Great value, comfy beds, friendly staff. We especially appreciate Mark at the front desk who always greets us with a friendly smile. Rooms have updated restrooms. Some folks don’t pick up after their dog in the dog area. Shame on them. It’s a perfect place to take your dog please clean up after them!

I booked a room and paid in advance through the direct website. When I arrived I was told the hotel was overbooked and was moved to another hotel down the street. The other hotel 1) was not a Wyndham, 2) was under construction, 3) didn't offer free breakfast, 4) the room only had 2 towels (even though we had a reservation for 4), and the office wasn't open to request more, so we had to share towels. ||||I was not offered a concession, or discount, to take the substitute room. The new room was decent, but I was disappointed in the way the whole thing was handled. The lack of towels and the closed front desk at the substitute hotel was a huge inconvenience. When I pay in advance for a room, I expect it to be available.||||On the bright side, the hotel staff were friendly, and the room was updated and clean. I was disappointed in the overbooking and the lack of towels. Also, the front desk staff had a very thick foreign accent and it was hard to communicate.

The room was awesome and perfect for our large family! It was a little older of a hotel, but such a great value and was very affordable. In the superior suite there was 2 queen beds, 1 king sized bed, and a pullout couch. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We really liked how big the room was, the full sized fridge, microwave, and nice bathroom. The breakfast was a lot better than we were expecting! There were egg whites, sausage patties, breads, bagels, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, and the kids loved making waffles. Everything was delicious! There was coffee, hot chocolates, teas, orange juice, and milk. The pool table and board games were so fun. There was also a view of the lake and it was close to the London Bridge and tons of restaurants. All of the staff were really nice. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Our visit was pleasant. Only spent one night.Room clean. Bed comfortable enough. Continental breakfast included could use an update. There's a fabulous Italian restaurant Angelinas within 2 min walk. Would return here.

Positive: Staff was polite, helpful, and friendly. I loved the board games in the community area, and I appreciate how pets are welcome. It has family vibes with a nice view of the lake. Negative: The walls were a bit thin so it didn?t filter out much of the noise from other guests.

We had a great stay! Our beds were comfortable and our rooms were clean. We loved the new shower and the views!

Our experience at this Travelodge was very disappointing. Upon entering our room with two queen beds, we were immediately hit with an overwhelming chemical smell—similar to fresh paint or strong cleaning agents. The fumes were so intense that it became uncomfortable within minutes. We went to the front desk to report the issue, but instead of showing concern or checking the room first, the staff member immediately got defensive and said it was probably because we had a pet. This made no sense, as we had just entered the room. About 20–30 minutes later, she came in with Febreze and sprayed the room, insisting it smelled fine to her and that all pet-friendly rooms are like this. Still, no real solution or accommodation was offered, and we felt like our concerns were brushed off. On top of that, the bathroom was not clean. The shower had visible residue and hard water stains on the showerhead and walls. The countertops were dusty, and we found several hairs left behind. It made the entire stay feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. We don’t expect five-star amenities, but we do expect a clean room and basic hospitality. Unfortunately, this location failed on both. We will not be returning and would not recommend this Travelodge to others.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was for a low budget hotel. Everything was extremely clean. Staff very courteous. Would highly recommend!

Yelp
The only thing that was enjoyable was the nice lady working the front counter. Other than that, we have very little positive to say. The rooms and entire property is extremely dated and dirty. The floors are horrible and you definitely don't want to walk barefoot on them. The kicker was that the water pressure shutoff in the middle of the night and when asked about it, the front desk said it does that and that she had to turn it back on. Will not be staying there again and cannot recommend anyone else to.

Yelp
We had an extremely long day of traveling 10 plus hours driving on the road. Our check in wasn't till in the afternoon, but I called ahead to see if we could get in early. Barb, at the front desk was so nice, professional and more than accommodating. She checked the availability and got us in immediately. She was so kind and caring to us. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and even made our daughter smile while giving her a popsicle. I definitely recommend it here. It's nice and clean and very close to the lake. I'll definitely be coming back to Travelodge in Lake Havasu. Thanks to Barb!!

Yelp
A nice clean room. Bathroom clean. Front desk help pleasant. No breakfast offered, but did have coffee. No view!!!!

Yelp
Pros: Our room with double beds was clean and spacious and had a cute view of the river. Cons: this location has NO elevator! In the year of our Lord 2022? Seeing I was disabled the front desk employee lifted my suitcase and overnight bags cheerfully and I appreciate him. But c'mon, no elevator?

