasant atmosphere, good music, and good wine.
Very generous portions at a very competitive price, and everything is delicious.
We'll definitely be back.

This is the best pasta and most incredible red sauce I’ve had in my life! I will spend the next 5-6 decades of my existence comparing every Italian dinner I have to this restaurant. Number 1 ☝️ for a reason on everyone’s list.
2 nights in Palermo and we went back both nights. We had to wait 20 minutes and they gave everyone in line a free glass of wine. Wow! What Hospitality and I didn’t understand a word of what he said. I just smiled gave a nod.
Here’s to you Ferro di Cavallo. A revelation!

This our first food experience here in. It was recommended by our B&B owner for authentic Sicilian dish. I personally enjoyed the most the sardine balls with mint.

It’s a very cute restaurant and deco is very creative. The pasta was delicious. Disappointed on the services. They are not that friendly to people who can’t speak Italian. Go to get the food but not the services.

Excellent food. First evening we did not wanted to wait in line so we tried the next and then we got lucky. We were served immediately. Fast service , good food, good prices. Bottle of local wine for 12€!

An interesting place. The food was tasty and beautifully presented. The music was very loud, and I really felt for the staff who were running around as if training for the next Olympics — that’s how busy it was. I definitely wouldn’t have wanted to miss this experience.
