The prices were fair, and the food was excellent. This was one of the best meals we had in the two weeks we spent traveling around Italy. A reservation is highly recommended before arriving. Pomodoro e melanzane, Bollito, and Cotoletta a sfincione were all excellent. The menu is extensive but the selection rotates so not everything is always available. I highly recommend visiting while in Palermo.

Loved this cozy traditional place. Plenty of choice front he menu. Many locals eats there which I believe it’s always a good sign! Extra points if you are a football fan. Got one of the best stuffed squid I’ve ever had in my life

I’m not s football fan, but this place makes Palermo: it’s a traditional Sicilian restaurant with fish-based dishes mainly. Don’t expect bottled wine, but their syrah is not bad. Try the stuffed squid, really good! Service is very quick: while one the waiters was a bit bold, another one (covered in tattoos) was outstanding, Pink-black decoration everywhere. We loved the place, they made my birthday celebration special. When we saw that we paid 92 euros for 4 starters, 4 main courses, wine and water in Palermo in 2024, we gave an extra star to these guys. Absolutely worth a try!

A traditional and nice Sicilian restaurant with a local vibe. The first two dishes in the photos were delicious. We tried three pasta dishes of which I didn’t like any. The meat dish was bland. They have an English menu, but they didn’t have half the stuff in it. The day’s menu was written on a board in Italian. The staff didn’t speak English, but were friendly. Service charge € 1.5. I would come here again and order something else. Nice prices.

My favourite place to eat in all of Palermo. Everything about it makes me so happy. The food is insanely good, the prices amazing, the people super friendly, and the place is just so nice to sit in. We ate here 4 times during our trip and I wish we had more time to try other things on the menu. My favourites are their pastas: ricci e gambero (the sea urchin makes the sauce super creamy and umami-y), nero di seppia (a dry but strongly flavoured version I prefer to the saucy ones I've tried elsewhere), scogglio (fresh seafood with strong herby flavours) and cozze e vongole (the garlic and the fresh clam flavours are magnificent). Their grilled swordfish is soft and juicy and so well seasoned, which I prefer to other ones I've tried in Palermo. One of the people recommended their raviolo con ricotta for dessert and I'm so happy she did because it was amazing! Make sure you book though as they're popular and it helps to learn a little basic Italian before you go.

The must go restaurant in the city! Solid 5 stars ⭐️ Awesome taste and great collection of choices. Can’t get better value for money ❤️ Super fresh seafood and perfect pasta! As there are plenty of options (more than 15 for sure), recommend to order 1/2 portion to experience different flavors. I’ve got the sea urchin and prawns pasta, fully of ocean power and umami. Same goes the starter, raw shrimps with anchovies and mixed seafood tomato pasta!

We liked the trattoria very much, so we returned here several times. In addition, it is located in the old city center, but in a quiet place. Many thanks to the owner and staff for the excellent Sicilian food, fast service and friendliness!
