Travellers Beach Resort

Kindness, food, and compassion are hallmarks of this establishment. The owners, general manager, front desk, housekeeping staff, and waitstaff were great. We were there prior to Hurricane Melissa and chose to stay for the duration of our visit. This resort is truly a home away from home. We have stayed here on several occasions. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job of protecting and feeding guests, during the hurricane. On a limited staff, with the owners and general manager staying on the premises 24 hours each day, as well as staff who were able to report for work; sandbags were filled, windows were boarded, umbrellas were distributed for those brave enough to go outside after the hurricane, caution and danger tape was displayed. While we noticed how exhausted they were, there was NEVER an unkind or exasperated expression. The list is too long for thanking everyone for there unwavering support. We are humbled. Continue to be blessed. We have already booked for the holiday season in December. Soon Come!!

Nice enough place, many updated rooms, front desk staff are great. Bar staff rarely friendly no matter the time of day. Loud music at dinner time every night makes everyone in the restaurant have to yell at each other which ruins what was pretty good food most nights. Please asks your guests if they want to yell over Brittany spears while trying to eat.

Our stay at Travellers was incredible! My friends and I spent 4 days this trip, but this was my 4th time there this year and the experience is always consistent and amazing. Their newly renovated rooms are well appointed and offers all the comforts of home. The food is authentic and delicious (don't miss the Jamaican breakfast)!! The staff treats you like family, they are professional, accommodating and friendly. The location on 7 mile beach is ideal. Get up and walk along the beach early in the morning.... it's so worth it! The entertainment is mellow, there is a great gym and the family room offers a pool table, board games etc. This is really the place to visit if you want to relax and unwind .

Really nice resort. Wonderful views for watching the sunset. Location on the beach is great and the supermarket is walking distance. The nightly entertainment including karaoke, a DJ and singer was very good. Our room with a kitchenette needs to be upgraded. There were no cupboards to store utensils and dinnerware. We were told they are in the process of doing more upgrades.

I had a fantastic time staying at 'Travellers'. The place is amazing with leafy colourful auroras and fabulous views. Easy access to the white sandy beach, on site swimming pool, gym and other entertainment facilities too. An extremely beautiful, peaceful, calm and tranquil place. All of the staff there were wonderful, friendly, pleasant and approachable. Always ready to help and assist if needed. I have already recommended 'Travellers' to family and friends.

This is a budget resort located on Seven Mile Beach in Negril. It's on the extreme southern end of the beach. My room was pretty basic but was large and clean. There is a bar near the beach with live music at night and loungers on the beach to use. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to stay on the beach that provides good value, this is a good choice.

We stayed here with my family for a quick getaway, where we checked out today, the and room, the service, the food and atmosphere was amazing. I must also add that today, I happened to leave two items at the hotel when I checked out rushing to another part of the island for a wedding, and when I noticed, we were so deep into our drive that it was not possible to turn around. Upon calling the hotel, the lady I spoke with (I cannot recall her name but she was amazing) made sure that she found a solution for me. She was able to find a taxi guy who was already heading in the direction to carry the items to me. If this isn’t customer service, I’m not sure what is! I am so appreciative of the service we received, because it was not required however they made it happen, and I am forever grateful to them! Travelers, thank you for doing such a great job of hiring each member of your team. Every member we interacted with provided the best service!

Everything about Travelers Beach Resort was fantastic. My son & I stayed in a two bed first floor rom for 5 nights in June, we had the time of our life. The resort is small, tidy, & I felt secure there. The ladies & gentleman at the front desk were helpful & friendly, the maintenance men & housekeeping ladies were kind! Ours servers were always top notch! We felt so blessed to have found this magical little place!
