Travelodge Hotel Hobart Airport

Obviously close to the airport. Great rooms, great staff and great breakfast.|If your flight gets in late, after 8:30pm, forget dinner, it’s not available. |Don’t make the mistake we did and try Hobart. Every thing was shutting at 9pm and it was a Saturday night. |If you want Maccas, KFC or Hungry Jacks all good, if not you’re in trouble. |There is a servo, literally at the motel, it has Subway and other micro wave food. That’ll get you out of trouble. |We found the Motel spot on.

Made instantly welcome on pick up from the airport by Nelson. Easy check in to a spacious room with a great bed. Welcomed at dinner by Nelson again who also dropped us to the camper van rental site the next day. We returned 10 days later. Welcomed by Nelson again. Early morning shuttle (4.45 a.m) worked for us. Bugs in my room. Dirty carpets. Torn curtains. Breakfast was basic at best. And to have to pay extra for a coffee !!! NOT ON. Tea and Coffee was available but it was terrible 😔 Location was great for near the airport for a late arrival .

We stayed here 1 night passing through Hobart. Location was good and easy to find. Bed was very comfortable with cleanliness in the bathroom excellent.|Breakfast was sufficient and good.

Flew down from Sydney on the 29th of August, 6 degrees and pouring rain and the first words from the gentleman behind reception was "Welcome, please come inside and get warm." From the first minute I arrived the staff went above and beyond. So friendly, making sure everything was taken care of for you. The room was perfect, beds that made your sleep so comfortable they are so soft, clean, great size and value for your dollar. I won't stay anywhere else when in Hobart, great service, fantastic staff, fantastic food and dining. Thankyou so much for a fantastic experience and I will be back.

Final night in Tas. Apparently if you rent with apex car rental you can drop off your car the day before and they will take you to the hotel, and can get shuttle for $10 p/p to airport. We did not take off till after ten so just did not do this. Hotel clean and comfortable. Did not eat at restaurand though had a wine from the bar

Again, visiting for the second time in 3 weeks from Sydney enough cannot be said about the amazing stay at Travelodge Hobart Airport. We stayed 2 nights from the Friday till Sunday and again, the staff made every effort to go above and beyond to not only make you feel welcome but to give you a great experience. My partner Brett and myself were given a first class service. We are just saddened we can't get back there until Feb. From the gentleman who welcomed us Friday, to the cooks who provided a beautiful breakfast and dinner, to the fantastic young lady who delivered our dinners on Saturday night, to Emily who looked after us on checkout, you should be 5 star not four. Such beautiful staff, amazing efforts, as said before we will never stay anywhere else when in Hobart. To anyone going to Hobart, please book and stay at this fantastic example of customer service, value above what you are paying. Nice clean, big rooms and bathrooms close to Hobart International Airport. Just ensure you arrange your Uber transfer to the terminal out of shuttle hours. Staff friendly, and one of the best things is opening windows. Nothing beats getting fresh air into the room (before the sun goes down, that is!) Well insulated rooms also.
