Travelers Inn Tiehua cultural and creative Hall

The hotel is right next to the Bus Stop and walkable to the night market. It was a bit loud as my room faced the Music Village. There are free snacks and drinks in the lobby, and the breakfast was good. The bed is very firm.

Helpful customer service who were able to check my parties in earlier. Nice selection of breakfasts Excellent locations with amenities within walking distance. Able to provide room service while a lot other hotels have started removing it for environmental concern.

Worst bed I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a wooden piece you sleep on. This is not an exaggeration. My group has 3 rooms for two days. 100% awful. Awful bathrooms. No separation of shower so entire bathroom gets wet. Bathrooms are frosted glass so any light will bother the other guest in the room. Tiny rooms. No room to open two suitcases. The 5 star reviews must be fake. The only redeeming quality is location. Feels like a very low budget hostel. Avoid.

Next to the bus station and Tiehua culture street, the location can't be beat. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Zhengqi Street night market, with a KFC across the street and MOS Burger a block away for familiar chain store foods. Although the room is on the small side, it has all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and cleanliness throughout. The bathroom is a bit odd with the wash basin integrated with the shower, although the size is decent. Breakfast is in the basement and has a decent offering of hot dishes, while at other times of the day, you can get basic drinks in the waiting room next to the lobby. The hotel includes free fare on the local bus company bound for the airport/train station/ferry terminal, with a schedule posted next to the elevator. The frequencies are sporadic so you may need to rely on the regular bus service next door instead.

Great location. Clean and compact room, everything we need except more elbow room, at times. Nice shower, love the soft water, great for the skin. Love the city too!

Location is convenient. Simple room, bed is hard n thin. Aircon not working well, put at 18 degree but it's not even feel like 26 degree.

The location cannot be beat, right across the transfer bus station with lots of routes into beautiful places in Taitung. Right next to the art village and night market for delicious snacks. I loved the location, bountiful breakfast and unlimited fresh ice non alcoholic drink fountains in the lobby.

The hotel is near bus station, night market and many eatries. Very helpful staff. Helped to call taxi and make alternative check-out arrangement. And willing to provide luggages storage for 2 days when we go to Green Island. Taiwan breakfast provided by hotel is good. Comfortable bed and clean room. Really enjoyed our stay there.
