Great location, super clean and quite rooms with all basic amenities. It's located near to CST station just walking distance. Many restaurants are nearby. Nice place to wander around the place. All the tourist attractions are nearby. Note : the common area is under construction. So you can't meet other people.

Hotel location is good near to CSMT & Gateway of india. Room and bathroom is clean but in so small.

Good facilities.... good service....but when u order...jst remember the paneer & vegetables are only for one person

don’t go by their website, this place is completely different. also they are all veg and the menu is also extremely bland and bad. the rooms are extremely stuffy and there is no sunlight. the bedding provided are sub par and they have a weird curfew system where they call the parents even for an adult person. don’t stay here

Good location and fair price for sharing rooms. Small spaces, poor facilities and very bad maintained.

The location is nice for travelers and the room was clean but if you're going there touch the blankets maybe are wet. The room for sleep it nice so silence. We paid 25 euros per night and the wasn't AC maybe Mumbai it's expensive. Some services are bad. Our problem was with the laundry because the clothes were wet to backpack. You can read in the rooms the laundry it's right in 24 hours but in our case after more than one day wasn't dry. And the staff didn't worry about that. Only the gave us 100 rupees discount, the bill was 595 rupees. They don't care and we have to do again laundry in the next destination. The commun area was in works so imposible stay there. The staff explain us if we want the breakfast we can have in the room, it's crazy. The room was tiny.

It's an okay place on a budget. The roof top terrace is nice, but it closes 11 pm which is a shame if you want to have a beer and a chat there. The evening gets cut of too early in my opinion. There are nice people staying over generally. Breakfast is not that good, I recommend going to the cafe at the corner for better food, or just get some street food if you are adventurous. Wifi is not good in some rooms, in the hallway it's better. (Our room did not have WiFi at all). The people in the hostel will arrange a taxi for you if you ask. It is good staying for 2 days maybe, not longer than that.

We were 10 Friends stayed on October 2nd. I really enjoyed the stay. I have to say it was very safe(My first priority). The Hotel in charge was very helpful and interactive and the staffs too were very helpful and the service was very good. We were provided with a Breakfast which was very good in taste but quantity could have been little more. The location and the ambiance of the Hotel was topnotch. Price may be little on the higher side but the locality and the safety of this hotel made for it. I would recommend this Hotel for those who want a budget clean and safe and most preferably for a Family.