Yelp
Small, Simple, Clean, Affordable and OUR HEROS! We had recently traveled to Lake Havasu City for the holiday. Our original intent was to support locally owned business, so our initial reservation was made at a locally owned LLC hotel location. Unfortunately, after 2 of our 3 nights, my husband's back was so excruciatingly painful because of the bed that we were heading for a medical event. Travelodge was quick to add us to there guests list for the 3rd night ( Nov 24th). The desk clerk was an absolute angel! After hearing why we had to change hotels she stated that if we tried the bed & it was not acceptable, that we would try every available bed until we were assured a good nights' sleep :) She was so lovely & accommodating! The bed was amazing & we slept for the first time in 2 nights. Thank you to the night desk lady & Thank you to Havasu Travelodge for saving the day.

Amanda W.

Yelp
Would give ZERO starts if possible. EVERY employee I've encountered here is incredibly RUDE. I was ACCUSED of smoking pot in one of the rooms two nights PRIOR before they decided to not rent to me again. The room is disgusting and dirty, the door didn't have a top lock. I'm visiting from Huntington Beach, CA and for the way I was treated, I'd NEVER RECOMMEND TRAVELODGE OR SWAY HOTEL TO ANYONE. STAY CLEAR!! Also there was a bug in my bed when I removed the blankets!!!

Frances A.

Yelp
This Travelodge is totally acceptable for what it offers. Room/bathroom were clean, everything worked, and it was peaceful enough considering we were in Havasu on a weekend in the summer.

Brenda M.

Yelp
We are full time RVers and took our coach to a local company for repairs. We were both sick with chest colds and didn't want to spend the entire day in our car with our cat who hates his carrier. Sadly most of the reasonably-priced motels here don't allow pets, but Travelodge did. The woman at the front desk was so kind. She gave us a quiet room, brought us a cart to bring our cat and all his "stuff" in and wished us all the best with the repairs. We were able to rest comfortably all day and our cat found a cool spot to sleep under the bed. Thank you, Travelodge, for helping our day be much easier!

Yelp
If I could give this place less than one star I would !!! I am a physician who travels for work. I picked this place based on the name Travelodge, It is a Wyndham property after all. What I got when I showed up was a HUGE surprise. My arrival was at about 6:30 PM so it was dark. The desk clerk was engaged in conversation with a smarmy looking fellow who looked like he was hitting on her. He repeatedly offered to help me with my bags though which I declined. The motel does not have an elevator and looks to be somewhere in the range of 40 years old, The carpet in the halls and room looked to confirm that. The room I was assigned smelled of cigarette smoke and was in poor repair overall. The shower for example looked like drywall work had been done by someone with NO experience at all. The worst part though was the many red marks on my legs and torso suggesting bites of some sort. They went away within a day so I was not overly concerned however, this, coupled with the smoke and the noise made this place absolutely unacceptable. I tried to get a different room after checking in however the desk clerk was outside with her "pal" smoking. The next morning I told another desk clerk I could not stay there and why. What was apparently recorded in the property log was "contract changed, no longer needed to stay". This is despite me going a mile up the road to another property which WAS CLEAN where I HAD NO RED MARKS on waking up. When I tried to contact the property, no luck. I even sent a certified letter with return receipt, which I received but no response otherwise. So, save your money AND your health OR plan on disappointment!!!

Yelp
I booked this reservation for my co-worker and I through perksatwork.com for our work trip. I arrived first with my security dog (Maltese shih tzu mix) I volunteered to inform the young lady at the desk he was a security dog. She looked confused. I told her I would happily show her my letter from my psychiatrist proving such (which I don't have to do by law). She replied "that's ok, normally there's a $15 pet fee but I'll wave that." (Legally you can't be charged a pet fee when it's a service dog. The next day my co-worker arrives and we head out to our work meeting. Travelodge calls me twice and states they made a mistake with the room they placed us in and needs us to switch rooms right away! I informed the lady we had just left and won't be back for awhile. I get another call 45 minutes from another lady demanding I come down right now as the maids need to get into the room to clean . I told her I'm currently working at Parker and won't be back for another two hours. She replied "I'll let my manager know. Come to the front desk when you get back!" We get back and pack up all our things then call down to the front desk. The said "Our mistake, you can stay in that room." WTF?! You called me three times, spoke to me aggressively, we packed up all our things, then simply said "sorry, our mistake"! I originally looked passed the cracked ac unit and fridge, dark long hair in my bedding, no body wash in the shower, but I couldn't look pass my dirt socks after hardly wearing them solely in the room, lack of customer service, nor an explication to why they demanded us to return for the maids to clean our room. My co-worker and I are here every week (which I said on check in) I'll never stay again.

