Trattoria da Spadin

Stunning open air restaurant on the Ligurian Sea, accessible by boat or water taxi. The food is very good for lunch and the service is excellent. We took the water taxi from Camogli (about 10-15 minutes) and swam off the boat ramp before having a leisurely lunch in this remote and splendid setting.

Have been coming to this restaurant for years and it's always been amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and even gifted my 4 month old a handmade toy! The food is wonderful and fresh and you cannot beat the views. Highly recommend getting a reservation and coming if you're in the area.

We arrived at 12:15 just to be told they open at 12:30, not being offered to look at the menu in the meantime or to sit down somewhere to wait (it was empty). The place is obviously charming, food was ok, very small portions for the price but ok given the location, however the coperto 5€ per person sounds like a scam for a simple trattoria without even proper tablecloths…not to mention there is lots of room for improvement in the service and the welcome.

The views are spectacular here. There aren't that many food options from what I could see right by the port so I chose this place based off of convenience and based on the TripAdvisor reviews. Service is fine although a bit slow. Had the linguini with pesto and it was fantastic. Also comes with a small dessert - 2 frozen chocolate covered grapes which were extremely refreshing after a day spent swimming and in the sun. A bit on the pricier side for the portion size but you're definitely paying for the view.

Stopped here for lunch on a daytrip by boat from Rappalo... good Service, good Food and very nice view... a touch on the expensive side... but, if you have the cash for a boat to get there, you are ok... and the taste and view makes more then up for the price

Crazy fresh seafood and pasta delights. Staff quick and super nice. Amazing sea views. A bit pricey, but for the quality, I would return.

Fabulous place. We had bad weather in San fruttuoso so decided to come back here for lunch. We were able to ring ahead and book, so had a fab table. Service was superb- friendly and attentive We had the special fish- occhiata, caught that morning and it looked so fresh when she brought it out for us to choose, we took 2! €40 each, but it was worth it- you just don't get fish that fresh and tasty, filleted in front of you. The fried anchovies were super, the pasta pesto was alos great. Not cheap, but the location is stunning- so much better than what we have eaten in San frutttuoso before

You can get here only by boat or by walking for 45 minutes .... the views of the gulf of Genoa and the atmosphere are spectacular. For what's is worth however the food you can get here is just average and the bill heavy as this restaurant is the only one of punta chiappa Suggested for a romantic couple seeking a visual experience .... more than food
