Trattoria La Bussola

Wonderful cosy place in Le Castella village. The "trattoria" is very conveniently located in the centre of town. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. The waiter was very kind and helpful. They even offered to try an amaro at the end. I had a starter and a main course, both tasty and well cooked. A relaxing atmosphere, great quality food and excellent choice. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and want to have a proper meal.

Not bad, but I do not understand the excellent reviews. We had the mixed appetisers of the house. And as a main course the pulpo. It’s exactly the same sauces as the appetisers. So food quality was okay, but not exciting. What made the experience bad, is that the main course was served while we had not fully finished our appetiser yet. This is definitely not what I would expect from a relaxed dinner. Service was friendly, but incapable of handling the complaint.

A seafood lover's paradise. We enjoyed a really great lunch yesterday after our tour of the castle. Every dish from the appetizer to entree & dessert was fresh, prepared to order and was something to talk about... all served to us by the owner, Giovanni. Highly recommended!!!!

Overrated, it doesnt deserved it the restaurant is cute but the food versus the quality and the quantity is not what was expected, do not take the Antipasti

Good reastaurant, but there are some better in Le Castella:) we tried vino niancl de la casa and it was really bad
