Travelodge Hotel Hobart Airport

Nice clean, big rooms and bathrooms close to Hobart International Airport. Just ensure you arrange your Uber transfer to the terminal out of shuttle hours. Staff friendly, and one of the best things is opening windows. Nothing beats getting fresh air into the room (before the sun goes down, that is!) Well insulated rooms also.

Location is not that near to the airport, but there is a shuttle service that you can request for a small fee. Considering how this is an airport hotel, we actually really enjoyed our stay here. The room we had was really spacious and well soundproofed and we were able to enjoy a good night's rest before our flight the next day. Would recommend!

This hotel is very convenient for early morning departures from Hobart airport. We got a great rate online with Qantas hotels but then qantas changed my flight… it was a non changeable booking and Qantas hotels were disclaiming all responsibility. But hotel were lovely and agreed to let me move to the night before. ||The rooms are large and have comfy bed. But they are so bland. I keep giving the same feedback over many years. Put a picture in the room. Get a photograph of an aeroplane or something! They always thank me for the feedback but do nothing. ||I would recommend for an overnight but no longer.

Pros:|Good breakfast-friendly breakfast staff|Comfortable beds|Parking available|Quiet room for an airport location|Very clean|Shuttle to the airport-at a cost, limited hours.||Cons:|The only con as when I checked in I had to wait for someone to arrive at the counter-about 5 mins and that I paid about $250 for my room and the person just sold a room for $150 over the phone to someone for the same night I stayed, doesn't leave a real good taste in your mouth.....||Synopsis: |Good hotel in ideal location especially if you're on a very early flight-although you will need to get a taxi or uber as if its prior to about 9am as the shuttle doesn't run.||Would I stay here again?|Yes, made the airport experince much more relaxed as you're so close to it.

Conveniently located adjacent to airport, but surprisingly quiet. Spacious rooms, big comfortable bed, good shower. Had a great night's sleep although needed to turn off the noisy a/c first, and woke a tad early as the blinds were getting a bit tattered. Because of a tight schedule we were unable to dine there, but both staff members we met in reception on checking in and out were very pleasant and helpful. Great job guys.

We stayed one night, and overall had a pretty good experience. While the room is getting near needing a remodel, everything worked well, and it was very quiet. The restaurant food tasted good and the service was great, it's a little expensive but worth the convenience. You can walk to the airport, as there actually is a walking path for most of the way, but it would likely take 20+ minutes. The shuttle does cost $10 per person but would be worth it if you have much luggage or an early flight.

Great hotel at the airport, fair distance to Hobart downtown. Front desk staff is awesome however NELSON is exceptional and very professional. He's just great, helped us to organize a taxi service to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary.
