I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hostel. The management is extremely irresponsible and does not maintain even basic living standards. The geyser was not working for days. The washbasin was constantly clogged, and the water pipes are rusted, which causes serious water pressure issues. What’s worse is the staff’s attitude. They do not take complaints seriously and often ignore text messages and calls. You have to repeatedly follow up for even small issues, and most of the time nothing gets fixed. They also do not have any transparency or uniformity in their charges. I was charged ₹5,000 more than another person staying in the same room at the same time, with no clear explanation. This feels unfair and dishonest, and it shows how poorly the hostel is managed. On top of that, they lost my clothes that I gave for laundry and never took accountability. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept making excuses. The management makes promises they don’t keep and frequently lie, which is extremely unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The poor maintenance, lack of responsibility, unfair pricing, and careless behavior of the staff make this place stressful rather than comfortable.

Better options are available around. Don't go for this girl's hostel . Except for the house keeping staff and food ( to some extent) everything is mis-managed. They call it a hostel. I got my daughter admitted here in the near past and then I got to know the reality. Cons: 1. Totally unprofessional, they will loot you according to your paying capacity. For same bed they charge different price. 2. Management never listens anything. My daughter's friends told that senior management blocks email IDs and WhatsApp if you complain. They have a habit of making false promises that are never fulfilled. 3. Complaints remain unattended for months. 4. No permanent warden was there in the premises. 5. Housekeeping staff were treated badly. Many of the girls left as these people are famous for getting work done without giving salary. 6. Rooms were in a bad condition and were very conjusted. 7. Management staff is too rude, they talked very badly with girls and their families too. 8. This place is totally mis-managed with only unprofessional staff...mostly they hire kids from college for marketing. They just make false promises while renting out room and then you won't find them anywhere when girls face any problem during the stay. 9. Rats and cockroaches are found manytimes in the food and pantry area.

Great location, super clean and quite rooms with all basic amenities. It's located near to CST station just walking distance. Many restaurants are nearby. Nice place to wander around the place. All the tourist attractions are nearby. Note : the common area is under construction. So you can't meet other people.

Firstly, the services you see on the first day of your visit and the services you are going to live with are completely different. It's TERRIBLE ! Please don't pay them in advance; they don't offer refunds. It's been more than 60 days for me.

Hotel location is good near to CSMT & Gateway of india. Room and bathroom is clean but in so small.

Good facilities.... good service....but when u order...jst remember the paneer & vegetables are only for one person

Good location and fair price for sharing rooms. Small spaces, poor facilities and very bad maintained.

If there were option to not give even one star, would choose that, not just that experience was worst in the hostel but outside too, no refund, no documents, no person to contact, no response
