Great customer service. Our sales person was a young man who had only been there for about three weeks he said. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. What more could one ask for? We left the Tumi store because of nonchalant, indifferent, and nonexistent customer service, and were so glad that we did. To only was the customer service superior at this TravelPro store, they also had superior products.

After watching several YouTube videos about what makes a great carry-on roller, I went shopping at Travelpro Luggage Outlet. Over two separate visits, I decided on the Platinum Elite business bag. I had two different salespeople help me over the two visits. They were both great!! They were attentive and informative. They took the time to let me look in each bag that interested me. They were also able to tell me about the differences between them. In a time when service seems to be suffering, these experiences exceeded all expectations. I used the rolling bag on a recent weekend away and it was perfect. I highly recommend this brand and especially this shop located in Miromar.

The sales lady in here is SO AGGRESSIVE and will never let you just look at things. Been in here twice over the holidays and I ended up just leaving both times because it was that bad. Retail 101-you need a customer to touch the item so they’ll make a purchase. You’re selling luggage-of course people need to open up bags and try them.

Garbage. Flimsy. Suitcase broke first time I used it. I asked for a replacement. Clerk told me the suitcase was “not meant to be checked on a plane.” Ridiculous. Do not shop here.

Great range, called before leaving Miami the night before and the gentleman put the bag I wanted aside. Remembered my name when I showed up today to pick it up. Great, very friendly service
