Great location, super clean and quite rooms with all basic amenities. It's located near to CST station just walking distance. Many restaurants are nearby. Nice place to wander around the place. All the tourist attractions are nearby. Note : the common area is under construction. So you can't meet other people.

Hotel location is good near to CSMT & Gateway of india. Room and bathroom is clean but in so small.

We booked that place on AGODA website( paid in advance), we wanted to stay there because place was recommended on LonleyPlanet. When we arrived and the security guy told us that there’s no room available for us and we need to contact Agoda for refund. Even when we showed him booking confirmation he didn’t let us in. Apparently manager showing up between 12:00-16:00. We had to book room in different place what was a big challenge in the middle of the night. Don’t book this place!!!! We are also sending an email to Lonley Planet to take that place down from their „India” guide.

Watch out this is a scam!!!!! We booked a private room in this place via Agoda. There was a red flag - we tried to call them earlier to tell them about our lste arrival, but the telephone number was a fake one. Once we arrived late at night, the security guy told us that they are sold out and this is a hostel... No private rooms available. We had to manage another accomodation in the middle of the night in Mombai due to this definitine scam!!! We came back in the morning and came up same guy, no reception staff, no manager to talk to.. The neighbours told us there's only women dorm since 3 years.... its unacceptable, stay away fron this place!!!!!!!!

Good facilities.... good service....but when u order...jst remember the paneer & vegetables are only for one person

Good location and fair price for sharing rooms. Small spaces, poor facilities and very bad maintained.

The location is nice for travelers and the room was clean but if you're going there touch the blankets maybe are wet. The room for sleep it nice so silence. We paid 25 euros per night and the wasn't AC maybe Mumbai it's expensive. Some services are bad. Our problem was with the laundry because the clothes were wet to backpack. You can read in the rooms the laundry it's right in 24 hours but in our case after more than one day wasn't dry. And the staff didn't worry about that. Only the gave us 100 rupees discount, the bill was 595 rupees. They don't care and we have to do again laundry in the next destination. The commun area was in works so imposible stay there. The staff explain us if we want the breakfast we can have in the room, it's crazy. The room was tiny.

Fantastic guesthouse, very helpful staff who bent over backwards to help us in any way they could. Perfect location to be able to walk easily to all the major sights in downtown Mumbai as well as the main train station. The rooftop terrace/common area was a great place to meet other travellers as well as enjoy the unlimited free tea/coffee/water provided. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I really don't know what else you could possibly need and for a very reasonable price.