Yelp
This place was below average. I would not stay here again. I tricked my wife into a getaway and told her I made arrangements when in fact I didn't to lake havasu... so she started looking into hotel rooms halfway there and the nicer rooms from pictures were this one for the Presidential suite! I don't know what President this was... maybe president pookie n them because no. This looked like when I was 19 and my friends just got their own apt n they were throwing furniture together n a place that needed to be condemned... in this case not so much condemned but the energy in it felt like someone lives there except for when the "hotel" is booked then they sleep downstairs.. I give this place 2 stars only because the bed was a little soft.. the bed leaned in on where you rest your head... uneven.. more so the blood would rush to your head.. I only laid on it for about 20 mins.. around 9:20pm my wife received a call from the hotel asking if we were still checking in.. why? I don't know Ok so we checked in and the lady was friendly... we went and got food and parked in the front spot because it was open.. we were on our way upstairs and my wife reminded me we needed another blanket due to the fact it was only 1 and it was on the bed. Our son wanted to sleep on the couch so ok.. so I asked her for one and she gave it and told me where we parked at was restricted.. um.. ok.. no signs... no nothing.. and on top of that you seen me park there and wasn't going to say anything until I asked you for a blanket!? So we're we just going to wake up to our car being towed away?? I moved the car 1 stall over and went to our room.. The room as I stated previously was nothing to write home about.. and the door to the balcony did not lock.. so if anyone wanted to climb up and rob/kill/steal they could. And my son wanted to sleep on the couch so guess where dad slept??? On the little ass couch next to him just incase... THEN in the morning at 9:40am housekeeping knocked on the door and said housekeeping for about 1 min straight!!! Check out is not until 11am!!! So she woke us up on purpose to make sure we were up! We never stay past time and never stayed here so I don't know why she did that!!! We normally wake up at 10:30 and have alarms set because we take our showers and lay our clothes out for the next day so all we need to do is our morning hygiene and put our clothes on which takes 15 mins!!! For them to do that and wake us up was horrible!!!! By the way my son is only 3... Now we are up and ready by 10:15am and just sitting there waiting for 11am because we did not want to stay another night at this hotel and our next hotel the nautical resort check in wasn't until 4pm.. Overall.. It just wasn't the best experience for a wyndham hotel... motel 6, rode way inn.. there were so many other hotels that were along the strip we could've stayed at and were much nicer from the outside... we won't be staying here or recommending this to anyone.. ooohhh and when you sat down on the toilet the tile was broken and was sinking in and almost falling through.. unsafe

Mom S.

Yelp
This was the worst hotel stay ever the rooms are worn dirty and the staff is just rude my husband asked for clean towels and the manager harassed about the towels and told him we don't give clean towels everyday and we don't clean the room till you check out in the word of the manager stay 1 day 1 week 1 month 1 year we're not cleaning the room till checkout I do not recommend this place

Liza M.

Yelp
Nice view Clean friendly employees overall 5 Star. Prices are within budget I will return to this location.

Keith M.

Yelp
If you enjoy loud, boisterous drunks carrying on late at night in the hallways, slamming doors, revving engines in the parking lot after midnight, all for only a couple $hundred per night this could be the hotel for you. On the other hand, if you only seek a quiet night's sleep you should probably look elsewhere.

Justin P.

Yelp
I was impressed by the front desk clerk Barbara. She was so sweet and helpful, and provided the best room service. I would stay here again bc of how wonderful she was to me. Thank you Barbara!

Paige C.

Yelp
Very disappointed with the service of the hotel staff, there were stains on our walls and tiles coming up off the bathroom floor. Seems like the place is more falling apart. No screen on window so very dangerous.

Cody K.

Yelp
My girl tried to surprise me with a stay in Havasu for Valentine's Day. She checked in over the phone and when we arrived that evening they turned us away because she lived in lake Havasu. At 8 at night after driving 4 hours to see her we had to spend the next hour or so finding another hotel. Thanks for the hospitality on Valentine's Day, means a lot.

