Ligurian cuisine, but average quality of the food - the ravioli I had were not the genovese ones I am used to for more than 50 years, also the ragu that came with them. The quiches (torte) we had for antipasto were good, but the rest was somehow in the medium quality level. Not something to repeat looking at the vast choice of restaurants in Genova.
It took very long for the orders to arrive, maybe because they had some tables withany guests, but that should not be an excuse.It simply means that they have too many posts to serve and too few people in the kitchen and to serve the food.
