If I could give zero stars, I would.
We visited Travel Leisure at Margaritaville Blvd in Sunset Walk, and it was one of the worst service experiences we have ever had.
We were attended by Romario, a sales agent with an unacceptable attitude and a complete lack of professionalism.
After listening to his entire sales pitch, we explained more than once that we do not make rushed financial decisions; we always think, analyze the pros and cons, and pray before deciding. He kept insisting repeatedly.
He asked us three times what was stopping us from doing business with them. It became pushy and uncomfortable.
The worst part was when he showed us a property and said that whether we did business with them or not, his company would make money with or without us. That was arrogant, disrespectful, and completely out of line.
To make things worse, after insisting once more, he extended his hands and said, “well, let’s pray.” Using prayer as a sales pressure tactic was inappropriate, manipulative, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. At that point, we stood up and asked to speak with the manager.
Romario walked away laughing in a mocking way, with no intention of taking responsibility. No manager ever appeared. Another salesperson at the desk next to us came over and apologized, but that was it.
Terrible sales strategy. He speaks in a harsh, aggressive tone, lacks sales knowledge, and showed no respect whatsoever.
This business clearly suffers from poor hiring, lack of training, and zero supervision.
I do not recommend this place under any circumstance. We will not return, and it does not deserve even one star.