Z Girls R.

Yelp
My adult daughter and I stayed here during our California to North Carolina move. We had two cats, a sedan, and a truck/trailer with us. After two days driving through the windy, crowded, and in many places "under repair" highways in California, finding the gem of an affordable, clean hotel was a Godsend! The woman who checked us in late on Monday night was very sweet and helpful, she saw the truck and trailer pull into the parking lot and gave us a room right across the parking lot from the rig. The next morning, Toni was at the desk and what a helpful person she was! My truck was broken into our last night in California, and I wanted to take it to a nearby RV place to see if they could recommend a fix. She not only let me leave the trailer at the motel while I ran that errand, she also suggested waterfront dining for us before our next leg. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a safe, clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay when you're in the area. Toni and the rest of the staff will take good care of you! We got a solid 8 hours of sleep for the first time in several days. That is exactly what we needed!

Tysha S.

Yelp
Great hospitality! Barb you rock!! Room was clean and ac got cold. we will be booking here for next years poker run.

Brad R.

Yelp
We stayed here due to not finding any other places available. We reserved a suite with 3 beds (2 queens, 1 king). 1. The room was clean, not really what I was expecting as far as a room (all 3 beds in a row in a huge room) but it worked out great. 2. When we first arrived at 11:30pm on a Friday night the person at the front desk was very accomodating and super nice. 3. The free continental breakfast was pretty good. The person who runs it the 2 days we were here (Stacy) was very nice and gave us extra treats. 4. They have extra dirt parking in the back and across the street for trailers and larger vehicles. 5. You can see the lake from some of the rooms depending on the direction you're facing. Overall I would say that we enjoyed our stay and would be coming back again.

Jazz C.

Yelp
So I never made it to this hotel due to someone in our group being exposed to covid, we canceled. I must say the communication over the phone was spectacular! I first called because my last name is different on my credit card than my ID (got married and haven't gotten the chance to change it so i called to ask if i could bring my marriage license lol) Anyways, I spoke both times to Joni. She was so sweet and understanding. It really bummed us out that we couldn't make it but better safe than sorry. She was understanding and sweet and gave me no problem when my came to canceling my reservation (same day). If the customer service is that great over the phone, i can only imagine how great it is in person! We will book again in the near future! Thanks again Joni!

Vogue E.

Yelp
This place is going down since new owners bought it. Cutting corners everywhere. Rooms are dirty, sheets are dirty and old. They don't change towels everyday and don't clean the room every day. Last time staying here. I would rather spend a little more and go to Hampton, very clean and great service.

Ron M.

Yelp
I am giving this a 5 star based on value, cleanliness and staff. I came here as a spur of the moment get away and booked a hotel off Travelocity. When I pulled up it is not a very nice looking building from the outside but the rooms were updated, clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There is no pool but I ended up finding a great pool to spend the day at. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast but seemed more fresh and the lady running the morning shift moved nonstop to keep the room clean and food hot. My only complaint was the towels, they are horrible, but all in all this place was great

Giovanny G.

Yelp
Family friendly under new management is amazing family friendly they take care of you and have an amazing price nice beds really good coffe in the mornings. I highly recommend it

Charlene C.

Yelp
WiFi keeps dying throughout the night. However, we were just looking for clean sheets and a hot shower after backpacking in Supai for 3 days. All the other hotels and motels in the area were overpriced and looked sketch so we decided to go with the name brand one. It's off season and ~$115 after tax for a non-smoking double queen room. The lobby is fairly clean with a pool table, ping pong table, bar, card games, and board games. Good enough for passing through town. Breakfast included with the price as well.

Olivia C.

Yelp
After scouring many other local competitors that were labeled as overpriced dumps, Travelodge was a welcomed gift! Price: $110ish/night, which is in the median range. For a one-night stay, it provides all needed amenities with breakfast the next morning. I didn't feel like I'd go bald after using their shampoo either, so that's a good sign of their comps. Would stay again, if you're looking for something basic with a hot shower and continental breakfast. Hot waffles, fresh eggs, and tasty hash browns!!

Fadi S.

Yelp
Rude customer service!! Your only job as a host is to make your customers happy... if you don't know how to do that, find another job.... very disappointed with the service... will never come back here again. I wish the company provide proper training for the young personnel.

Michelle P.

