"While smaller than an average carry-on, garment bags really prove their worth on business trips and wedding travel. “Yes, this bag glides seamlessly through airports and is incredibly durable thanks to its nylon fabric with Duraguard coating, but the lay-flat garment bag design is the real gem of this carry-on,” global associate director of audience development Lara Kramer says. “It holds way more than you think—and arriving with all of your dresses and shirts wrinkle-free is a huge game changer.”"

In December we came to the Mall and met Doug. We needed some education in new luggage, and we desperately needed all pieces. Doug was absolutely amazing!! He was very knowledgable about all of the lines and was able to give us pros and cons to each manufacturer. He went out of his way to accommodate us as we were traveling back to Virginia. He was not pushy at all!!!! If we ever need another piece (we purchased 5) I would call Doug and have him ship us what we need. Highly recommend Doug and this store.

Once again this store has provided me with all the answers to my questions. A very long lover of Travel Pro the sales person started showing me their line. She soon stopped and explained it was her first day and she wanted to ask the owner to join us to make sure we got the correct answers to all our questions. I was so impressed she did that! She knew luggage but wasn’t as up to date on Travel Pro as the other lines. The owner soon assured us we had selected the correct piece and answered all our questions. We ended up with two pieces. Congratulations to the owner for hiring a delightfully honest young woman to work at his store. I have been coming here for years and will continue to use Travel Style Luggage for all our travel needs.

I have been very happy with the service provided. I purchased a defective neck support and quickly exchanged for a better model. I just dropped off Briggs & Riley bag for service which is handy. As the world moves to ecommerce it is still great to have a B&M location to see the luggage before purchasing.

worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Took my suitcase in to EP location. Suitcase had a LIFETIME warranty. Clerk said it now had a ten year warranty but he " would see what he could do" I agreed to let him keep it and find out. they were to call me before doing any work on it. If it was not covered they were to get me back the suitcase and I would deal directly with the company. I never heard back fro travel style. Some times has passed ( many months in fact ) I call travel style to get an update on my suitcase. they tell me they donate bags if they have been there for over three months. my suitcase - with a lifetime warranty - has been donated to someone else - without me ever getting a call from them. EVER> I spoke with store clerk who remembers seeing my bag. I was directed to talk to store manager. he was no help. said I needed to know exact date I brought bag in or he couldn't help. I do not have drop off receipt. I pulled up my phone logs for the time frame and never got an incoming call from them. no-one called about my suitcase. I had a beautiful $450 carry on bag that needed a zipper repair that they donated without contacting me. I am besides myself. manager treated me poorly. when I asked for his superiors name he just said the phone was cutting out and must have hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We needed a very large bag to transport supplies for a mission trip to Haiti and we found it at a great price. This huge bag is lightweight yet very strong and the wheels hold up well when the bag is loaded to a full 50 pounds. The only thing we liked better than the bag was the outstanding service and upbeat attitude. It was an unexpected pleasure shopping here.

Went in to have a suitcase repaired and wound up buying a new one as well. The selection was very good and the prices competitive. The store manager is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions with a high degree of professionalism and expertise.

They do not repair luggage here, despite what Google says. I came in a week ago asking for luggage repair. The clerk told me they don't do it, only sales. Travel style responded to me saying that the clerk was misinformed and that they do do repairs. So, I deleted the bad review. I go back this week, and they do not, in fact, repair luggage. I'm extremely disappointed that I made 2 trips based off of false information.

Yelp
Just close the Roseville store for crying out loud. If you can't keep your store open, put us out of our misery. You were closed on 12/24/23 at 8 Pm and 12/25/13 at 12 noon. WFT? Shut it down. You suck. I made two 1/2 hour trips to your store. You were closed both times. No more grace for you. Close... please! On the upside, I dropped over $500 on luggage at Macy's and am quite pleased. So... anyone looking for luggage at the Roseville Mall, check out the product at Macy's first. At least, you can be confident that they are open.

Yelp
NO STARS!! This store and its deceitful employees do NOT deserve your business. The customer service here is THE WORST! My husband travels a lot for work so he went to this store looking for high quality, durable luggage that could stand up to frequent travel. We looked at several brands and finally settled on a large suitcase that the salesperson insisted came with a lifetime warranty. We were actually considering a different brand that looked a little more rugged but the salesperson was really pushing this other brand and its lifetime warranty so we trusted him and bought the suitcase. It didn't even last two trips before the seam ripped. We tried to repair it ourselves but it just kept getting worse so I reminded my husband that the case had a lifetime warranty so we brought it back to the store to have it repaired. The salesperson told us that the suitcase we bought did not actually have a lifetime warranty and, in fact, they did not even carry that particular brand anymore! Well now we know why the first salesperson was trying so hard to sell it! We went back and forth with this new salesperson about the warranty issue and she finally agreed to repair the suitcase for us for free due to the "miscommunication" (outright lie?) with the previous salesperson. After almost a MONTH they finally called to let us know our suitcase was fixed. My husband went in to pick it up and, surprise! It's not actually free. We were expected to pay for the repairs because they had to send it out to be fixed. None of this was explained to us until we walked into the store to get our suitcase and the manager refused to return the suitcase unless we paid for it. It was the WORST customer service experience ever (made even more challenging by the fact that none of the employees speak English as a primary language!) Please do yourself a favor and buy your luggage elsewhere. Anywhere else.

Yelp
Made a quick errand to the mall for some other reason but made a mental note that there was a luggage store as I passed by to take care of another errand. While in one of those big box stores, came upon a "up to 50% off" luggage sales and thought I couldn't beat the price. Wheeled my new purchase with me into the store to find other travel items for my upcoming trip and the store employee (don't know if it was the owner or not, never identified that to me, not that it mattered) inquired if I minded telling him how much I'd paid. When I told him, he went over and picked out the exact same piece of luggage from within his inventory and told me the price. It was another $17 cheaper, REGULAR PRICE! He also mentioned that if I was willing to return (and save $17) he would give me a free travel gift for my trouble. So I decided to return my "sale" purchase and give my patronage to this small business. Once I arrived back at the store, he had already prepared the luggage to go, tucked in a nice travel pillow to the suitcase and when I mentioned I was also looking for a small LED light, but not a bulky one like I saw on the wall inventory, he pulled out a perfect one for my purse. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend!

Yelp
I dropped off a piece of luggage on July 15th to have a wheel repaired. I wanted to use it for a trip that I had planned for a little over two weeks later. After about a week and a half I hadn't heard from them. I called and was told that the luggage had not been fixed and it would not be repaired in time for our trip. I was disappointed but understood that the part had to be ordered and it takes time. We went on our trip and returned. About a week or so after our return, I still hadn't heard from Travel Style. I called them again. At this point it had been a month, to the day, and the only time I ever go any feedback was when I called them. Now they said that the part is not available and they can't fix my luggage. Umm.... not sure why I had to wait a month to find that out. Now, I have to go out of my way to pick up the, still broken, suitcase in Eden Prairie. Bottom line: It may be a good place to purchase luggage. The staff was friendly enough. Just DO NOT have them repair luggage!
