We went to see the sunrise on the saline, and while waiting we decided to have an aperitive. Service was really good, the drinks were absolutely amazing and the aperitives really good with massive portions. Fair price. The only major downside of the whole experience was the music selection, given the vast majority of people were there to see the sunset and not to dance I would rather listen to something more tranquil and peaceful than blasted Bachata. Would have given 5 stars for everything if not for this detail.

Good food most of the time and the setting near the saline is beautiful. I said most of the time because I never had problems but this time "Risotto allo Scoglio" I ordered had clams and mussels cold as they were added after and not cooked together. I did not appreciate that considering that I always stop here when I have a chance. I might try a different restaurant next time. I hope this is not a shortcut that is lowering their quality.

This Sicilian restaurant near is a must-visit! The food was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. A fantastic selection of local wines complements the delicious dishes. Highly recommended for an authentic Sicilian experience!

The place seems to cater to package tours, BUT the service is great, the food is very good and the atmosphere would be even better if the place was not so crowded

If you don't plan to stay for food, don't bother. This is tourist trap, if I ever seen one. Wanna see salt mines? Go ANYWHERE else where you won't get ripped off for 3 euro /person.

They make a really good gluten free pasta, we had it with sardines and Swordfish. Perfect. The waiter was also very nice and kind.

Lovely place to have a bite to eat after experiencing the salt museum. Nice strong coffee and lovely selection of food. Cover charged per person at €2.50 + service charge so budget for that.

Yelp
It's been five months since I dined at Trattoria del Sale but I need to leave a review to express the regrets I still feel over having eaten there. The food was actually ok, at least my seafood dinner was. My wife's ravioli wasn't as good but was decent. The staff was very unprofessional and quite rude. I asked for a bottle of regional wine and was brought a bottle of white from the Etna region, a hundred kilometers away. I noted this (in Italian) and the waiter just dismissed my concern. Overall this could be a great place but the arrogant staff left a bad taste in my memory.

Yelp
If it ever happens that you visit Western Sicily have your dinner at Trattoria Del Sale in Torre Nubia. The food is local and of highest quality. Pesto Trapanese makes you fly and what follows can´t make you land. You sit outside in the open landscape right by the sea and when you have finished your starter time is there to say good night to the setting sun. The rest of the evening has to be experienced, but your imagination helps when reading this. One of a kind!

Yelp
Beautiful setting. Mediocre food. Horrible service. Located at the Salt Museum this is the ideal place to view a beautiful sunset and visit the museum. I ordered the Lobster, shrimp pasta with fresh tomatoes and olive oil. What was served was a glob of pasta and frozen, mushy seafood. There was no identifiable tomato in the dish. The server never once checked on us after delivery of our meal. After an hour they removed our plates and never inquired as to my full plate of untouched food. Patient as we were, enjoying the light breeze and the rest of our wine it was yet another hour to flag someone down about dessert. We were only offered sorbet, ice cream or almond tart. The table next to us, ordering off the same menu and as offered completely different options.