Yelp
This is a drive by hotel if you insist on cleanliness, a well made bed, a bathroom counter taller than child size, and old towels that are ready for the rag bag! This place is in desperate need of a complete makeover or at the very least a pressure washing, paint and attention to details. Don't be fooled at first glance of the room by the newer bed coverings. They mean nothing other than to trick the guest into thinking the room is comfortable. My husband checked it out before paying and since he didn't smell stale cigarette smoke or the innocuous scent of cheap air freshener and noticed the fresh bed coverings he thought it was doable. We got duped. Neither one of us got a good nights sleep. There are many other hotels in LHC - choose wisely. PS: the picture of the bed sheet is how it looked when I took down the cover =O And don't be fooled by their photo of the indoor whirlpool. Below are photos of the pond, scum and all.

Yelp
Stayed on Mon. 1/24/22. You couldn't pay me to stay here again!! My first impression was the torn up chair for the front desk staff & the gigantic mess on the desk in their office. I felt very sorry for the staff that has to work in such disgusting conditions. It seemed like this Travelodge had been completely forgotten by their corporate office. All of the bathroom linens were a dark gray, covered with bleach stains. As I was drying off, I noticed another stain on my towel that looked like axel grease. I can only hope that that's all it was! To top it off, the shampoo smelled like diesel fuel. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Even though I showered before we left, I felt gross the rest of the day! Also not impressed with their brown bag breakfast. The only bright spot was the nice young lady working on the morning of 1/25/22. I hope she can find a better place to work! Shame on you Wyndham!!!!

Yelp
Where do I even begin....So I called on a Sunday to book a room they had a suite available that accommodated my big family my husband, my 5 kids, and myself. I also wanted to book a separate room for my sister-in-law. The next day I get a call from Terry who works at Travelodge to inform me that not only was I given the incorrect price for my suite (my price was lower then what it goes for) but in addition my room was booked a day before to someone else. She explained they were sorry for the inconvenience but their must have had a glitch in their system and the person that made my reservations normally doesn't work the weekends. She told me she was not managment but did speak to them and they could offer 2 adjoining rooms that had 2 queen beds( the other room I originally got for my sister-in-law would be in adjoining room as well) sounds good right? No, far from ok. My original price for 2 nights in the suite would have been close to $450 for two nights. Now I would have another room I would have to pay for. Now our new total for 2 rooms at 2 nights is $870.00! Terry who was always very professional told me she asked someone higher within their place said he would knock of $20 bucks a night ($180 a night instead of $200) because of the inconvenience. I truly understand mistakes happen, I really do but for management not even to attempt reach out via phone or email just shows me what kind if company this is, And to offer a $40 off when this was no fault of my own just doesnt sit right with me. I know that these rooms will get booked regardless but I personally look at a yelp review to give me a heads up when I go to different business. I know sometimes their are a handful of negative reviews but I figure you cant please everyone. From my personal experience I will never give my hard earned money to a company that doesn't treat their customers decent. I feel that they could have made this situation alot better but just simply chose not to. The star I gave was for Terry who's customer service was impeccable.

Ashlee T.

Yelp
Lady at the front was great. The restaurant, Angelina's, next door is amazingggg! BUT... the room was not as clean as I expected (according to their pictures). The bed was comfortable but needed a blanket and not just the light quilt that gets washed once every 15 people. You can literally hear everything in the rooms next to you. If someone takes a shower above you it is loud enough to wake you and keep you up. My neighbor next to be decided to blast her ghetto music at 0700. They advertise they have RV/boat parking. They have two spots for RV's and/or boats. The rest is across the street in a vacant lot that has a large sign that says "NO Trespassing" Won't be staying here again

Bert H.

Yelp
Mike the general manager onwer 480 london bg travelodge. Havasu. NOT friendly no respect & Rude customer .NOT Good customer service need it training respect customer no professional

Debbie Y.

Yelp
Very laid back place. Only saw 2 staff in 3 days and they were hard to spot as they had nothing on that would identify them. Complaints are as follows , Bathroom had 1 tissue left in box, sink scratched up but clean, shower soaps not refilled, some covered over mold around tub and soap dispenser. Coffee maker had 3 coffees Rooms not cleaned on the daily, maybe you have to request, not sure. There for 3 days and NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST only coffe. Not sure how they get away with that. Very good location though.

