Tre Brør Kaffi & Vin

Excellent dinner. There is only 3 Main course selection. And we ordered all three of them. Every is excellent. Forgot to take photo of the pasta. Soup of the day is Orange carrot soup. Lovely nuts in the soup. The meal is above our expectations.

If you’re visiting with kids, this is a great option! They have some toys to keep little ones entertained, and the restroom is clean and well set up for baby changing, which is a big plus. The burger was delicious, and I really enjoyed the soup of the day. The kids’ pasta, however, wasn’t my favorite. Overall, it’s a family-friendly spot with good food and thoughtful touches for parents.

What a delightful cafe, just a short walk from the train station. It was lunch time so I tried the soup of the day, tomato soup, while my companions had breakfast plates with croissants fresh out of the oven. Bliss!

Such a fantastic cafe that also sells top quality beer and wine. The service here was utterly marvellous. They made us feel so welcome and looked after, Kristina was such a delight!!! When we return to Norway this will be a must !!!

After a long trip, Voss is our middle point. We stayed here just for lunch so we found this coffee shop for a little rest~ It’s warm inside 🤣 Coffee is good Chicken wings are excellent!!! So delicious😋 Love it so much 🧡 with the sauce, potatoes are so good The vibe inside is so nice 💛

Very average food and very expensive. Would not survive as a business in any other area without tourists. The beer / food garden is a great place to enjoy a beer, suggest to get food at the food vans in the street and take a beer here instead.

Ambience and food were great. I enjoyed my Americano and a flat white the next day. My wife like the chicken pasta dish and I liked the vegan burger.

Nice service, great atmosphere. Limited menu (English and Norwegian) and limited hours. Drinks were good but not hot enough. A nice breakfast before heading to the station!

We had time to kill because our train wasn't for another 2 hours. I looked on Yelp and decided to give this place a go. It was nice out so we grabbed the water and glasses and found a table outside. Thre wifi is free, however, it does not reach outside Small menu but good choices. They have a menu in English. I ordered the falafel wrap with French fries with aioli. My boyfriend got the burger. We both enjoyed our meals. I thought the falafel was very tasty and had nice crunch to it. The fries were great even though they looked like they might be undercooked. You go inside to pay your bill. Bathroom was clean. Service was friendly.

All the ingredients they use for their dishes are sourced locally. The beef patty in our burger was one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had. We also had the asparagus soup of the day served with local sourdough bread and butter. The Budapest cake was excellent. Great selection of beers as well, including from a local brewery (Voss Bryggeri). A great meal all around. 5 stars well deserved!

My favorite coffee shop in Voss. Perfect if you are there for kayaking, skiing, or for the extreme sports festival. Cozy, lots of seats, big tables for friends, board games, (you can buy cards right across the street) and settle in for some great coffee, delicious tea, or something a little harder (and warmer) like aqavit. The cookies and the brownies are sinfully good.

Great place to sit and people watch. Food was flavorful and true vegetarian options. They don't use the same fryers to fry meat and non meat items, which is a rare find. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent beer selection at prices consistent with the rest of Norway. At 8pm the downstairs opens and the bartenders play good music on their vinyl record player. On fridays and saturdays they will sometimes have live music. For some reason all the locals hate this place, apparently they went out of business three previous times (???) and have a reputation for being a "hippy hangout". I think they mean "hipster hangout". In my opinion its the only chill bar around with a solid beer selection. The Park Hotel bar is nicer but, no one was in it when I visited so automatically Tre Bror is more interesting... The beef stew I had at Tre Bror was fine, nothing special and I did have to ask for a salt shaker as it was underseasoned. My wife said her tomato soup was fine, not great.

Very low standard on the food. The chicken sandwich was a cheap burger bread with unmature tomato slice and a lettuce leaf. The chicken was marinated in something worthy of a cheap street joint and was not tasty at all. The other dishes we saw was not any better and shows a very low level of cooking skills in the kitchen. At least they could google some better recepies. Prices were way to high for the low quality. Other than that the place looks nice and cozy with friendly staff and have a good potential.

On our way to Bergen we stopped at Voss and had lunch in this café. Friendly service. I really enjoyed their sandwiches. The bread was of good quality, well marinated meat, fresh salad, thin slices of tomato and onion. I also tasted a nice local beer. I really recommend this place.

I appreciate the effort to use local foods and the place has a nice feel. Had the burger which was good and my wife liked her mocha. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that my black coffee tasted like it was brewed with a turnip. I have noticed a similar flavor throughout Scandinavia, but this was the strongest. Our host recommended this place and I would do the same.

This was such a gem to find! We arrived in Voss on our Norway in a Nutshell tour and found a truly great cup of craft coffee in this small town. It was such a treat!

Walked in and felt welcome and at home. Great soup, a glass of decent wine and at a reasonable price. We came back for brunch today - great sandwiches. Coffee ok - definitely a happy place for us.

The first time we walked into the Brør Cafe it was full and we did not get a table. We tried later again and it was worth the wait. The bar had a selection of six local and some international beers as well as a a good caffe from a small roastery from norway. The food we had there was excellent and at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was cozy and very welcoming.
