Cereals, hot food, toast, coffee machines, fruit etc are of good quality. ||Small snacks of chips, mini packs of Haribos, skittles, apples, soft drinks etc are marketed as, ‘Complimentary mini bar inclusions’ which can confuse mini bar expectation’s. ||The calming mezzanine level is also where your one complimentary glass of wine per person, per day is provided. ||A separately operated restaurant / bar on the ground floor makes up for lack of room service and restaurants within the hotel itself. ||The staff go out of their way to be accommodating, special mention of Amanda, Front of House manager.||The hotel is surrounded by other buildings so not all rooms have panoramic outlooks.
