"Beer bar Treadwell Park added a third location to NYC yesterday, opening at 508 West 42nd Street west of 10th Avenue in Midtown. The 200-seat space includes artifacts and images that nod to beer-making history, and there’s a cocktail menu inspired by different beer flavors, like a drink made with mezcal, lime, and grapefruit meant to mimic the taste of a German smoked sour wheat beer. Like other locations, there is free popcorn and ping pong." - Kayla Kumari Upadhyaya

The place has a very inviting decoration now that Christmas is approaching—the lighted reindeers at the front door are super cute as well as the small Christmas trees. Staff was super nice, friendly and also quick, we got our food in a short time. We shared the Popcorn Shrimp and we both had the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. The popcorn shrimp was very salty but otherwise tasted great and the Eggs Benedict was excellent. Portion sizes are also quite big. I’d love to go back to try different dishes as well.

It is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever stopped. It is not the most expensive, even rather below the average. It is not the most beautiful, but it is in his own style. There is nothing special about it, but ... it is unique in his own way. I don’t know how to convey that it’s worth going here. There is an excellent beer! I personally recommend Fruitlands. There are a perfect steak and a very, very tasty burger. The staff is lovely, helpful, friendly, smiling, and polite. We were on Wednesday, and the restaurant was full, not a single free table. Yes, the restaurant is located on the territory of the hotel, but I saw how people came in straight from the street. And it seemed that they were not the first time here. I was very pleased that when I said between the words that I was staying at this hotel, I was given a 15% discount. What could be better ?! There is a huge selection of beer for every taste (see photos). A lot of main dishes and appetizers! I will definitely come here again when I am at Hell Kitchen. You are awesome!

UPDATE: so I originally gave them a 5 star review for my 1st visit but now I need to downgrade, I jumped the gun too quick. Came back a second nite and the older man behind the bar pretends he doesn’t see you and you have to BEG him to take your order or whatever you need. He’s more interested in stocking the bar or talking to his co-workers than he is in taking care of customers. He reminds me of a doctor that is in a rush and you have to tell him what you need quick because he’s too important to actual take a second and listen. The wine I got was decent, but don’t recommend the bar snack, the olives were mushy like they were handing around a jar one too many months, almonds too salty and the pickled okra was a little too pickled and definitely no spice as they claim. Still made the most of it, but the staff seems to be hit or miss with this place... just want to give y’all an accurate, honest and fair review... The vibe was still great! Friendly & attentive bartender, big selection of beers on pap (local stuff too), really nice atmosphere. I sat at the bar alone as I was traveling for work, felt perfectly comfortable. They have a ping pong table and some other games. The daredevil local beer was delicious, I highly recommend. I had the hummus and veggies and the staff/kitchen was great about making a substitution & handling my allergy to keep me safe. The hummus was excellent and topped with sunflower seeds, surprisingly excellent. The veggies were really fresh and unique selection, looks as if they were home grown! Loved this spot, I’ll definitely come back!

Very spacious, friendly staff, seat yourself, games at every table, good food, good portions. One non gendered bathroom with 4 stalls. Nice place to stop by after work.

This sports bar gastro pub is really cool and you wouldn't know it existed if you walked by it. Lots of TV's, ample seating at the bar, community tables and regular seating is available along with outside seating. There are 2 ping pong tables, shuffle board, pinball and games to play at your table too. The restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and the wings were really good. Prices are a bit high, but there is free popcorn.

The avocado toast is a must! The wings were too smokey for my taste, it was on the burnt side... We came as a large group and while there was plenty of space, the service was not ready for prime time. We waited over 20 mins before someone came to take our orders. Some people decided to just get their own drink from the bar...

Great place to casually hang out while enjoying a few games. Each group table has an assortment of games ranging from Connect Four to Jenga. There is two ping pong tables, shuffle board, and 3 pay-to-play arcade games. The nachos had an interesting twist with each chip having guacamole, meat, and cheese.

Fun après ski vibe! We got their hefeweizen fondue and their hot chocolate which was delicious. Loved the fact that they had plenty of board games to play while we ate. Some games showed more wear and tear than others, I guess when it's in a bar, some patrons might be a little more rough with them. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.
