Thank you so much for accommodating us even though it was crowded and we didn't have reservations. The food, service and ambience were all great. The pickled vegetables were exceptionally delicious!

A hidden gem!This authentic local restaurant will not disappoint!They serve seasonal mouth watering dishes.Only fresh organic produce in the kitchen. I love the wide selection of local 🍷,but i chose a bottle with very high alcohol content for me.😅

Best Pasta - yes! I could type up X amount of lines on the pasta making but to make it to the point: outstanding and and hands down best pasta I had! The pasta is made fresh every single day and the different toppings are phenomenal. On top of that you will get superb mains and can choose from more Valpolicella wine you can handle… If that is too much for you just ask the super friendly staff for the open wine selection - you can choose from classico to Amarone - you will not be sorry my friend - promis!

The trattoria was suggested by a friend of us. It’s a little bit of a drive from Verona, but absolutely worth it. Honestly very good dishes overall but the pasta was simply outstanding. The rabbit was also very good. Wonderful wine selection as well - and organic! Also the service was super friendly and attentive!

Great pasta cannot be enjoyed anywhere so delicious. The bottle of Bolla house white wine combined with the dish creates a sweet thing beyond imagination ♥️

Pasta is so delicious and the whole family's dedicated service is served. A must-visit and not-to-be-missed spot. The dish is very harmonious and balanced with Bolla's white ruou and Prosseco

We had stopped to visit Tomasi winery and came here afterward for lunch. It was a beautiful fall day and the view from the top of the mount of Negrar Torbe and the restaurant itself was amazing but nothing compared to the food, the ambiance and the service. We had delicious homemade pasta with a variety of different dishes in a relaxed and homey atmosphere. Highly recommended. We hated to leave.
