Huge mall and good branded clothes for shopping. We enjoyed eating our breakfast during our trip to Almaty from Dubai. Good location.

MEGA Alma-Ata is a good mall for both shopping and dining. It is a busy place with a wide variety of options for visitors.

MEGA Almaty Mall is a solid spot in the city. Spacious layout, plenty of shopping options, and a good food court with lots of variety. Clean, well-organized, and great if you want an easy day of shopping + food in one place.

A huge modern mall with many international brands. It has a skating ring and multiple spots of cute attractions like the mini koi pond and mini sea aquarium. The supermarket galmart is also mega. There are many food outlets here that you can choose from. Great choices. Recommend to spend half a day here.

Good place to move in and around but all the things are costly than india

I visited the mall today and was horrified to see a small black-tipped reef shark in a tiny aquarium, along with a couple of huge eels. The shark in particular was distressing to see, as it was swimming round and round the tank, which is clearly insufficient in size for such a creature. The shark had an injury to the pectoral fin that was continually bumping into the glass. The eels also appeared to be distressed. Despite the ‘no touching’ sign, people continued to tap the glass while I watched. These animals should be free in the ocean, not kept in inadequate stressful conditions for the viewing pleasure of shoppers. Very disappointing and I hope this will be reconsidered. If it makes a difference, I’m a veterinarian.

There are constantly a lot of people here, and the area feels heavily overloaded. It seems that the infrastructure can’t keep up with the pace of new construction: new buildings are appearing without proper consideration of regulations and residents’ needs. It would be reasonable to consider building another “Mega” or an alternative large shopping center to distribute the flow of people more evenly and reduce the burden on the area.