Yelp
I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels frequently. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in over a year out of 40+ hotels. The rooms are dirty, smell bad, and are loud. The floors and linens are stained. The fridge in my room had an obnoxious buzz all night long. My three work colleagues all had the same experience. One of my colleagues walked into a room that hadn't been touched by housekeeping and there were dirty towels on the floor and the bed wasn't made. I drive an oversized vehicle for work and my company called when making the reservation to ensure I would have parking at the hotel. When I arrived, I noticed four oversized vehicle parking spots in their lot that were coned off. When I checked in I inquired about the coned spots and asked if those were reserved for guests with oversized vehicles. The woman checking me in told me I was free to park in any of them. After parking and settling into my break period and finally drifting off to sleep, I was called by the front desk. The woman that checked me in told me I had to move my vehicle because another guest had coned off that spot reserving it for themselves. I asked if it was hotel policy that guests were allowed to save spaces when they weren't there and she told me that it was not, but the guest had put their own cones out. I reminded her that I specifically asked about the spots that had cones in them and she told me I could park in them. She responded that while she did remember saying that, she didn't realize a guest put the cones out. I again asked if that was allowed, and she told me she didn't know, but was asking me to move my vehicle across the street into a dirt lot (not monitored or attached to the hotel lot). I told her that my company specifically confirmed the availability of parking for my vehicle and she again told me I would have to park across the street because another guest took it upon themselves to cone off a spot to reserve it. The one thing this hotel has going for it is the beds are comfortable, even if the linens themselves are stained. The towels were stained, stiff, and nearly unusable. The breakfast selection at 7:15AM was terrible and the coffee was burned and undrinkable. I will tell my company not book us in another Travelodge, especially in Lake Havasu City.

Yelp
I used to like Wyndham Hotels but when they bought these small hotels and connected "by Wyndham" I thought it would live up to the hotel "standards" of Wyndham brand. Very disappointed 1st with price as I would pay that much IF it had maintained the standards of Wyndham. 2nd the Housekeepers doesn't check if the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel is filled up. First night the conditioner was empty. We stayed in this hotel twice bcz first it was the ONLY hotel available that time plus we discovered this 5-star restaurant just a few steps away (Angelina's Italian Kitchen). So even on the 2nd time the bath gel was empty. 3rd the towel has tear on the side. Like it looks like they have to change all their towels and bedsheets. Very old. 4th the breakfast to go is just not acceptable. It's those granola bars and too sweet commercial muffins, a cup of juice and small bottle of water. If I am the management just remove that breakfast on the go and upgrade their towels and sheets, plus lower their price. 5th Front Desk is just slow it's either they are not well trained and the second time we were there waited for more than 5 minutes for the Receptionist to come to the Reception area. Of course I understand the effect of the pandemic in the hotel industry but if you want to maintain your hotel standards you have to adjust too, and find ways to serve better.

Yelp
Terrible. Way overpriced. Room is worth $50 at best and we paid $140 off-season. AC was incredibly loud and on and off all night, shower squealed when in use, pillows and bed were really uncomfortable, carpet was filthy throughout hotel. Stay somewhere else. Oh yeah and the "continental breakfast" was a joke.

Yelp
Worst experience of my life with a hotel reservation! Hotel staff was very personable and accomodating however, Mike the manager needs a few more hospitality classes! He did not honor my reservation because my dog was a registered " comfort dog" and not a "service " dog. I have a photo card for my dog. Mike was rude and dismissive. There are not many pet friendly hotel rooms in Lake Havasu. Luckily I found one. I'm a 66 year old woman. This is the first time I've ever had a problem across the US! Beware fellow travelers!

Yelp
Typical hotel within its price range. Clean and tidy. No real complaints, except the too short sink and the herd of elephants resending above us. The best part, and reason for the five star review...the customer service. The gentleman working the desk was beyond amazing. I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name. He was super friendly, helpful, and very professional. He went above and beyond. Overall, great experience. Just needed a place to crash, as I was just passing through. Would stay there again.

Yelp
The staff at this hotel should be replaced. Both Emily and Jamie at the front desk are unfriendly, rude and dismissive. Jamie actually spoke to me in such a way it literally scared me! Mike (the manager) gave away the room I reserved and tried to talk his way out of why he did it. Every issue I had with my stay was not met with concern but with annoyance on the staffs part. These people should be ashamed of themselves and their behavior! The hotel is old and the rooms are dirty. A first class DIVE! The beds are old and uncomfortable. I suspect they have bed bugs cause my whole body was itchy. The sheets had stains on them. The refrigerator and air conditioner made so much noise I couldn't sleep nor even turn the air on! The blind was broken so I had to keep it closed the whole time even during the day. The wifi sucked and kept going out. The towels are very old. The breakfast was a joke, not much offered but I wouldn't eat it anyway because it was obviously bottom line quality food!

