Travelers House Hotel

The bedroom was nice, even though the bar of the curtain was broken and very uncomfortable and the AC threw a bit of water when activated but the rest was fine. My problem was with the receptionist, after having proofs that I could pay with card as indicated on Booking he told me I couldn't and that I needed to take money from an ATM, very unhappy with this option and they didn't gave me more options. I also had a problem with the transfer to the airport, but after discussing with the manager we realized it was a misunderstood and he was sorry. They were not bad but gave me a lot of problems. The location is close to everything.

This is a scam. I booked this place on Agoda and already paid yesterday. When I arrived here today, the manager told me they had problem with Agoda and asked me to cancel my reservation. But meanwhile I can still see their booking option on Agoda and booking.com, just with higher prices. But this is not my problem, how did I know they would have problem with Agoda which I think is a big lie. I waste my time sitting here arguing with the manager on the phone which ruins my mood. Terrible experience with crafty people. Don't waste you time here.

Travelers House was my first choice when I decided to visit Cairo. When I arrived to the hotel, they sent a driver to wait for me at the airport, upon my arrival at the hotel I made a positive impression on the staff. Their hospitality was amazing. They were kind, respectful and polite. My overall experience at the hotel was great, I do not regret my choice because the main things I was looking for were peace of mind and safety, and that's exactly what I found at Traverlers House. Easily 5 stars. Staff are extremely friendly and also happy to help when you ask them. The breakfast in the morning is beautifully made and never takes long to arrive. Bedrooms are cleaned everyday and bed sheets are changed — extremely good hospitality and service. Overall I highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel during our trip to Egypt. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in arranging tours around Egypt at budget-friendly prices. The daily breakfast was fresh and tasty, setting us up for a day of exploring. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt.

Nice place in center of Cairo. Very noisy so if you don’t like the sound of life.. 😉 Personal very kind, excellent breakfast. Thanks for everything, I enjoyed a lot my time there. The building could not be easy to find, make sure you look for a small blue panel with the name Travelers house hotel on the left side of the road (is a one way road). 4th floor, funny elevator.

The moment i saw the building, i feel like i wanna change hotel right away. However, I told myself to try at least 1 night. If i’m not comfortable, i will find another hotel. However, to my surprise when i enter the hotel it was spacious & clean, everything is well provided. Free breakfast, and a very hospitable staff. Muhammad & Zidan and the rest of the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The building is in the center of the city though, so expect a noise and nightly crowd.
