Travellers Beach Resort

Really nice resort. Wonderful views for watching the sunset. Location on the beach is great and the supermarket is walking distance. The nightly entertainment including karaoke, a DJ and singer was very good. Our room with a kitchenette needs to be upgraded. There were no cupboards to store utensils and dinnerware. We were told they are in the process of doing more upgrades.

We stayed here with my family for a quick getaway, where we checked out today, the and room, the service, the food and atmosphere was amazing. I must also add that today, I happened to leave two items at the hotel when I checked out rushing to another part of the island for a wedding, and when I noticed, we were so deep into our drive that it was not possible to turn around. Upon calling the hotel, the lady I spoke with (I cannot recall her name but she was amazing) made sure that she found a solution for me. She was able to find a taxi guy who was already heading in the direction to carry the items to me. If this isn’t customer service, I’m not sure what is! I am so appreciative of the service we received, because it was not required however they made it happen, and I am forever grateful to them! Travelers, thank you for doing such a great job of hiring each member of your team. Every member we interacted with provided the best service!

Great beach resort in Negril. Only stayed one night but it made us want to come back and spend a whole week there. Everything is clean, location is perfect, food is great, staff is friendly and helpful, the beach is amazing, the pool looks great (didn't use it). Plus if you scuba dive, there is a scuba shop right at the hotel, offering other water sports as well.

Hotel was okay, nice enough. ||Staff were friendly, food was nice at the restaurant and enjoyed sitting on the beach. ||Was nice to have an atmosphere, even though not in peak season, there was live music and music at the bar. ||We travel a lot and just felt the hotel lacked in a few little areas - wasn’t told about breakfast where or when we arrived. No phone in the room so have to venture down to reception whenever you have a question. |No hairdryer in room. Not enough creamer. ||If you have large luggage get a low room as there’s no lifts. The stairwell needed some repair and a split through our hotel door. Just looking a little tired and run down in the room blocks. ||But overall a satisfactory stay!

Everything about Travelers Beach Resort was fantastic. My son & I stayed in a two bed first floor rom for 5 nights in June, we had the time of our life. The resort is small, tidy, & I felt secure there. The ladies & gentleman at the front desk were helpful & friendly, the maintenance men & housekeeping ladies were kind! Ours servers were always top notch! We felt so blessed to have found this magical little place!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the attentiveness of the entire team—from security to the restaurant staff, and even those passing by on their way to other tasks. Everyone carried a warm smile and genuine willingness to assist ( I undersytand a little better the " Welcome Home " thing now )||The food was another highlight: authentic, flavorful Jamaican dishes ( try the salmon for dinner , thank me later ).||The property itself is full of good surprises island soul with more modern amenities ( ask about the cottages and go take a look at the Lounge area)||Overall, Travellers Beach Resort was a great experience from every angle and if you're reading this and needed a sign to book the trip... this is it

Visiting Negril for the day and we asked a local about a clean affordable hotel and they mentioned Travellers as well as some others. We sent to see for ourselves and what a great surprise so we decided to book and stay the night instead of traveling back to St Elizabeth ( almost 3 hrs ). What sold this on this hotel was the hospitality first and foremost. Don't get me wrong this was a beautiful little hotel but the customer service is what made us decide to splurge and stay instead of driving home. Glennet at the front desk was unbelievably welcoming and hospitable. We had nothing with us as this was not a planned overnight stay. That means, no tooth brush, no clothing , no phone charger . Well Glennet lent us a charger and made us feel as if we needed nothing us but a relaxing night at this hotel , and boy was she right ! Orashia welcomed us with a wonderful drink and cool smile , no wonder he's face is on the wall as employee of the year . Staying here was a last minute decision but we know we made the right choice with Travellers. Very clean , very trendy and most importantly very friendly hotel.

I discovered Travelers Beach Resort through Throp’s YouTube channel and decided to book a few nights after staying at Princess for a couple of days —and I was pleasantly surprised! This resort offers great value for money. The rooms are clean, updated, and well- maintained, and the facilities overall are solid. The pool is a nice bonus, and having an on-site restaurant made it really convenient to grab a meal anytime without having to leave the property. The real standout, though, is the location and beachfront access. You’re right on Seven Mile Beach, one of the most beautiful stretches of sand in Jamaica. You can sit at the restaurant and enjoy the ocean view, then walk just a few steps to the sand with lounge chairs available for use anytime. That kind of setup made the whole experience feel laid-back and effortless. Definitely a spot I’d return to.