Yelp
They don't bother mentioning it when you book but it's $15 a night for pets even though it's listed as a pet friendly establishment. Pretty shady if you ask me.

Yelp
It was OK till a rude disrespectful person was put above us. Called front desk, still loud footsteps, bangs & no respect for others. Called front desk again, still the said above douchebags was loud. Went to front desk no one was there. You can hear everything that is happening above you.

Yelp
This is the highest rated hotel on Trip Advisor (4.5 stars). I think the rating on yelp is much more accurate! I recently stayed here twice for 3 nights each time. We got a great price on their website for $66 a night. Havasu has a lot of budget hotels. Most have horrible reviews. Unless you want to pay a lot more $$ to stay at a nicer hotel like London Bridge Resort or Hampton Inn.... you will end up at a budget one like this. Like most all the hotel-motels in Havasu, this place needs a make over. The decor is very dated. The bathroom is very dated.... dirty, ugly green tile floor. The toilet seat was about to fall off! The bedroom is dated as well. Old school tube TV, old furniture and pink walls that don't make any sense!! They must have been matching the pink walls to the pink matting in the 1980s pictures on the wall!? So yes... it is stuck in the 80s. But all in all the room was pretty clean. Carpet was newer. The pillows were clean inside (no stains), Bed was comfortable and seemed clean. Bathroom was pretty clean except the nasty green tile floor which has to be original from the 80s! The girl I dealt with at check in was not very friendly or helpful at all. The family that owns the place seems to live on-site. They seem to hang out in the breakfast area in the mornings and use it like their living room. I didn't like having to listen to them talk on the phone while I got my coffee. Not very professional. Small fridge and safe in room were both a bonus. WiFi worked great. Breakfast wasn't anything worth thinking about and the coffee was super bad! There are only a couple boat parking spots. If those are full you will be parking in the dirt. The door at the end of the building is 'exit only' which is a pain if you are parked down there. It is a long walk to your room. They need to invest some money in the place and make that door operable with your room key so it can be used as an entrance! They say it is for 'security' but if that is the case then don't let people prop it open half the time!! Spend some money and get it updated to be opened with a room key! The hallways are HOT. There are air conditioners at the end of each hallway but they were not turned on!? Not sure why. Location is good. Only a couple miles to London Bridge and the island. Many restaurants nearby including Angelina's which is directly behind the hotel and a good spot for Italian food. Of the budget hotels in town I like the Island Suites better for about the same price!

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here twice, It is under new ownership now, when in Havasu, We have been staying at another hotel that offered a great breakfast and flavored coffee creamers. ( my favorite) When I called to inquire about a room here at travel lodge, ( watching our budget) I asked "Mike" on the phone, if they had flavored creamer he replied, "no,but I can have it here when you arrive", He did! They offer a small waffle bar, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, famished, juices, and coffee. ( hopefully flavored creamer will be permanent! This was so nice. We met a very friendly guy named Stacy, He works there, he and the staff were so friendly and nice we stayed another night. We have a small dog they accommodated for us as well. No, this is not the top of the line hotel but it is clean, reasonable and staff is worth the visit.

Yelp
For what we paid I'm pleased with the cleanliness and quality of the room. They have good coffee and I'll be trying out the continental breakfast in the morning. Overall good value for a $100 room. Right across the street from a nice park. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Yelp
If you're looking for the worst place to stay in Lake Havasu, look no further than the Travelodge. Words cannot describe how disappointed we were with our stay and with the management team afterward. We arrived to our room with a broken toilet (did not flush) with someone else's urine in the bowl, the shower curtain was dangling off the rod and musty smelling bed sheets - absolutely disgusting and terribly maintained. We checked in at 1am and had to be on the road again at 7am so we didn't have time to go back into the lobby and get our room switched (it took at least 15-20 minutes to check in to begin with). When we were heading out in the morning we told the front desk and asked them to have a manager call us - to which we waited days with no reply. We called again and again and finally were able to explain the situation to a member of the management staff. He was not apologetic whatsoever. At $140+ per night you should at least expect a maintained room with a functioning toilet. Truly unacceptable and unaccommodating customer service afterward. We will not be staying here again. Unless you want your vacation to be ruined, we strongly recommend staying at another hotel.

