It's not ordinary pizza or pasta - it's a historically correct traditional food common for Como region back then. The owner and all the staff were highly pleasant and attentive. We had a great experience 🤌🏻💗

Such an amazing place to relax with a beautiful view of Lake Como. We started with two fish-based appetizers paired with white wine, followed by a delicious main course, cheese, dessert, and a local wine. I especially loved the main course, fried fish with risotto which was absolutely delicious!

Wow, wow, WOW! If you’re looking to avoid the tourist traps around Lake Como and experience truly local Lombardian fare, this must be at the top of your list. With exquisite fish dishes, incredible views, and the warmth of the very best of Italian hospitality, Trattoria del Porto exceeds the mark in every aspect. This is THE PLACE to eat the local dish “Riso e Pesce” or Rice and Fish. Reservations are highly recommended and the place is truly an adventure to find, but it’s so worth it in every aspect. I cannot wait to go back!

Challenging to get there but totally worth the effort. We had a really nice evening at this lovely restaurant. The service is very welcoming and attentive. The menu might seem to be a bit expensive, but it includes everything and you won't pay any extras. The wine served with the dinner was great and in a generous amount, the food was very local, so no pasta, obviously no pizza and it's based on the local fish. We had a lovely evening and had a great experience.

Best restaurant within the radius of 100km. You get a very good value 5 course local fish treat. The wine suggestion was spot on. You can have access by boat or road. But please try the road because it was exceptionally beautiful. The owner was super friendly, he gave us a list of must-visit places. We didn’t have time to finish all of them but his advices were very good. So thank you if you are reading this review 🙏

Amazing place with a great view! The staff is very nice and helpful. The menu is fixed and takes you through a number of carefully prepared dishes, all with fresh fish from the lake. It is very well balanced, both in regards to taste and in regards to quantity. As a bonus, don't drive there, their wine and limoncello are great. If you travel to Lake Como it's definitely an experience worth checking out at least once. Make sure to call and make a reservation in advance, as some days it can get pretty easily crowded.

Wow, what a unique experience. First you walk down 300 steps, and discover a quaint and beautifully rustic restaurant overlooking the lake. We enjoyed every course and the ambience made the experience even better. The dishes take you through a gastronomical history lesson of Lake Como.
