I had a broken wheel on my Travelpro rollaboard. I called and spoke to John who said he would search his stock to see if he had any of the wheels for my particular bag.At the end of the day he called me back and success! He had the wheels. I went to the store and he replaced the wheel for me. He was very personable and accommodating, and I will definitely return to purchase my next Travelpro item. As a retired flight attendant, Travelpro is the only brand of luggage that I will use. The store is well stocked and orderly and John and his coworker are great representatives of the Travelpro brand.

John is terrific! I live in Ca. I called in a panic because a piece of brand new Travelpro luggage my husband purchased on line became locked. We did not buy it in the store. I told John I couldn’t get in touch with Travelpro and I couldn’t get it unlocked. He patiently walked me through the steps that we needed to do in order to unlock it. That is top notch customer service!

We had an excellent experience here! John, the manager, was knowledgeable, patient and helpful while we decided on our purchase. We ultimately ended up buying 4 pieces of luggage and have been completely satisfied with the luggage and the customer service!!

I had an issue with a 29" piece of TravelPro Sapphire luggage that I bought at a store in Stuart Florida. I was directed to the Palm Beach Gardens outlet store for service. Boy was I lucky! John, the store manager, handled my problem promptly & professionally exceeding my expectations. I couldn't agree more with Rahit's comments below " Excellent store, excellent product, excellent service. " Please send my thanks to John!

I want to start by saying, the only luggage we travel with is TravelPro bc of their excellent craftsmanship. Two years ago we went into this exact location and purchased two sets of matching luggage. Over the weekend I went into the store to look for a larger carry on. I currently have a very old TravelPro and the wheels don't work as good as our newer ones so I went in to purchase a new carry on but QUICKLY left the store! The woman who was working not only was shouting over me but was rudely telling me I had no idea what I was talking about. I told her I travel often and her response was, "Obviously not!" The only thing I was trying to comprehend is how my carry on at home is larger then what they sell in the store. At first she was explaining measurements and I was asking what the largest measurement was, is it corner to corner (like a tv is measured), is it wheels to the top, is it bottom of bag to the top? She was talking extremely rude, raising her voice and verbally arguing with me so much so that not only did my husband and I walk out immediately but so did the other couple that walked in right behind us. It is very convenient to have this store so close by but I will no longer step foot in there, I will order online.

Store 13. Manager John was first class today, a real Customer Service pro, who did as he said he would, called me back with helpful info and generally did a great job. Above and beyond. We'll see how Travelpro HQ deals with my problem.

John, the manager, was wonderful. He spent lot and lots of time with us, showing us different cases and explaining the features of each. When there was an item this store didn't have, he found it in the St. Augustine store, he called and he made arrangements with an employee there to have it shipped to us. He truly went above and beyond.

At this store, I bought a Flight Crew 5 Pilot suitcase 18 months ago. It's supposed to have a 3 year guarantee. One night after a trip the handle broke. When I brought it in to get it fixed, Gina was the employee on duty. She was not helpful at all and basically told me 'too bad, can't help you'. Not only was she very rude to me, but also to another woman that was shopping. When I finally called her out on her rudness, she turned her rudness down a notch. At that point she gave me the 800 number to TravelPro. I desperately needed a suitcase for my trip that night, but I took my business elsewhere, some place where my hard earned money is valued and appreciated. I am a flight attendant and I used to send other flight attendants there when they asked where I had bought my case, now I will never recommend this place.