Yelp
Stayed here for work reasons. There should be some kind of covering for your car because in July the temperature was 114!! Good if you want to cook food in your car . The room was clean! 5 star for housekeeper! The TV channels were few. I would expect for a tourist town and $$$ room they would at least have HBO, Showtime, and or Netflix!! Horrible tv stations. No fitness center? Come on, at least have a treadmill!! They offered complimentary breakfast with the usual thing and waffle machine. The towels were horrible, rough, hard and old. Someone upstairs made so much noise walking and pounding their feet. I don't know how much walking you can do in a hotel room but it was annoying I left 1 day early. I tried to not pay for that night but the woman at the desk said you need to give 24 hrs notice! It was like 830 am when I left! For a cute town they need to upgrade and update these hotels!!! ** update** Just called them for my receipt which was not emailed to me like she told me. The woman said she knew nothing about it. She proceeded to tell me no one checked out from that room. I know I'm not crazy. She had no patience and when I tried explaining I left a night early she got rude and loud and said I emailed you the receipt and hung up!!! I will file with BBB!!

Yelp
Guy at front desk with "Hospitality Group" T- Shirt was not very hospitable. I walked outside to take in some sun and relax for a bit. When I tried to go inside the room key didn't work on the outside door. I go to the front desk, and ring the bell, at least 10 minutes elapses before this guy comes out. He doesn't greet me or anything, just stands there with an irritated look on his face. I say, "Hey sir, I'm having an issue with this key, I couldn't get in from the outside." He responds with, "Where's your other key?" Me: "Uhhh upstairs?" Douche: "What Room?" Me: 224 Douche: You have ID? Me: Yeah, it's under my sister's name though, (give him name) Douche: (Rudely) Well I can't give it to you then! She needs to be down here. Me: Ok, no problem. (Call Sis, who was asleep and ask her to come down) For security purposes, I'm not even mad. He was just rude, which irritated the heck out of me. Happy Independence Day.. your friendly, disgruntled, neighborhood veteran.. who had enough self control/discipline to not punch this guy in the face.

Yelp
Horrible horrible! Worst management and customer service ever! If you physically look like you are in your twenties, the manager or owner immediately assumed we were going to party with the college kids! I ' am here on a business trip near by with 6 other colleagues. His attitude and disrespect comments made us all feel uncomfortable and offended. Warning!!! At no time is it accepts as a hotel employee #owner; should you ever ask how many people is partying with you today. Clearly unprofessional and rude on his tone of voice. If..... You want to stay here and look at of a age that is not partying at a college event or have great genes who looks really well for their age and do not have kids with you than you should never! Come her or You will be profiled immediately as a party person and he will give the worst customer service. For example I had to be the better person to resolve the issue and when I asked where the elevator is located; he said " the elevator is up the stairs" which we found out there is no elevator or he purposely mislead us to take all of our heavy equipment and luggage on a flight of stairs! As a customer this is unacceptable! Please avoid this place if you still look the age of your t I would give this place a negative but unfortunately yelp does not have this selection. The owner should sell his business or claim bankruptcy because that will eventually happen at this poor filthy establishment.

Yelp
Stayed here for two nights relatively close to end of quarantine. A few things were still kind of closed. The customer service was actually very good and the location is great. Those are the only two things that is good about this place. Our room was a "suite" it had two beds a pull out couch and a cot thing. It had one window that the blinds didn't actually go all the way up it felt very small. IT WAS DIRTY. Of course during this uncertain time I was disinfecting things and wiping things down myself however the floors were really gross and every sheet, towel, or blanket had either a stain or burn holes. During this season of coronavirus I was really concerned about the cleanliness of the rooms after seeing everything. The walls are paper thin you can hear anyone and everything walking by and can hear exactly what they are talking about they are that thing. Also all of this would be expected if the prices weren't so outrageous it's worth it to pay a little extra for the peace of mind of a clean room with clean sheets etc especially if you have children like me. I haven't really even seen them respond to comments on yelp so they seem to have no plan on fixing any of these issues. I wish I had read the comments prior to booking just needed something ASAP before Memorial Day weekend.
