From the moment we sat down, it was clear that he genuinely loved his job. His energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made every interaction feel personal and welcoming. He didn’t just take our order—he engaged with us, made great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. His passion for his work was contagious, and it added a whole new layer of enjoyment to an already fantastic meal. It’s rare to come across someone who brings this level of dedication and joy to their profession, and it made all the difference. My best Italian restaurant ever!! Certainly much better than other ones in Italy ! Pizza, Pasta, risotto and desserts are all delicious Waiters are all nice and warm. Pricing is so good, not so expensive and worthy!

Simply impeccable experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Everything was very well done, from start to finish. 10/10, without a doubt. I recommend it!

We were told by many friends it’s a must in Budapest, and they were ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. The food was incredible, truly the best Italian food. service from our lovely waiter Christian and the caring staff was fantastic. Could not recommend it more!!!

Amazing place! This was one of the best rated Italian place in Budapest and it didn't disappoint. The staff was jovial and friendly and made the experience much more fun. The food is amazing, we tried the pumpkin ravioli which was exceptional, pizza crust was amazing and so was the mushroom pasta. Must visit

The food was out of this world. We had three courses and every single one was stunning. We would highly recommend Trattoria Pomo D'Oro if you visit Budapest.

Best tomato soup I ever had. An excellent Italian restaurant in the heart of Budapest. There are alot of options for dining in Budapest. The cosy ambiance of this restaurant was the main point in however the food and service was exceptional. Its totally booked during the holiday season therefore booking in advance are must. We been offered a great table and provided with an exceptional hospitality. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.
