I visited the Tera Manzil Temple in Rishikesh and found it quite remarkable. The temple has 13 floors under one roof, each floor dedicated to different gods and goddesses, with the topmost floor housing the shrine of Lord Shiva. Its location is excellent — it sits right across the river near Lakshman Jhula, so you’ll also get lovely views of the Ganga River as you climb. Here are the approximate distances: From Ram Jhula: about 5 km by road. From the main bus stand Rishikesh ISBT Bus Stand: about 12 km via the main route. If you’re willing to climb some steps, the temple is worth a stop. The architecture is unique, the views are good, and the atmosphere is calm. Wear comfortable shoes for the stairs and try to visit early for fewer crowds.

The temple is truly exceptional—absolutely magnificent in every way. It radiates an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquility that instantly calms the mind and soul the moment you step inside. What makes it even more special is how it beautifully brings together all the revered deities and goddesses under one sacred roof, offering devotees a rare opportunity to pay homage to everyone in a single, divine space. The atmosphere here feels profoundly pure, almost ethereal, with every corner infused with spiritual energy that uplifts your spirits. Coming here fills you with incredibly positive vibes, leaving you refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to something greater. I highly recommend visiting this gem for anyone seeking solace and serenity.

Visited the iconic Trayambakeshwar Temple during my trip to Rishikesh and it truly stands out as one of the highlights. The 13-storey structure itself is magnificent, and as you climb up floor by floor, each level offers different shrines and peaceful corners to pause and soak in the vibe. The view from the top is absolutely stunning — you get a panoramic sight of the Ganga flowing below, the bustling Laxman Jhula area, and the surrounding hills. Totally worth the climb! Make sure to spend a few quiet minutes here; it feels like the perfect blend of devotion and nature’s beauty. Navigation inside is easy as each floor has boards and small shops. You can also pick up souvenirs or prasad on your way down. The temple is well-maintained, and despite the crowd, it never feels chaotic. A tip for fellow travellers: going early in the morning makes the experience even more peaceful, plus the lighting for photos is amazing. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Rishikesh — spiritual, scenic, and unforgettable. 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Iconic Temple with Stunning Views of the Ganga Trayambakeshwar Temple, also known as the 13-storey temple, is one of the most iconic landmarks near Laxman Jhula in Rishikesh. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, it is not just a place of worship but also an architectural marvel that immediately catches your eye as you cross the Jhula. The temple has multiple floors, each with different shrines and idols of various deities. As you move up floor by floor, you feel a sense of spiritual energy and devotion all around. The temple is very well organized, and even though it attracts a lot of visitors, it remains peaceful inside. The real highlight is reaching the top floor of the temple. From here, you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the Ganga River, the Laxman Jhula bridge, and the surrounding hills. Watching the river flow gracefully from that height is a mesmerizing sight, and it’s one of the best viewpoints in Rishikesh. Outside the temple, the area is lively with small shops selling prasad, souvenirs, and local items, which adds to the charm of visiting. 📍 Location: The temple is located right next to Laxman Jhula, making it very convenient to visit while exploring Rishikesh. Tips for Visitors: • Visit during morning hours for a peaceful darshan. • Don’t miss going all the way up to the top floor for the river view. • Carry your camera/phone — the view from the top is Instagram-worthy! • Since it has multiple floors, be prepared for a bit of climbing. Overall, Trayambakeshwar Temple is a must-visit in Rishikesh — a perfect mix of spiritual experience and stunning natural views. ✨ Har Har Mahadev! ✨ Review by @the_solo_wanderer_ For more soulful journeys and untold stories, search me on Instagram. 🌿📸

This thirteen storyed temple is located near River Ganga. It has small temples of multiple gods and goddesses inside. They have their own priests and you can worship any of the deities with their help. There are small puja shops also inside it. Stairs are the only option to climb up/down.

The temple is quite unique that out of a total of 13 floors , each floor houses different deity until the last floor. There are also shops that sell puja items and personal items. The views from the top floor are amazing. From the tapovan side, boat ride takes hardly 5 minutes. The temple is well lit during late evenings. Definitely a must visit place for Rishikesh

Good for Kids, Elders those who find difficult to walk can avoid. As there's no wheelchair facility or Lift and completely to be climbed only through steps. Total 7 Storied. Once u get inside one can't come out only after going upto final floor
